We staying in the family suite and it was fantastic. It was clean and well kept. The night front desk clerk was very helpful. The family suite was fun my for children to play foosball and arcade games within the room. The pool was modest but enough to satisfy their needs. The hot breakfast in the morning was fantastic.

They have a lovely fenced area for dogs to play and potty. They not only provide bags, but a pooper scooper too! The staff are super friendly and helpful The room was large and clean and the beds were super comfy

I wanted to mention that it lacks an elevator. While the room looks clean from a distance, a closer inspection reveals otherwise. The bed clearly wasn't cleaned, and the pillows had what looked like blood or a large water stain. Additionally, the bed cover was dirty, with numerous yellow stains. This isn't very pleasant, and I truly hope the management can improve their housekeeping standards.

Comfortable hotel. Front desk customer representatives were warm & friendly; knowledgeable about hotel & services provided. Linens were clean & comfortable. Breakfast had a decent selection. Room layout was ideal for our family. This was the second time we’ve stayed here; it has experienced quite a bit of wear & tear over the last year, with little upkeep. The room felt dingy & we could see areas that were not cleaned. Electrical wall plates were missing from outlets, making it unsafe if we had overly curious kids. There had been obvious damage done by previous visitors. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way due to damage & the couch had been beautifully decorated by a budding artist. Overall the stay was as expected for the price range & availability time frame. It was unfortunate that the maintenance hadn’t been kept up; this will definitely affect our next decision to stay here. Good place to lay your head & rest, but definitely felt like a lower end option.

When we got to our room and opened the door we were met with a very strong wet/musty/cleaner smell. Upon entering we realized the carpet had obviously been cleaned and was still very wet. Asked for a new room, they didn't have any available. So we got to spend the night in a damp, stinky room after paying almost $200.

We were very disappointed in the room we were assigned. The room itself was as expected for this type of hotel, but the location was unacceptable. It was literally 30 feet from the front desk. There was noise from people checking in right up until midnight and again in the early morning,as people were checking out. There are two rooms that I thing might have been revenue enhancing add-ons; rooms 199 and 200. They should never even exist.

The front desk attendant was polite and check in was very easy. However, even though there were not many people staying at the hotel, it seems like we were all put next to each other, which was very loud. Thank goodness I had a sound machine because the next door neighbor was snoring extremely loudly and you could hear people’s voices/conversations from next door and the hallway.

The room was clean and fairly comfortable. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. The center door to get into the building was missing the handle, so we could not enter that way. Stay on the upper floor if you are a light sleeper. We could hear the people moving around above us.

Our room was a basement room...7 steps below grade so the window in our room was shorter and at ground level right outside the parking area...therefore there was no opening the curtains without feeling like we were exposed to people walking in and out of their cars as they were coming and going. Because of this, it was very uncomfortable and I felt uneasy about either a car accidently missing the brake and running into the place right into our window...or a possible break in. I didn't feel safe. I didn't know our room would be below grade or wouldn't have made the reservation.

Very comfortable, clean and the staff helpful. We booked an extra night through a different agent and the receptionist arranged for us to have the same room for both nights. The hotel was near all the required facilities and near the airport. The breakfast was very good with hot food as well as continental. We had a lovely stay.

So at 6:20 pm I only got my room because there was no room available still under cleaning, owner obviously saving on staff to get more profit, but in the morning at 8:47 am while check out is 11, the cleaning lady knocking the doors, waking everybody up to start cleaning even though room paid till 11!! So instead of keep track I’d checked out room and start cleaning them they decided to wake everyone up and force to start check out!! Horrible service, front person Kim seems ill and not fit to run front desk!! Slow speech, slow movement Definitely stay away !!

Management was incredibly rude. Asked for early check in they require an additional money if you want early check in otherwise 3pm. The night clerk was incredibly rude. She had no customer skills what do ever. The "manager" that came on at 7am was arrogant and condescending. The maids all appeared to be no English speaking illegal immigrants. The room was ok but if you're picky filthy carpet and a door with a gap in in so wide you could watch people walk down the hall. No I wouldn't recommend staying here toy worst enemy..

