Hot tub was not working, hot water in our shower was not working, pool was murky and cloudy and there was rust and rust stains everywhere around the pool area. We tried to call down at the front desk and no one ever answered. Definitely wont stay here again. Quality was lacking at Quality Inn.

No thermostat control rooms where very muggy Cleanliness and up keep was poor No sauna was available and were using the sauna space as storage. Hot tub was out of order but pool was available but pool area could have definitely been cleaner. Basically what is advertised on the website currently is not the current condition of the hotel and definitely needs some upkeep and updates

We had an upstairs room and there was no way we could have pulled our luggage up, the manager was kinda evough to trade and ground room. The sink clogged up. The elevator was out, and no sign on it saying Out of Order. Ice machines were hard to find. The pool is in another part of the area.

We only stayed one night. We had a clean room and staff was friendly. The elevator didn’t work and hot tub at the pool was out of service. Other then that we had a good stay.

Breakfast was OK. I reserved a room with a pool view that had a n inside door, but the water heater blew up (that's the reason I could not get the room I reserved). I was moved to another building where I had to walk across the parking lot and to the other end of the building for breakfast and the pool (which I did not use because I didn't want to walk there with the temperatures below freezing. The ice machine was on the second floor and the elevator was not working. When I went to check out, I tried to get some ice but the machine was broken.

We were looking forward to the pool, sauna and hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken and the sauna was filled with janitorial products. I literally chose this place over others because of the sauna and price.The pool was cloudy and it didn’t seem like the filter was working. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The floors had old carpet and the pictures showed laminate wood flooring. The pictures were definitely from when the place first opened because everything was worn down and dirty. They did a great job with the breakfast. I wouldn’t stay there again.

We booked this hotel specifically for the pool, hot tub and the way it looked. But to our surprise when we arrived the pool and hot tub were closed, the ice machine on our side of the building was broke, we had to walk to the other building if we wanted any. The big breakfast they also talk about was terrible. Not worth the price at all!

This was a last minute booking so we decided to stay here based on the pictures and reviews. You definitely get what you pay for with this hotel. The property was very dirty and poorly maintained. The furniture in the lobby was filthy. Our room smelled like urine. Housekeeping only serviced the room one of the days we stayed and when they did they only half-way made up one bed and left the other bed completely undone. Don’t stay here. There are other inexpensive hotels off of the strip that look much better maintained.

Delayed check in because rooms still werent ready, Broken shower floor, mold, and bugs in one room, food left in 2nd room in a drawer, and when we asked front desk about it, the inly question they asked was "well, was the bed made?" Will never stay in this hotel again.

First room they gave us was EXTREMELY DIRTY!! Literally had a piece of bread just sitting by the toilet in the bathroom. The sheets had stains on them as well as the blankets. So they moved us to another room which had live crawling roaches in the bathroom. Had to cancel our reservation and get a new hotel. Lucky there was a hotel available on so short notice. But 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Filthy. Room was humid, wet, smelled of mold and smoke. everything was dirty. sheets stained. spiders, stains on couch. Horrible smell. I booked a two queen bed a month before my trip. Received a one bed the day of and was told it was my fault for not answering because they tried calling. 4 of us on 1 queen bed. location was right on the strip so no complaint. but the filthy place and smell was the worst. Never again.

When we arrived at 11 pm and checked into our room one of the beds was partially unmaid and looked as if someone had rolled around on it while eating chocolate and got it all over the sheets. Went to front desk and were told they had no other rooms and were given sheets to re-make up the bed. The bathroom was undesirable and the Free Breakfast was sub par. I will say the woman at the front desk was nice and very apologetic. Things were out of her control and she did the best she could.

The room we stayed in had stained carpet. And the grout between the tile flooring was filthy. This looks like a very old beat up facility desperately needing updating. There was dog food behind the nightstand. The mirrors were dirty, we left a day early, knowing we would even lose out on the money.

No microwave in room. Rooms have an old smell, rooms are very small, swimming pool and motel in general is very outdated. Its ok if its a last resort kind of thing. A little pricey for what you get. But breakfast is decent and its close to everything.

Overall it wasn’t a bad place to stay. I didn’t care for the doors to the room being outside. The pillows were not comfortable but my kids loved the pillows so it could’ve been being older. The food was good in the morning except the waffles got cooked to long with the timer and the sausage was a bit to greasy. The hot tub in the morning is fire fire hot. But they said it cooled down once peolle get in it. The pool was a good temp. Overall not bad. It was a quick weekend get away and to do SDC.

Was ana absolute nightmare of a stay. Room was clean, but the noise was terrible. It sounded like the room above us was running a prostitution ring. Nonstop coming and going all night, thumping and bangng around. Called front desk but it did not abate. Decided to leave after one night instead of staying for the three we had planned. I would not recommend this property to anyone. I doubt we will see a refund for our other two nights even though I'm sure they rerented our room.out after we checked out. Quality Inn lacked it's namesake,.quality.

Upon checking in they asked me if I was a local resident. Immediately after giving them my zip code of 65807 and informing them I was a resident of Springfield, the front desk receptionist asked me if I would be smoking weed or any other drugs in their rooms. Racially profiling upon arrival is wild. This was entirely unprompted and unprofessional. The place looked like they haven’t cleaned since before Covid.

