The bed by the window squeaks when you sit in it my the table. More outlets that are easily accessible would be helpful. The door on the north side doesn't lock.

To Whom It May Concern, When we reserved the hotel, we were looking forward to swimming in the pool. However, upon arrival, we learned the pool was closed for repairs. I requested a partial refund, since we had planned to stay for two nights. The staff refunded the full amount, which I thought was very generous. Please keep in mind that my wife and I are DEAF, and I expressed my thanks to him using sign language. About 20 minutes later, the hotel manager attempted to enter our room without notice. Thankfully, we had the door locked with both the security guard lock and the deadbolt. He managed to slightly open the door and then used his hand to try to get our attention. At that time, my wife was half-naked, fixing her hair, and she was terrified. She told me to find out what was going on. I tried to communicate with the manager using sign language, but he asked if we had packed up and were leaving the hotel. I was confused and said, “What? I don’t understand.” It seemed like a complete misunderstanding. I told him to forget it and said we would repay for the stay — but I want to make it clear: we did not appreciate that he tried to enter our room without warning. That was a violation of our privacy and rights, especially after I had asked earlier whether the hotel provided ADA accommodations, and they did not.

Very friendly staff and the GM. Good hot breakfast. Pool very clean. The whole hotel was very clean and smelled so clean and good. The corridors was clean and vacuum. Will definitely go back. The pet free is first pet is free, second pet is 15.00

Rooms were dirty, pool was closed the entire weekend we were there, keys kept stopped working had to have them fixed several times during our only 2 day stay. No wash clothes & only 2 towels in our room of 4 people, bathroom door did not lock, pop machine on site did not work we were told to go next door to another motel to get a soda, the backside of the motel always had a group of unsavory people smoking & drinking outside the back door, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Our room did not have enough outlets that worked to charge our phones. The room smelled musty and moldy. I went to get ice from the machine and it wasn't working. The hallways were very hot. We had to ask for towels, because there was only 1 set.At one point we couldn't even get water. They said it was shut off. I was really concerned when we saw what looked like homeless people sitting outside and in the hallway. I arranged this trip for a girls weekend to celebrate our beating breast cancer. I spent a lot of money and not real happy with my stay. The staff was not the issues at all. Just the hotel itself

Staff was very friendly, lobby was clean and smelled nice, breakfast was good, had fresh HOT food, it could have been placed better for self-service (as had to keep going back and forth for items, if placed better would be more efficient), beds were on the harder side and wore down, pillows were every comfortable, air worked great, floor in room was dirty and lifting under the A/C, fridge in room worked great, vending machine food was stale and out dated, hallways were clean and smelled nice, elevator had a horrible smell but worked properly, parking lot was clean and easy to park in, pool only open 9a-9p (would have been nice to be open longer as after site seeing was back after 9pm so didn't get to utilize the pool but looked nice and clean. Overall, not a bad stay for the price, would concenter staying in the future if back in Branson.

Everything in the room was clean and comfortable. The elevator didn’t always work quickly and had no air so it smelt musty. There was a homeless group staying in the parking lot and that worried me leaving my vehicle out there. The staff was nice and friendly though.

The stay was quiet. When we arrived we noticed the floor was sticky, but except for that the room was nice. We had a three night stay and put the hanger on the door asking for maid service and never received it. Each day we Only got fresh towels because we called down and ask. Breakfast was ok, ran out of sausage one day and I got last of eggs one day even though an hour remained on breakfast service. Also the back door to the hotel didn’t lock during the day(not sure about after 8pm).

When checking in, the front desk said they had a hard time finding us a room. They said my reservation wasn't guaranteed because I wasn't paying guest because I selected the book now, pay later option. Finally got our room key and the door was to the room was open. They hadn't even started cleaning it yet so we couldn't drop off our bag before we left for our concert. We got back to our room at 1:30am. It was hot and humid because they didn't turn the AC on so the sheets were damp. The comforter was stained and had hair on it. I was barely footed before getting into bed and ended up with hair and debris on the bottom of my feet. Someone in a room close to us had what sounded like a large dog, and it barked every time it heard something so it took forever to go to sleep. The same dog woke us up at 7:00 barking.

