Super Motel Granite Falls

The biggest issue i had was with the carpet in the room. There were stains on the carpet. Otherwise the rest of the room was good. There was supposed to be breakfast but none was available. The outside parking and sidewalks on grass groing in the cracks. The outsidecould use a nice paint job. The pool was closed.

This place was dirty inside and out. The pool and hot tub were closed. The wifi didn't work. People were running around the hall till 2 am screaming. The room smelled of mildew. Wife thinks we will both be sick. I wouldn't stay here. Sleep in your car. Would not cancel room, or refund. Terrible place worst we have ever stayed at.

The pool and hot tub were out of order, Breakfast was served late and consisted of stale cereal and bread to make toast. When checking in I had to page the front desk manager to locate him, by calling the motels main number.

The rooms were bigger than expected. The place was nice and clean. The pool was out of order and I was saddened to hear that and to see they had no set plan for having it fixed. Also, the breakfast is cereal and toast. Do not expect a large fancy meal. I appreciated the friendly service form the woman at the front desk. She was , very kind and approachable. Overall, it was what I needed for a quick overnight stay.

The room was adequate. But we had no TV for the two nights we stayed there. And no one was able to fix it. No pool as it was closed. And it was indoors. It was clean and bed was comfortable. Not enough lighting in the room.

There isn't a notable entrance sign, so you might end up driving around before you try the side door that is the main entrance. The attached building used to be a nice restaurant, but it's a funeral home now. The pool was closed, and there was no breakfast.

It was fine but there must have been an HVAC or something similar on the roof just outside my window as it was very noisy. I was also disappointed upon check-in to find that the pool was closed for maintenance. It would have been nice if that had been disclosed when I booked the room, as I was planning on enjoying the pool.

GOOD: Location, Good value for room, clean room. I would stay here again, just for the value of the room. NEED TO IMPORVE: BREAKFAST: CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN it up. The silverware was held in dirty containers. NO TEA for non-coffee people, only ONE choice of bread, and two kinds of cereal. SHEETS- My sheet were clean but had holes in them. TOWELS: Need more then just two small towels for two people. ACKWARD: parking accress the street Disappointing: Pool closed.

Property was run down close to repair only had coffee and toast available for breakfast, Stepladder and fluorescent light wall and hallway for duration of my stay

Broken sink, dirty, towels smelled terrible. Everything stained and looks dirty and worn out. Bed seemed ok.

The toilet seat should be replaced or at least cleaned and tightened The shower drain takes about 5 minutes to drain after a short shower and the bathroom smells like a high school locker room. the carpet has multiple stains . If they think they have a continental breakfast they need to take another look, there was bread and a toaster but no utensils or anything to put on the toast.. fruit loops and rice crispies but once again no spoons. Weeds growing in the landscaping all around the facility. I would not recomend this establishment to anyone!!!

Very clean for an older room. NO FIRE ALARM! It was disconnected and not replaced...NOT GOOD. Linens and towels were old...bath towels were stained and poorly laundered...need to be replaced.

You get what you pay for. Don’t waste your time on the Continental Breakfast. Cold cereal and toast. My room had ants. The maids cart had ant spray. Maybe if they used it…

Not clean! Curtains, sheets and blankets dirty and/or stained. Comforter had cig burns. Pool was green and had a film on top. The nonsmoking room smelled like smoke.

The hotel was filthy . From the moment of check in front desk to the hallways and the room. It was so bad we couldn’t even stay there. I can understand an older hotel but it was clutter in the front office to filth and smell in the hallways . The room didn’t get any better. I should have attempted to be fully refunded the minute I looked at the room. But I felt it was useless and I was so disgusted. We left. If I was Expedia I wouldn’t wven list this property .

Carpet was stained. Sheets had cigarette burns in them. I didn’t take my shoes off. I would have left, but it was 1 am and I had no other place to stay. I rested for 6 hours and left. The free breakfast was awful - the only thing I grabbed was a cup of coffee. Never again!

Was a bit unsure of where the entrance was. No one was at desk when I first got there. Returned and checked in. Door handle was loose and took a few tries to enter room. For a non smoking room, it had an odd old smoke sent. Things were just out dated. Bed was fine, bathroom ok. Couldn’t figure out tv, and when it did work it started and stoped so I watched on my phone…

Clock in room did not work, refrigerator was loud, whiney and distracting when it would kick in and run for minutes

Small quiet rooms not too bad maybe a full-size bed a couch refrigerator microwave in the room there’s TV but it’s Roku not cable

Unusual front location instead of along the main highway, it is on the side. Staff friendly and helpful.

Hotel was an abject mess. Hallway looked like a back alley in the city during a garbage strike. They gave another person my room key 15 minutes after giving me mine so they walked in. Felt bad for the person. They should call it a Resort - as in last resort. What a dump.

Immediately upon arrival after I paged someone to the front desk I was made to feel guilty by the front desk agent. He gave me a long, barely audible rant about how I am not showing up in their system because I booked online. Then he complained that I am getting a cheaper than normal rate . This hotel is dirty, carpets in the hall are nasty. Received maid service only one of the three days.

Checkin (ckerk couldn’t find the reservation for over 20 minutes) & access to room was horrible…three times the keycard didn’t work and each time I had to walk upstairs with my gear to the far end of motel to find out I had to go back to get a different card. After the 3rd fail I refused a 4th and asked that the clerk open the room, leave the door ajar & then I would make the trek again. I was given a different closer room at that point which was very noisy. Never again…

The Owner was very helpful on where to best to park to access my room. (I has a utility trailer) Room was clean and spacious. I thought the rate was reasonable. I appreciated that it was a small business owner doing their best to provide good service.

Waited at least 10 minutes at the front desk before anyone showed up. It was 1AM but someone should be around. And the TV didn't work in my room. The motel must be renovating some rooms because there was mess the curtains and other crap laying out in parts of the hallways.

With boyfriend, unexpectedly staying the night near Montevideo and this was the ONLY place with a vacancy within 45 minutes. Pets accepted, though the building is litterally connected to a pet crematorium. My Weimaraner was spooked the whole time and so was I. The place is a maze - the rooms are numbered out of order with some upstairs hallways not even connected, and since there is no elevator, I had to lug my stuff upstairs, through a hallway, down another set of stairs, and back up yet another staircase before I found my room. The pool area was "closed for maintenance," of course. I was glad the laundromat was open 24 hours, even though it cost way more than the guy who checked us in told us. But the one washer and one dryer were so damn loud that I felt bad for likely waking up half of the hotel with my midnight laundry. Room was average - outdated and stale, with stained sheets and a terrible floral comforter. No coffee, towels that exfoliate well, but don't dry at all, and an overall creepy vibe. It's sad that I find all this to be the standard for budget accommodations. Even the cheapest places used to be clean and stocked.

The front desk was held together with scotch tape. The breakfast was cold cereal and toast. There was no water in the hot tub. The carpet and tile were stained. It was just adequate was all.

There was red blotches in the carpet, looking like blood stains. The rooms were satisfactory. Most of the extras, like the pool and juice machine were out of order and unclean. We had to ask for bread, which was supposed to be a continental breakfast provided. Won't stay there again.

The beds were comfy. Although we found a dead bug under the pillow. The fire alarm went off at 10:15 PM we checked with the desk she didn’t know anything and sent us back to our room. Then 20 minutes later our door was pounded on by fireman in full fire gear. Breakfast was cold cereal and bread.
