I was very disappointed that the hotel is in the middle of a major renovation rendering the pool and hot tub inoperable. I specifically chose this hotel because I wanted a hotel with a hot tub. I am very disappointed your website made no mention of the renovations and your site misrepresented the available amenities. I feel I grossly overpaid for a night at a hotel with no functional pool or hot tub. I hold your company accountable for misrepresenting amenities which led me to making a poor decision. This Hotel is just off Interstate 494. You can be anywhere in the area to Twin Cities from 5-25 minutes via major roads. This hotel is in a business park area so no options for food or drink. Unless you use the Bistro in Hotel. Cross 494 south on Pilot Knob Rd for a convivence store/gas. Further South to find restaurants, shopping in Eagan. My room was newly remodeled with remodeling still going on in areas of Hotel. Pool is down because of this. Room was very clean with a huge shower with great water pressure. Parking lot is well lit.

Always wonderful staff. The lobby is very nice and a nice place to relax. They are so helpful and friendly. The pool is under remodel and I am very dissapointed that the hot tub was removed.

This was the cleanest hotel i've been at. Very nice hotel location and will return again. The front desk person was new and confused so check in was very long. She was afraid to ask for help until 20 minutes of struggling. That was my only complaint.

I stay at this hotel every time I have training's that go over multiple days for work. The rooms are large, the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are clean. When you stay several days, they do not even freshen your room. If you need clean towels, more coffee, and trash emptied, you need to go to the desk and do it yourself. I understand not having a full clean and change over in the room each day, but a freshen up would be nice.

Situated near the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport in a quiet area. Hotel is very clean, staff are friendly and rooms are comfortable. You will need to drive to other areas for food and activities, but that is the charm of the place making it a quiet place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of other hotels closer to the airport.

We arrived at 1 am and was told they did not have a room available to us. They had to “clean” a room and it took an hour before we were able to get in. When we got in the room there were food crumbs on the chair and floor and dirty towels still in the room. We just accepted it due to the late hour. Staff was apologetic and I felt bad for them.

The location of Courtyard is perfect for those traveling by plane. My room was beautifully arranged with a very comfortable bed. Clean. Very clean. Pete, front desk staff, pleasantly assisted me when needed. Moe, who worked the breakfast, was also outstanding.

This is a very nice hotel convenient to the airport, it was very clean. The staff was friendly. I have a really bad neck and low back and the mattresses excellent for me. The condiments for For the coffee had not been restocked, but the front desk gave me what I needed. The one thing I will say is they don’t have microwaves in the room, but that was OK for me. The shuttle was convenient.

Newley remodeled, easy on and off from Interstate if traveling by car. Can be anywhere in the Cities 10-25 minutes. Close to Airport so expect noise. Definitely will stay again

We stayed in room 139. The bathtub drained very slow and the shower head flow could have been better. It would be nice to have more charging plug ins on the night stand, too. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

The rooms are updated and very clean. Clean is important. The staff is professional and shuttle is prompt. However, the Courtyard walls are always thin. I always hear my neighbors in the Courtyard hotels. My neighbor was coughing something awful and it was hard to sleep until he stopped.

The staff were all very nice and accommodating. They were able to pick me up from the airport and take me to the mall whenever I was ready. On my last day, they took me to the mall after I left my luggage at the hotel and when they picked me up they had my luggage so that they could take me directly to the airport. Would definitely stay there again.

When a hotel says "Free airport shuttle," you expect the shuttle to show. After waiting an hour at Terminal 2 and calling 4 times, being told the shuttle is "20 minutes away" every time, I took a Lyft. The rooms were tiny, the rooms were not insulated from the sound of the airline traffic, and the staff could not be bother to give a single whit.

If traveling by car near by gas/convenience store on other side of 494 bridge. Location quick easy on/off of highway system. Food option in house but also many locations a couple miles south of hotel on Lone Oak and Yankee Doodle. Will definitely stay here again

I recently stayed one night at the Courtyard by Marriott in Mendota Heights to catch an early flight out of MSP Airport. The hotel was nice and clean, in a good quiet location, had friendly staff and shuttle services to the airport and back. My room was also nice and clean with a big screen TV. I now know where to stay to either catch an early flight or arrive late, Courtyard by Marriott.

I would give it 5 stars, except, I paid for 2 breakfasts, called ahead to assure availabilty, spoke to an agent about it upon arrival, and then was huffed at in the morning. The young man at arrival assured me that it was on our account, and that he would leave a note for the "night audit" person to take care of. The woman in the morning was not very pleasant. An older black man was a gentleman, and much appreciated.
