The staff was great but the room not so much it’s very old and run down. The bed was comfortable but extremely noisy it sounded like metal banging together every time you sat on it or got out of it. The air conditioner was really loud and the toilet ran continuously.

Desk staff very rude, Hot tubs weren't working and pool was dirty and they change extra for the slide. Glass on the floor of one of our 2 rooms, pictures look great! but very out dated. and no one cleaned it up. even after they were told about it. Didn't eat breakfast

Not hot water, no hot tubs, worst experience…10 out of 10 do not recommend!

Mold in our bathroom. Exposed wires in a broken outlet. Multiple people asked for towels and all were told there weren’t any available. In our room for 4 people, we were given 2 towels. When we asked for an extra pillow because they were tiny (1/2 the pillowcase, basically camp pillows) and flat, we were told there were not any extras there. The hot tubs were out of order. The breakfast was sub par. I overheard a staff member say they put the left overs in containers to use the next day (after being on the buffet the previous day… gross!!) the tv didn’t work. The light by the beds was broken All in all, a terrible experience and if we hadn’t already been paid in full, we would have changed hotels. I might even recommend the city looks into this location. Wyndham corporate should also think twice about putting their name on this place.

Stayed two different nights(Thursday followed by Sunday). The same check-in person was very friendly both times. First night I got very little sleep due to a noisy heat-pump heater and some sort of other noise that sounded like an engine idling(this might have been another heater from another room). No fridge, WIFI TV that kept cutting out, message light on the phone that always gave a busy signal (unplugged the phone) and noisy neighbors. The second night (I complained about the first), I got a double queen bed and through the lower wall heater/ac (heat-pump). The room was larger, the heater was much quieter, there was a fridge, still very little counter space for toiletries around the sink. Bring your own water! The coffee maker didn't work. There is plenty of parking on one side but none on the other(I like to be able to see my vehicle but couldn't the second stay). Cleanliness seemed very acceptable. Would I stay again? Probably. The price is reasonable. Access is pretty easy if you study the map a little. There are other amenities that I didn't partake in.
