Feont desk staff was very laxed smelled like pot everytime we walkiled in. No hot tub as website says. Guess the filled in in woth concrete a month ago?

Stayed at this hotel for 5 days for a business trip. The hotel was under construction, the lobby was closed most of the day - the fire alarms went off several times in the mornings. Overall the rooms was okay, but the beds and pillows were in pretty bad shape. I ended up buying my own pillows so I could get a good nights sleep. The rooms were pretty dusty (in vents and on walls).

They did not have room keys so you had to wait on hotel staff to let you in your room, it was a pain. while they had the device to fix it they said the issue would not be fixed any time soon because they were waiting on a cord.

Check in was very quick and easy. I requested a roll away bed for my son, and it was delivered within 15 minutes. The woman who ran breakfast was sweet, attentive and very accomodating. The reason I did not rate 5 stars is the pool. It was filthy. You could see the scum at the water line and you can tell it has been there for a very long time. People even etched their initals and messages in it. Also, the 4 days we were there the same very large crumbs remianed in the eleveator and toilet paper trail entering the elevator. The girls cleaning were not happy I was on the elevator when they wanted to be and made me feel very unwelcome. The cleanliness and the cleaning crew get 1 star.

Liked this hotel, BUT the pool was closed… wish they would disclose this at booking!

The cleanliness of the entire building is pretty rough. I don’t think I seen one clean rug or carpet/floor in the main lobby areas. The hottub and pool water is pretty dirty with a layer of filth on the bottom. The chair in our room was covered in nasty so I had to get a blanket to keep over it. The caulking in the bathroom is all cracked out and yellowish black.

First of all, the pool and hot tub were closed and I'm pretty sure that's like most of the price. Didn't get a refund. The wallpaper was peeling off in the bathroom everywhere. Someone else's hair on the toilet is just awkward and the floors and toilet were dirty! We both woke up sniffles from the dirty ac. The bed frame was ductaped for some reason The breakfast was good despite everything else. But the back door for the rooms key card box was broken so you could only go through the front. Very disappointed won't be staying again.

After booking via the app we arrived at the hotel to find it looked nothing like the photos and also the lobby area was non existent. It is possibly being remodeled. It is torn up. As a guest I feel as though it should have been notes in the listing so we could be aware before deciding to stay there. Hallway had a sour odor (2nd floor hallway). Walls a very thin. We could hear everything in the hallway during the night. Upon checking, the front desk person does not offer a lot of info. We will choose somewhere else our next time through.

Clean pool/hot tub. Adequate workout room. Great breakfast, although I wish the hours were extended until 10 AM. Nice to always have hot coffee/tea and cookies. Good shower!

Bathroom had mold.

This hotel is absolutely filthy! The carpets are so dirty and the bathrooms looked like they have never had the floor scrubbed. This property needs lots of maintenance from just simply painting to updating. For $210 a night I definitely recommend going somewhere else!

Property was not clean. Stuff all over the carpets. Dirt and hair on the floor in the bathroom and in the tub. Strange smell. Not worth the price. Did not see any staff during our stay except for during check in. Next to very noisy road.

Property was somewhat clean. No desk clerk was available for much of our stay. Floors in bathroom & rooms had not been cleaned. Our socks actually got dirty walking on the carpets. Staff was friendly & accommodating when we needed things.

The staff was overall great. Property not so much. We got to the hotel at midnight and the front door was locked. Beings I wasn’t checked in yet, I didn’t have a key to get in. I tried everything to trigger the sensor on the door while a line of over 10 people watched me. I felt I was in an unsafe area after that. After waiting 40 minutes to check in, we got to our room with our 2 toddlers. I opened the door and found we were put into a room that was not clean. This room hadn’t had a deep clean in a very long time to have buildup in the tray where the disposable cups go, cleaner sprayed on the door and never wiped off, black handprints and smudges all over the bedding and sheets, hair on the toilet, all over the bathroom floor, and even in the sink. The toilet had someone’s fecal matter around the bottom of it where it meets the tile, and dust/dirt all over the perimeter of the room. The ac unit was full of built up dust and hair, same with the lamp in the corner of the room. The worst part? My 1 year old found a previous guests used flosser on the floor by the bed he was sleeping in. The staff said their hands were tied on refunding or discounting the room as I booked through Expedia. I was offered an apology after cleaning the room myself, my son risking contracting someone else’s mouth diseases, and that all Expedia would do is say “sorry” and move on. I certainly wasn’t requesting a gift certificate for a future stay so I had to contact Expedia to get my partial refund.