Disgustingly dirty! Floors in the room left your socks black. The sheets were stained and had loose hairs all over them when we first pulled the blankets back. Entire hotel smelled of mildew. Half the lights in the room did not work. Several electrical outlets only worked if the overhead lights were turned on. Water for a shower was like warm at best.

This is a older hotel and therefore did need some cosmetic repairs in our bathroom but for the price we could easily overlook that. The room was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, sausage, gravy, yogurt, muffins, cereal, bread for toast. We would definitely stay here again.

It was dirty. Smelled musty, the toliet didnt work. The room was not as described. Paint was chipping off the walls. The sheets were dirty. Reserved for 3 night and had to cancel after 1st night. Was making me sick being in the room.

The outside of the facility and lobby was very acceptable. The breakfast good, staff very accommodating. The downside however, was the cleanliness of the rooms. I didn't even make it into the first room because of 5 rooms with nonstop barking dogs and traveling with 3 little kids. The 2nd room, linens appeared filthy and stained, the 3rd room appeared better but floor was dirty as if walking outside barefoot. I asked for the room to be mopped and if done it wasn't well. I cleaned the area I allowed the kids barefoot. I without a doubt got what I paid for. The last thing was the horrible smell in the elevator. As a nurse thatthat tends to wounds that are nacrotic, it was very similar. Maybe a dead animal in the elevator shaft. I choose stairs with little children over going back in the elevator.

Good location. Dated but fairly clean. Lack amenities in the room .e.g., lack of lamps on the night stand ( they provide a cheap florecent light over the headboard, but when the light switch is off, the ac outlet by the bed is also off making over night charging not possible near the bed). The water pressure in the shower is low. They have a nice small outdoor pool. No freshly brewed coffee, instead they provide a coffee machine in the lobby that dispenses coffee that tastes like instant coffee. What I am getting at is they try to save money where they can. It's lower priced but lacking amenities.

Pictures on web site make it look nice, our room was very small, could not walk around beds, there was a weird round wall as you walked in turn out to be a oval shaped shower. Not much counter space. Floor was not layed correctly looked dirty and falling apart. Bed were low to ground and very saggy and worn out, every time you moved it made noises. We called front office at 10 the first night due to upstairs people running and jumping. Breakfast was so so Eggs were watery sausage tasted funny.

Disappointed in the management. Manager needs better customer service. We stayed for 3 nights and told manager we needed new towels and trash taken out. Never came to clean our rooms and never seen one housekeeper. Definitely not going back to this hotel location

Disappointed in the management. Manager needs better customer service. We stayed for 3 nights and told manager we needed new towels and trash taken out. Never came to clean our rooms and never seen one housekeeper. Definitely not going back to this hotel location

To Whom It May Concern, When we reserved the hotel, we were looking forward to swimming in the pool. However, upon arrival, we learned the pool was closed for repairs. I requested a partial refund, since we had planned to stay for two nights. The staff refunded the full amount, which I thought was very generous. Please keep in mind that my wife and I are DEAF, and I expressed my thanks to him using sign language. About 20 minutes later, the hotel manager attempted to enter our room without notice. Thankfully, we had the door locked with both the security guard lock and the deadbolt. He managed to slightly open the door and then used his hand to try to get our attention. The manager was really nice but said he had had no help. We stayed 4days/3 nights and had no housekeeping service at all. Elevator did not work properly, they allow dogs and we had 2 dogs in adjacent rooms bark for hours the first night. Manager tried to get it taken care of and was apologetic. Breakfast was cold, biscuits were rock hard. Again manager was nice but said he had no help and said he was working 24/7 Very few outlets for charging phones. Had one for microwave/frig/ coffee maker so you could only have frig plugged in if you need to charge your phone. Shower is small with mini soap. With no housekeeping service we had to go buy our own. Toilet/shower area was really small. No clock or lamp in the rooms. No carpet flooring was tile and did not look very clean. Air and heat did work well. Beds were adequate. Parking was easy with easy access in and out of hotel and near attractions It was not what we expected of a Red Roof Hotel.

