The sheets where dirty, the breakfast was none existance, only thing to drink was coffee no juice, and waffles was the only option for breakfast no taost or anything else. Very disappointing. Room took forever to cool since AC was not on until we got to room.

There was a smell in the hallway. Even though it was just reopened and remodeled there was paint missing on the walls. The beds were fairly comfortable. The new staff were friendly and helpful.

Of the low rent motels I have stayed at while biking across Minnesota, this was probably the nicest. The room was clean and modern. Everything worked. The town has nothing going for it at all. If you happen to spend the night, by all means avoid the Mexican restaurant near by. It was expensive and downright bad.

The staff member that checked us in was great! The hotel could use some major updates. The room we stayed in had a broken security latch on the door to the room and the cold handle in the shower didn’t work. Needless to say we didn’t get to shower. The hotel looks great from the outside but the inside needs work. The room was nice and clean, I will give it that. The room was also pretty quiet.

When I arrived at the front desk, there was no one present to check me in. A note on the counter had a phone number, which I called. No answer and the voicemail was full. I waited 10 to 15 minutes and left and drove home to southern Minnesota.

I made a reservation and paid in advance, then called the hotel itself to make sure they had it. They said they did. On the day I was supposed to check in, there was no staff on site. The phone number to call said they were trying to reach their one staff member to come and check me and another guest in. We waited two hours! In the end I made a reservation at a different hotel. Just take this one off your list.

It was decent. Not the best place we have stayed, but not the worst either. If your planning on having a nice breakfast, then you will want to just go across the street to The Spot Cafe. Because there aren't much for food or options. Our options were frozen waffles, 2 different flavors of a pastry, and mini muffins.

Desk clerk had 10 guests waiting 45 minutes to check in while he went to Wal-Mart and then had an attitude with guests. Toilet plugged but not resolved. No shower curtain on shower. Towel rack improperly installed and fell off wall. Contential breakfast offering was a few sticky buns and instant oatmeal with no way to heat water and no spoons. Handle for hot water faucet missing in Breakfast room. Desk clerk entered room twice during evening using passkey without knocking. Management gave impression of not caring at all.

The front desk person was friendly and the property was relatively clean. The light in the hall flickered the whole time we were there and was quite annoying! There is a sign on the wall by breakfast area that says, "Deluxe breakfast." The only thing available was a packaged waffle and a couple tiny muffins. Terrible breakfast and deceptive advertisement.

The room was adequate, the bed was fair. There was no staff in the office except a temporary friend who manned the desk for a little while and then left. No breakfast although it was advertised. There were no cups or glasses in the room. Contact with staff was by phone, no receipt was given. Not at all welcoming and not likely we would ever stay here again.