The property is very conveintly located near the metra which is why we chose to book. Unfortunately, the bathroom in our room had mold spots everywhere all over the walls near the shower. No fan in the bathroom. Hair dryer didn't work. Front desk was unreachable every time we tried calling down.

The rooms were not bad but the carpets were dirty. The first room that we got had the curtains broken so we could not close them and we were on the main floor with people from the parking lot looking on . The second room we got was better . I believe that people smoked on the main floor because was a deodorizer smell trying to mask the cigarettes smell . Also people were smoking at the entrance , in front of the building . Not very pleasant . Around the property was quite dirty . Thank you .

Our room was dirty. Ground I. Dirt in bathroom threshold. Dust layered on door to the bedroom, furniture is disgusting. Arm chair so work and filth I put towels on it. A lot of money for garbage.

Worn/older furniture and carpet in room. My husband found whisker hair around the sink, looked like they maybe cleaned too fast and missed it. Bed was fresh and clean. Staff was amazing and very friendly.

Staff was very nice. The traffic was very busy and loud but the hotel is great.

When booking i selected a 2 king bed room. Upon arrival, the desk was not manned. The desk person was sitting outside the front door smoking. When she finally arrived she of course smelled of cigarettes. Check in was ok. we arrived in our room which was 2 queen beds. Wifi was not gone thru so we called back down to the front desk 5 times before the phone was answered. The front desk person said the instructions and code was in our key envelope, it was not. When leaving for supper i mentioned to the same front desk person that i had reserved a 2 king bed room, and her reply was we don't have any available, ill let the manager know. Well we were never contacted and left the next morning. The rest of the stay was alright, and breakfast the next morning was good. The attendant for breakfast was good and kept everything stocked and fresh and clean.

Good enough for a one-night stay passing through town, but I wouldn’t want to stay for a long length of time. Be sure you get a room on the back-side of the hotel, not facing the parking lot or street…lots of noise & traffic on the front side. Rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean. I would also like earlier starts for breakfast on the weekend.

Loved the option for 2 king beds. Wish more hotels had this - much more confortable with a family! Great wifi, cold ac, comfy beds, fresh cookies. No complaints!

Employee at check-in was rude and rolled her eyes at me when I asked a question.

Do not appreciate the maid service pounding on our door 3 hours before checkout and we are still sleeping. I didn’t put my do not disturb sign out but they could have checked with the front desk to see if we had checked out otherwise wait until checkout time to knock on the door

Staff were friendly and professional and went above and beyond for us.

We travel a lot for hockey and this was the absolute best hotel out of 4 years of travelling. The staff was friendly and courteous and truly seemed taking care of guests was their top priorty. Our stay was as comfortable as being at home. This will be my go to choice anytime I am in Billings!!

Good location, shopping and dinner options walkable. Safe & quiet. Clean and in good repair. Good full breakfast. All good.

It is very close to the Metra, which is very nice if you are there for an event. You are close to food, casinos, liquor stores and Walmart.

I’ve stayed at this hotel 4 times this year when I come to visit family I’ve stayed with just me and my girlfriend and also us and are 3 kids and every time was great no issues very helpful the free breakfast every morning was fresh and they had a good amount of options to pick from and it’s wicked helpful when you have the kids with you the hot tub and pool was clean and fun for the kids and adults it’s 5 minutes from the airport and a bunch of stores we will stay here many more times to come

The pool was cold and dirty. The hot tube was out of service and that’s one reason I picked this hotel. Breakfast was not as advertised. Not the worst place I’ve stayed. Not the best ether.

Amazing breakfast, clean rooms Staff was friendly only complaint is the lack of blankets or pillows for the pull out bed luckily I bought a new Halloween blanket an I added it to the bed my son loves the

Another great stay for us! We had a suite this time because we wanted a space to watch football. Super clean as always, good value, good breakfast.

We have stayed here several times. Rooms are clean, staff is kind, our daughter loves the pool. The breakfast is also better than most. Beds are comfy as well.

Breakfast was offered till 10 am. We arrived in breakfast area at 8:40. Whatever was out/left was all you had. My husband had bacon and juice I had a cheese stick and coffee from the lobby because the coffee was empty in the breakfast area
