Check in was a breeze. The rooms and hotel were very clean and well kept inside and out. Convenient location and parking. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. At first we were disappointed that the breakfast buffet was pre-packaged. But the hot food was delicious, and the woman who prepared it for us was so kind. She (Kelly) did such a good job making sure the food stayed hot and the dining area stayed clean! The front desk hostess allowed us a late check-out which was a blessing. The free wi-fi worked great. The pool and workout room are very small but super clean and sufficient for our short stay. The room had everything we needed and was in excellent condition. It was a handicapped accessible room. Our only concern was that the shower was not built to prevent water from spilling over onto the bathroom floor. So, the entire bathroom floor was soaked with water every time we used the shower. Other than that, we had a great stay!

We were inadvertently charged $570 three times on our credit card when we checked it; only the Manager could fix getting it taken care of and even then there was confusion. The first room we were assigned turned out not to have hot water so cool showers made for an unpleasant end of the day. Breakfast was good; easy parking, and easy access to highway and shopping. We will look for a different place next time.

Threadbare towels doesn’t begin to describe them. Literally holes in the ends, looked like lace at first glance. Bathroom floor was sticky to the point my shoes made sucking sounds. Decent breakfast, nice folks running it.

The property is older though clean and safe. A few maintenence issues are popping up. The lobby, dining area and food were good. The staff was great. Our room had some maintenance issues (shower leaked from glass connection to wall, not enough outlets, phone face plate was missing) and it was not a quiet hotel. I only comment on the negative items because for the price per night, they were distractions from an otherwise pleasant stay.

If you want a clean place but don't want to sleep. Stay here. Place is loud. You can hear everything that is going on outside the hotel and everything inside the hotel. Upstairs people running,/jumping all night long. The door did not close properly and there was a gap so those outside the door can see in and vice versa.

Really bad . Had traveled and stayed with multiple Marriott’s in the past . This one has the tiniest room with poorly decorated, no sofa to sit , No pictures on wall . Will never recommend Fairfield inn in my life .

When arrived front desk person was not pleasant didn’t ask any questions just gave me key. I felt like I was bothering her. Then we request king bed suite and they put us in a handicap room with no vanity or tub and the room was cold and u welcoming. When arrived front desk person was not pleasant didn’t ask any questions just gave me key. I felt like I was bothering her. Then we request king bed suite and they put us in a handicap room with no vanity or tub and the room was cold and u welcoming. Threadbare towels doesn’t begin to describe them. Literally holes in the ends, looked like lace at first glance. Bathroom floor was sticky to the point my shoes made sucking sounds. Decent breakfast, nice folks running it.

A clerk at the counter named Theo was wonderful, we had a problem with noise the first night and she moved us to a different, and quite, room and had a very pleasant demeanor.

Nice place to stay when you don't want to pay the high rates in Columbia for a college weekend visit. The commute isn't bad. The breakfast was "ok" It was the same both mornings, but it just wasn't great. There was some variety and options but personally I felt it could be a little better. Still a good hotel overall.

The hotel is in a good location and the facility is well maintained. My only knock on this place would be the so called breakfast buffet. The breakfast consisted of prepackaged food and everything was mislabeled and in short supply. They ran out of coffee both days and only provide one coffee pod per room. What a joke!!! I simply will not return to this location due to these issues.

Check in was a breeze. The rooms and hotel were very clean and well kept inside and out. Convenient location and parking. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. At first we were disappointed that the breakfast buffet was pre-packaged. But the hot food was delicious, and the woman who prepared it for us was so kind. She (Kelly) did such a good job making sure the food stayed hot and the dining area stayed clean! The front desk hostess allowed us a late check-out which was a blessing. The free wi-fi worked great. The pool and workout room are very small but super clean and sufficient for our short stay. The room had everything we needed and was in excellent condition. It was a handicapped accessible room. Our only concern was that the shower was not built to prevent water from spilling over onto the bathroom floor. So, the entire bathroom floor was soaked with water every time we used the shower. Other than that, we had a great stay!

We were inadvertently charged $570 three times on our credit card when we checked it; only the Manager could fix getting it taken care of and even then there was confusion. The first room we were assigned turned out not to have hot water so cool showers made for an unpleasant end of the day. Breakfast was good; easy parking, and easy access to highway and shopping. We will look for a different place next time.

The property is older though clean and safe. A few maintenence issues are popping up. The lobby, dining area and food were good. The staff was great. Our room had some maintenance issues (shower leaked from glass connection to wall, not enough outlets, phone face plate was missing) and it was not a quiet hotel. I only comment on the negative items because for the price per night, they were distractions from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Our room was ready when we arrived at 4pm. Room was very clean and quiet (1st floor). Breakfast offerings were many and varied. Coffee was good! I will definitely stay here again.

At times the service was very good and at other times it was very bad. When staff was available they did a good job of cleaning the room. But, on Saturday they said they were going to service the room after 1pm. When we retuned that evening, nothing had been done. We could only find one employee in the entire hotel. She did give us fresh towels. Most of the time the Ice Machine did not work. The manager claimed she had a service company try to fix it. The hotel needs more than one ice machine. When we first checked in we were given a room with a very wet bathroom floor. Water was coming out from under the shower. The manager moved us to another room that had the same problem. When we took a shower, the shower door would slide open and we could not keep it closed. The manager had it fixed so that it stayed closed. It still leaked some water. The staff was friendly but there were too few on the weekends. The manager seem friendly and helpful, but she mostly made excuses for the hotels problems and lack of staff.

Friendly staff. Room was not in great condition, bathroom walls were in need of repair. Room felt very cramped w two queen beds. Was assigned accessible room (likely because no others available) and water leaked from shower all over bathroom. Breakfast was good although milk in fridge was expired/spoiled.

We had a nice stay. We slept well, they had an average to better than average breakfast. There was some damage to the wall in the bathroom and toilet/shower was separate from the sink. The closed bathroom was pretty small. Close enough to the Katy Trail for a short drive. Bike just barely fit in the elevator and room, but was happy to get out of the heat!

Conveniently located to all amenities and highway. Very clean property inside and out. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The only draw back was no daily housekeeping & I had to ask for towels.
