They do not have an airport shuttle. The person manning the desk told me they've tried to have that removed from the description on hotels/expedia site without success. It is very close to airport. So - if shuttle is one of your criteria like for me just no that is no longer. And sadly the hot tub wasn't working and really wanted that feature.

Breakfast was excellent. Our room felt like 2 bedroom apartment. Staff helpful. Some rooms did not have A/C that worked. Moved first night. Exercise room should not be advertised-----small with A/C that doesnt work. Elliptical rusted. Treadmill did not have working screen. Overall very good if you dont use Exercise room

The staff was amazing. So friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was very nice and did a great job cleaning room. It was very clean overall and roo.s were good sized and in great condition. The only thing that was a distraction but not enough to keep me from using, was the pool area. Pool was very.nice but windows all the way around for outside were very dirty. Also doors to outside were propped open leaving access to anyone walking by. But felt safe and had a great time in pool.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating (she let me raid the kitchen for utensils and plates) but the rooms/hallways were absolutely filthy. The bedding had stains and brown spots, there was actual blood on the bathroom wall, the sinks were dirty, the floors didn’t appear to be vacuumed (full of crumbs and debris) It was just really gross. To the point where I was trying not to touch anything. I didn’t mention it to the receptionist because we were exhausted after traveling all day and had to get up at 4am to do it again. I just turned a blind eye and tried to get a little rest but for the price point, the lack of cleanliness was really disappointing. I probably wouldn’t stay here again, especially not with my child but I’m still grateful we had a place to lay our heads for a few hours.

We arrived in the middle of the night, and they have staff at the front desk 24/7. Unfortunately, probably because we arrived so late, our king suite was in the basement level. We had a queen bed where a sofa could have been. The suite was dark like a cave. The fridge made too much noise. We did like the location near the exit into the parking lot where our car was. The breakfast was hot and tastier than most. Loved the little slices of sausage. The exterior facilities all appeared very nice, I just think we got the last choice on the room.

Our room definitely could use some renovations, as paint was coming off on the bathroom door, chips on the floor corners, etc. the breakfast wasn’t the best either, but overall the stay was convenient and comfortable for the night! The bed is very cozy and the room felt clean.

Ok hotel overall. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Wifi is easily the worst you’ll ever use. Beds are nice but the pillows aren’t. You will hear every door in the building open and close. Bring clips for your curtain as there is only the one set and ours would close all the way. Rooms are overall quite nice though.

Definitely not what we've come to expect from a La Quinta. From the arrival to the check in, to our room, this was a terrible experience and not worthy of the name. When arriving, you have to pull through a trucking parking lot, no matter how you arrive. Once we checked in, we were sent to the "first floor" which is 3/4 of below ground. The hallways and elevators smelled "old" and dirty. Our room seemed like it was still in a state of construction, with dry wall spackling in several locations, still not sanded or painted. There was a lingering smell to the room, that we couldn't identify. The room wasn't necessarily dirty to the touch, but it had that dirty feel. Due to being 3/4 below ground it was dark and almost felt like a dungeon. The bed was lumpy and saggy and was a terrible nights sleep. Overall, I would highly recommend against this La Quinta. Horrific experience!

The night we stayed there we had to get up at 3:30 am for a flight out to my daughters cancer treatment we were hit with painful burning and cough from a smell seeping in our room from hallway when I opened the door several people were choking and coughing so I put a washcloth over my face to go to the front desk and rang the bell over 5 minutes no one came then a fireman came and and informed me they were investigating the smell and to come outside but I had to go back I. And get my daughter. Police cars and firefighters and ambulance crews were there. Nobody called us or came got us we came out in our own. We were outside for over an hour and then they all left and I had to go back inside to ask if it was ok now and they said yes it was better (annoyed nobody bothered to get us or send us back in). Later found out someone sprayed pepper spray throughout the hallway and they offered me a 20 dollar credit lol. Annoying and highly inconvenient. Also the room was old and dirty and could feel the springs in the bed. Will never recommend or stay again

I arrived to check in only to find out that somehow my reservation (which was paid for in advance) was canceled!!! Not by me!!! There were no rooms available and it was an hour and a half before we were able to get another room! Dickson was a great help but still very disappointed. Others trying to check in had the same issue

The staff were not very friendly. Check out time is 11am and I had a member of the housekeeping staff knocking on my door before that. No one said good bye to me when i left or even acknowledged me!

Had to book a last minute stay due to cancelled flight. Holly at front desk was amazing. Her assistance and wonderful attitude brought a touch of pleasantness to an otherwise unpleasant experience of changed travel plans. We had to be at airport extremely early and Holly made up to go breakfast baskets for us the night before so we would have them the next morning. Above and beyond level of service. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

The staff is mostly great but understaffing and trainees slowed everything down from check in to getting the room serviced. Since Covid most hotels have gone on demand room service such as having the bed changed and towels replaced but the pandemic is over and it’s a poor excuse for bad service. This property is located at a TRUCK STOP! There are trucks coming and going 24 hours a day and is very noisy.

The staff is mostly great but understaffing and trainees slowed everything down from check in to getting the room serviced. Since Covid most hotels have gone on demand room service such as having the bed changed and towels replaced but the pandemic is over and it’s a poor excuse for bad service. This property is located at a TRUCK STOP! There are trucks coming and going 24 hours a day and is very noisy.

We enjoyed our quick stay here, nice big comfy beds and pillows. Clean room and bathroom, good rates. good breakfast and area. Happy with real cream for the coffee :) kids enjoyed waffles and cereal. I enjoyed the hot selections.

Easy access to the highway, and the biscuits and gravy each morning were delicious! There was numerous issues with the TV(s) which we brought up with front desk but it was never resolved; Hot tub was overflowing and blowing in cold through one of the jets; WiFi was down for more than half of our stay (we were there 4 nights) and we actually needed it for a variety of reasons. The gentleman who worked in the evenings while we were there provided us with very little help with our concerns. he really didn\'t seem to care. There was another younger girl who worked at the desk though, who was quite pleasant, and was able to look a few things up for us on the wired internet. (Coming from Canada, we were relying on Wifi, rather than pay the ridiculous rates for roaming data) Also, the lady who worked in the breakfast area was amazing. We new we were going to a "budget friendly" hotel but found it was still over-priced for what we got, and the conditions that it was in.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was currently in process of being renovated but the workers stopped by 6:00 p and did not start again before we checked out at 9:00a so noise generated by construction did not affect our stay.

Had a hectic day at arrival for many reasons. Fortunately, the hotel reception was able to let me enter a room early that resolved my problem. While the property was undergoing sime new construction, my room was clean, large quiet and comfortable. While the TV did not work, I did not care as my return to my room was very late and using my own computer with easy access to the on-line service made that inconvenience disappear. I will be eager to see what the new renovations add.

No pleasant smell in the waiting area when we enter into the property. The floor is not fully ready but it was allocated to customers stay. No simple flexibility including for just keeping luggages for couple of hours. It's full of money minded experience is my observation for anything at this place. The breakfast is fine. It's better to choose some other place to stay for your peace of mind.

Major renovations happening across the first and third floors with half of the parking lot not accessible and entrance with adjacent properties being under heavy construction as well. Nice staff and note the newly renovated rooms have AI-art as that kinda throws off the mood.