Worst experience. For instance, asked for an additional blanket (family of 4 in 2 queen beds). Was told the first night that housekeeping was locked up and they could not access. Second night i was told the same and that they would get ahold of management to accommodate. When called back i was told i could not have another blanket.... at a hotel.... quite the hospitality expected. The GM was extremely rude when speaking to us outside our room. Worst experience. For instance, asked for an additional blanket (family of 4 in 2 queen beds). Was told the first night that housekeeping was locked up and they could not access. Second night i was told the same and that they would get ahold of management to accommodate. When called back i was told i could not have another blanket.... at a hotel.... quite the hospitality expected. The GM was extremely rude when speaking to us outside our room. We did find several cigarette butts in our room, which was non smoking, I did let the front desk know and she apologized. I just didn't want to be blamed and charged for it. The breakfast was great, really good variety. Location was wonderful!! We walked to shopping and dining areas. We will try to stay again!

customer service from lady at front desk was horrible. didn’t tell me where my room was, didn’t tell me hours of operation. Lobby closes at 7pm also breakfast was horrible chunks in the milk. Says breakfast is from 6am to 10am which is a lie it gets over at 9am. Pool was terrible not clean and water was freezing, hot tub water colder than pool. There was a gentleman working there of the evening and was very friendly. Lady that works front desk with facial piercings needs to be fired had to wait for her to smoke her cigarette before coming to fill up milk for breakfast when the milk was expired. Would not return.

We checked in and first thing, the television didn’t work. They couldn’t move us to another room and didn’t come by to fix it while we were out. So my daughter and I didn’t get to watch any television (as she sleeps with it at night). We called up there and they said they would get it fixed and it didn’t happen. The carpet had blood-like stains which was gross. And then I get home to find out they charged MORE to my card stating that I had an animal in my room and I do not own a dog. I didn’t even know it was available for animals until I started seeing people outside with them. Then I realized that’s why my room smelled like dog. After getting home, I tried to run my card I used there (which is an Apple Card) and they had locked it due to the charge. No warning, no email. Nothing. When I went to look at my statement , I then saw the extra charge. The GENERAL MANAGER that I called SAID she would get it resolved and get me a refund so that they would release my card. I never heard another word and I’m still waiting for my card to be unlocked due to their lack of contact and consideration. We booked two nights, and I could tell on the first night that I didn’t even feel safe there. Looks nothing like the pictures. Would never recommend to anyone and I’m still waiting for my refund.

When we arrived at 11 pm and checked into our room one of the beds was partially unmaid and looked as if someone had rolled around on it while eating chocolate and got it all over the sheets. Went to front desk and were told they had no other rooms and were given sheets to re-make up the bed. The bathroom was undesirable and the Free Breakfast was sub par. I will say the woman at the front desk was nice and very apologetic. Things were out of her control and she did the best she could.

No microwave in room. Rooms have an old smell, rooms are very small, swimming pool and motel in general is very outdated. Its ok if its a last resort kind of thing. A little pricey for what you get. But breakfast is decent and its close to everything.

We enjoyed the convenience of the property, price of the room, and the staff was pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable but there was a particular thing that maintenance should address. There were a few screws that held down the transition strip from carpet to the tile in front of the hot tub that were sticking up and hurt when stepped on. Once we knew it was there we avoided it. Our room was on the second floor and opened to the pool area, and was noisy with kids playing in the evening . The overall cleanliness could have been better in the hallways.

The hotel itself is centered right in the middle of the strip so it is in the middle of everything but when we got to our rooms, they were dirty and had cockroaches in them. I told staff but nothing was done about it. The breakfast was amazing and staff member were so sweet! The rooms definitely need work to them.

I especially liked the queen beds. The mattresses are microfiber, very comfortable. Pillows were nice. There is heavy traffic. Ask for a room in the back, away from the front desk, if you don't want to hear any traffic on W76 Country Road.

The staff were all incredibly nice! The location was perfect and a good breakfast. However it was very ran down, our room reeked of smoke and had lots of damage. Our bed tilted towards the headboard which was very uncomfortable. Honesty it should be about half the price for the condition.

Filthy. Room was humid, wet, smelled of mold and smoke. everything was dirty. sheets stained. spiders, stains on couch. Horrible smell. I booked a two queen bed a month before my trip. Received a one bed the day of and was told it was my fault for not answering because they tried calling. 4 of us on 1 queen bed. location was right on the strip so no complaint. but the filthy place and smell was the worst. I felt like i was catfished… completely confused and second guessed if I was at the correct location. After investigating… The hot tub has been broken since covid… they refresh the caution tape, so it leaves to to think its temporarily broken? Also the pool water was cloudy and the” glowing blue” water wall behind the pool was covered in rust. I didn’t see the sauna and at this point in time just assumed it didn’t exist… I can’t describe the smell of the rooms… not pleasant. If i only wanted a bed to sleep in for the night, it would have been acceptable. They need to be honest and stop tricking people.

This non-refundable room was mildewed beyond recognition. The smell was so bad that we could not stay in the room. The property had no vacancies and the only staff member on the property grounds was unable to move us to a different room or provide a refund. As a result, we had to eat the $130 room cost and book a different room at our own expense in order to have a room for the night. I will never stay in any Quality Inn or Choice Hotels property again. What an awful experience.