Convenient location; friendly front desk staff; plentiful parking. The light over the sink needs to replaced with a proper light fixture. The bed by the window squeaks when you sit in it my the table. More outlets that are easily accessible would be helpful. The door on the north side doesn't lock.

I was skeptical at first due to being on the yellow route. But it was convient with everything in walking distance. The room was clean and had lots of room. The beds were super comfortable and I will definitely be booking again with them when we go over there again

This is a nice place to stay. Close to 76 country boulevard and amenities. Staff is friendly, my room was clean, shower had great water pressure and was hot immediately. The breakfast was good, with multiple items including a waffle maker. Pool wasnt open during my stay but was schedto open the following week. (May 24th). This will be my go to hotel whenever i visit Branson.

Pictures on web site make it look nice, our room was very small, could not walk around beds, there was a weird round wall as you walked in turn out to be a oval shaped shower. Not much counter space. Floor was not layed correctly looked dirty and falling apart. Bed were low to ground and very saggy and worn out, every time you moved it made noises. We called front office at 10 the first night due to upstairs people running and jumping. Breakfast was so so Eggs were watery sausage tasted funny.

This is a older hotel and therefore did need some cosmetic repairs in our bathroom but for the price we could easily overlook that. The room was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, sausage, gravy, yogurt, muffins, cereal, bread for toast. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly, lobby was clean and smelled nice, breakfast was good, had fresh HOT food, it could have been placed better for self-service (as had to keep going back and forth for items, if placed better would be more efficient), beds were on the harder side and wore down, pillows were every comfortable, air worked great, floor in room was dirty and lifting under the A/C, fridge in room worked great, vending machine food was stale and out dated, hallways were clean and smelled nice, elevator had a horrible smell but worked properly, parking lot was clean and easy to park in, pool only open 9a-9p (would have been nice to be open longer as after site seeing was back after 9pm so didn't get to utilize the pool but looked nice and clean. Overall, not a bad stay for the price, would concenter staying in the future if back in Branson.

I appreciated our little was allowed - at no cost - that's awesome! Breakfast was good. The shower door needs maintenance, as it was very difficult to close - was concerned about getting water on the bathroom floor - reported this at checkout

We really did not have many issues as we checked in late at night the day before our departure. Staff was welcoming and informative during check in. Unfortunately shower did not appear cleaned prior to use, would appreciate shower door mold to be cleaned, light in bathroom sink did not work. All in all, we slept well, breakfast was overcrowded and not enough seating for families. I did not appreciate the morning of check out the smell of marijuana lingering in the hall, even with the mask of spray, you could smell through it. Unfortunately lost my wedding ring during my stay, but management was open to looking for me and eventually returned to look myself. No luck. Definitely check out for something inexpensive!

Waited over 30 minutes just to check in because the hostess was arguing with another customer and being very rude. When we finally got help she said she has to be that way sometimes because she works there 24 hours. Dropped our stuff off quickly in the room because we were late for an event. After returning to the room I saw the bathroom had hair on the floor, and the rest of the room didn't look like it had been cleaned very well or at all. Later that night we realized the room was infested with bed bugs.(I was woken up with bites around 3 AM I am allergic to them) There wasn't just one. I found several crawling on the bed and literally out of the pillowcase! I woke my husband up and we checked out early. I talked to management about the bed bug issue over the phone and they said they would contact me about it. I got an email the next day apologizing, but no refund or compensation for having to check out early.
