Front staff at checkin were great, good conversation & attention to detail. Room looked pleasing when first walking in. The bathroom floor wasnt clean, shower stall separating from wall with pealing paint, bedspread had suspicious stains on it but sheets appeared to be clean. A/C worked amazingly well along with mini fridge. Overall it was a good stay.

Dirty and shabby. Air conditioning subpar.

The staff was very nice. The room was clean but dated. The parking is close and the parking lot was clean.The pool was closed it needs work. The locks on the door was ok . I felt safe because the parking lot was quite and no partying was going on that I could hear.

no shower curtain. light over sink is extremely dim. pool was disgusting. otherwise room was clean and quiet and the bed slept well

Another Mahoot operation..wjat would we do without the Patels from India running operating and owning Americas hotels? Pretty nice place but not a street walker in the area. Which was disappointing. They also had plenty of ice.

Was very disappointed with this hotel as it is being recognized as a Wyndham Hotel. We expected it to be much better. It was old and dingy. The ice machine was broken. The clerk was very nice and got us some ice. The bed was saggy and needs to be replaced. There wasn’t an iron in the room or any blankets. We did get an iron sent to our room. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible making it hard for my wife to put on her makeup. Next time we will look elsewhere.

No ice machine, no pool, breakfast was skimpy and room wasn’t very clean. And I had a non-smoking room yet there were cigarette burns in the comforter covers

The pool was not in working order. It was green. The walls in the room had damage. The bedspread was stained. The exterior of the building was not appealing.

I liked how you can park your car next to your room

Linens have burnt holes in them and stains on them! Blankets and comforters also have them! Pool was green, couldn’t utilize it! Smelled musky, not a clean fresh smell! Wasn’t very pleased at all.

I must say that I received ten or so of what can only be described as spider bites after staying in this room. They began with itching and proceeded to swell and blister and burst, resulting in a great deal of discomfort and worry. I confess I never saw a spider but I did see insects in the bedding.

We traveled as a family to stay here as my father had just passed away. We booked 5 rooms. At first glance the property looked decent enough to stay. I left my family there so I could run errands ( over an hour away in another town). When my husband opened the microwave, several roaches crawled/scattered. He immediately called the front desk to inform. They told him that they did not have a roach problem and suggested they came from a previous family. My husband packed up, told them we were going to leave and waited in the car for me to return. The person at the front desk called to tell me that if I wasn’t back within 15 mins, the Manager said we could not receive a refund. The attitude of the Owner/ Manager was rude and insensitive… especially since We were being inconvenienced over THEIR roach problem. We received our refund but this was a HORRIBLE experience!

I was in town caring for my dad. Upon his passing I began preparing for his funeral services and required a place for my family and me to stay. My sister & I booked a total of 5 rooms. As our families checked into their rooms, we ran errands. Shortly after, I received a call from my family with complaints of there being bugs in three of our booked rooms. We should have known this place was nasty by the smell of the rooms, the stains on the furniture and the dirty carpet. When complaints of bugs were mentioned to the front staff we were told this was the result of a previous renter who lived at the hotel for two weeks. Later, we found this hotel to be known for its bug problem because once we shared our story of bug infestation with locals they all shared similar experiences from this same facility and warned they DO NOT book with this hotel for this very reason. Unfortunately, this hotel is filthy and I’m shocked they're still operating considering numerous complaints of bug infestation. I only wish I had read the reviews prior to booking. This bug infestation has been an apparent issue dating back several years. The Owners have failed to address its bug issue. This place is a public nuance, it significantly impacts the health, safety, & welfare of the public along with neighboring businesses. This type of indecency also poses a public health hazard as bugs were also found in the microwave of one of the rooms, while bugs carry germs & spread diseases RENTER BEWARE!

The most horrible experience of my life staying at this Super 8 Never again will I stay at this place. The room was NOT clean and there was older smell as well….complaint to the front desk multiple times thru out my stay. NOT A PLACE TO STAY AT ALL….

The room was filthy, sheets were stained and had cigarette burns. People from other rooms were outside drinking and playing music loudly. Shady characters were coming and going throughout the night.

Lots of roaches, but it’s one of the only hotels within that town to stay.

Huge rooms, comfortably furnished. Hotel looks run down outside and furniture is worn. Side tables needed wiping and bathroom floor looked not clean. HOWEVER, tub was spotless as were sheets and towels, bed very comfortable and shower was nice and strong. Priced very low, so we were happy with the choice. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Muffins, juice and coffee available in the morning

The only good thing I can say was that the a/c unit was quiet and the bed was relatively comfortable.

Area is fine. Staying in my room. Door/ frame is weak couldn’t lock properly. I had put some stuff I. Front of the door to somehow keep it l close since it didn’t locked. Shower head was barely spraying. I cut my toe on piece of glass as I walk around the room

Young lady at check in at 6:30 pm was excellent!! She was friendly, helpful with all questions that we had. Room was clean , but sofa was not in great shape

That Suite was terrible, old worn bed covers, filthy, looking carpet, no table and chairs to sit in and eat

I booked a room that was already paid for. I stay 3 hrs away I was just visiting home for the holiday. When I got there I was told they had no rooms and couldn’t give me another one. But when I return to the hotel to ask a question I witness the staff selling a customer a room.

For a Wyndham hotel this place was not very clean and the towels were old and rough. Staff not friendly or helpful.

I was here for a long trip visiting family and stayed for a little over a week. The staff was very accommodating (especially the cleaning staff!). By the end of the trip it started feeling like a second home. If you have to stay in Kosciusko (there isn't much there...), then this place is decent.

I checked in the first room and it reeked of cigarettes and marijuana it was late so I called the front desk the guy told me they could move me rooms first thing the next morning since I was staying another night the second room wasn’t much better the staff was friendly but this facility needs major help also they advertise breakfast and I was told when I went down to grab something that they haven’t had a breakfast since the beginning of COVID-19
