Montana Trailhead Inn

Everything was great, check-in, staff, amenities, parking, location. The only thing that could be done is some updating to the hotel and our room had water damage to the ceiling and walls.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Trisha (I believe that was her name) was so friendly and helpful. Her happy attitude made me feel so welcome after a long drive that ended with our arrival after midnight.

The A/C wasn’t working to capacity. It was over 80 degrees in our rooms. They told us to open the window and keep the door cracked. Really?! What happened to safety around there. They did offer a small fan to help circulate the air. Would definitely think twice about staying there again. They did not offer any compensation.

Overall, good for the price.

Staff was very friendly. AC was broken in the hotel. Had to open the window that has no screens. All night long I would wake up to vehicles on the highway. Hotel is old and it was like sleeping in a ghost town with no people in a large building.
