Zimmer extrem hellhörig und direkt an den Bahngleisen wo die ganze Nacht Zugverkehr herrscht. Wir haben kaum geschlafen😔

Unfortunately got Info at Check in, that HotTub was cleaned and we have to see, WhatsApp the Temperatur is in the evening (Pool and HotTub are toppoint to Choice the Hotel). Room smelled horrible (old) tobacco and others. Roomchange was not possible. Had headache in the Morning. Want to go to Pool and Check HotTub in the evenening. Pool was overoccupied with Kids and Teens and HotTub was closed. Dust on Mandy surfaces. Shower top for a footbath (Bad drain)

Staff were great! Check-in was smooth & friendly. Facility is starting to show wear, room doors are to short & let in too much hallway noise and general sounds can be heard throughout the room from other guest rooms. Water changes temperature while showering. For the price point, there are other hotels that are up to date on maintenance in the area.

Breakfast and room comfort was great. Only issue I had was the double room charge even though it's returned like incidental deposit. Breakfast was delicious.