This place is phenomenal, the staff and facility are always top-notch. We have had a crew stay here for the last 6months and we have never had a problem. Jason, the manager, is a true professional. He is always making sure my guys are taken care of. He is just a good man with a good soul!! All the staff is very nice..

The ataff not only helped with late check in and advising on transportation for a late arriving flight but were so incrediblely gracious in making aure my husban was able to find me, and get me the rest of tge way home ! Above and beyond in service, cleanliness, comfort, and convenience!

They gave our room away after we paid, said I must have booked it late (booked through Expedia at 10am) then offered to give us a RM that slept 4 at their Bozeman super 8 drove there to find they also didn't have a room for us... terrible service. We not be booking with super 8 again. Still waiting for our refund too

The guy that was at the front desk Saturday and Sunday was the best clerk I've ever had at a hotel. He was genuinely friendly, intelligent, helpful, and welcoming, and just generally really pleasant to have a conversation with.

The staff were so kind and accommodating. We stayed in the area for a few days due to car issues and they were always so helpful. My daughter loved the pool and we loved that dining options were so close by. Everything about our stay was nice and super clean. They offered extras to us because of our extended stay, and the breakfast was always good! The hotel is nestled in an interesting spot, but felt safe!

There were blood stains in a pillowcase and the sheets up by the head of the bed. Very limited options at breakfast and had to wait a long time for things to be refilled.

Staff was very helpful. The hotel was clean and convenient for us. The breakfast was a nice surprise. Eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, cereal, fruit, breads, juices, coffee. A very nice assortment. Overall we were quite pleased and would recommend Super 8 if you're looking for a place to stay in Belgrade.

Nice Super 8 with a better than typical Super 8 breakfast. Room showed some aging but was nice, quiet & comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options including eggs, bacon, sausage biscuits & gravy not always offered at most Super 8's.

Was impressed with the welcome and kind professional treatment while checking in and out. The room was clean and well maintained. The free breakfast was exceptional with biscuits and gravy along with sausage links and scrambled eggs served by polite staff. They did not scrimp on helpings as our plates was full and we enjoyed the eating experience. Beverages and other breakfast items were also available. Coming back to Bozeman in May and will definitely stay here again.

Good stay, but it’s an older building. Hallways stank. Door into room had quite the gap, so light and noise streamed through. Breakfast was good, but very limited.

Breakfast is consistently awesome. I stay here almost every Friday during the ski season. Front desk help us awesome! Great price for great value. Best biscuits and gravy!!

Para ser un hotel súper 8 me sorprendí de lo bien cuidado que está el establecimiento. Tiene estacionamiento especial para motos y el desayuno muy completo. Buena cama es igual a un buen descanso.

The room was good enough for a night's stay. It didn't seem to have bugs or stink which is top priority. Breakfast was...meh. I accidentally left my charger there, it took 3 days of calling before anyone could take my call. It took a few more days to get a prepaid shipping label to get them to send it back to me. They said they did but here we are, 10 days later and my first class package that I paid for has not arrived! So now I'm out a charger AND money to ship it to me that never happened. Customer service was the worst part of the stay.

This hotel met our needs for a single night's stay very well, as we were travelling to Yellowstone. The staff were nice and helpful; they helped arrange and deliver an extra rollaway bed. The kids loved the pool area. Our room was spacious, albeit with simple amenities. It was easy to find/get to, and there was even a picnic bench outside (in the dog exercise area) for us to sit outside and eat our take-out meal.

Positives: Veteran Parking, Pet Friendly*, Clean Room, Breakfast Negatives: The Front Desk gave us the wrong directions to our room! After walking down one flight of stairs, we walked all the way down the hall to find the room numbers ran out! Our room (#122) was ALL THE WAY BACK AND DOWN ANOTHER FLIGHT OF STAIRS RIGHT BY THE LAUNDRY ROOM! VERY NOISY! *Pet Friendly, we have a 3 year old Siberian Husky and our room was down 2 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS! Our dog was extremely tentative every time on each flight of stairs. The above Negatives are the reason for the low rating.
