The carpet in our room (Suite w/ 2 Queen beds and a pull out sofa) was being replaced. The hotel staff called us prior to arrival to let us know about our room. and after reviewing their availability, worked with us to provide us adjoining rooms (since we have 3 children with us). Very accommodating to our needs!

The front desk staff was great when we checked in. But the first floor was being renovated, so nothing was open-no workout center. We were not told that when booking and would have stayed somewhere else that had amenities that we could use. The room was dirty-the microwave had grease and was obviously not cleaned, the bed had stains on the base, the shower had mold in it and smelled like mildew. The walls were so thin I could hear the people next to me coughing and sneezing, almost as if the door was open. The doors close loudly so every time someone leaves/enters a room, it woke us up. Overall, a lot of money for absolutely no amenities and a dirty and smelly hotel room. Would not recommend at all.

It was confusing when you first drive in. There appears to be two hotels together. Holiday Inn and Enconolodge. I almost cancelled my reservation because I didn’t know what adventures I was in for! I liked that it was easy access to my reason for my stay. I liked the pool area and sat outside to relax and breakfast was adequate. The update to the hotel looked like it was superficial. There were remnants of the old decor.

Was a quick stay overnight for us heading to our destination for vacation. Area seemed nice. Hotel overall wasn’t dirty, the bathrooms don’t have any fans and I could smell the mold on the ceiling of the shower. I am sensitive to smells and my family couldn’t smell it.

In todays world, it is critical to have the ability to conduct business when travelling. The wifi never worked during my entire stay. When I informed the front desk staff, she was not helpful and did not seem to place much importance on my concern.

They changed my reserved room because someone would not leave their room. So after confirming the change my family drove down to Mississippi. I was given a key to an occupied room. When we came back to the desk to get the room we had reserved a week earlier they said there was a mistake and they did not have any available rooms for my family. It was 8:00 at night and my family of 5 did not have a room to stay in. Very very poorly run. Need to have my money refunded.

The staff was beyond great! Every staff member we dealt with, was courteous, friendly, helpful. respectful. knowledgeable. The room was very accommodating. This Holiday Inn was in the center of Corinth. We enjoyed our stay here and woupd stay again if we are in that area.

Our room was a nice size, we stayed 3 nights. We Didn't ask for anything from house keeping but im sure they would have done anything for us !! The only issue we had was the breakfast. I am a celiac ( gluten-free) person and there wasn really anything there for me to eat. The first morning the lady looking after the breakfast area found me a tangerine in the back. Would be great to see gluten-free muffins,gluten-free cereal, etc. I also started finding ants in our room. Not sure where they came from ?. Still a nice hotel and we would stay again !!

One day, they failed to clean our room, and the coffee maker we had issues with wasn't addressed for two days. Food was limited, and the pancake maker didn't work. The coffee maker for breakfast was awesome.

It appears they are remodeling which looks good so far. The outside lanscaping needs some TLC. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The one negative is that for sustainability, they did not have the mini coffee maker in the room and said you could go to lobby 24/7 for coffee. I dont like wandering down to the lobby first thing in the morning. I prefer to make a cup in my room.

Front desk clerk Carol was exceptional as well as friendly and helpful. She acted like a visitor center, telling us where to eat and about the last night of the slugburger festival, which we were able to attend for a while till the rain came.
