SpringHill Suites by Marriott Billings

Très bel hôtel, proche de l'aéroport. Propreté irréprochable et chambre spacieuse.

The room was spacious and clean! The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the fact that Texas Roadhouse was right next door and we were given a 10% discount for Texas Roadhouse with our stay! The only downstairs were the elevator was sketchy (simple fix, we just used the stairs) and the breakfast was pretty terrible (actually the worse we’ve seen in a long while!) cold cereal was the only edible thing. Other than that, it’s great!

The hot tub was broke. The pillow case had brown stains on it. The mirrors were dirty. The room smelled like moth balls. The walls were cracked under the window. The lighting was creepily faint in the bathroom and non existent above the bathroom sink. The couch was covered in hair. There were 19 people in the room next to us that we saw when there was a fire alarm pulled in the middle of the night. The whole 4th floor wreaked of marijuana. We stayed at a SpringHill Suites in Deadwood SD and it was immaculate. Huge disappointment to stay here. Never again. If it wasn’t so late for us checking in, we would have went somewhere else.

Overall stay was pretty good. I was first put in a room without a bathtub but the staff quickly corrected it and was polite and professional about it. The tub did have a few chipped spots, the shower head holder was broken, and the toilet handle was cracked. The lighting wasn't very good in the room either. Beds were comfy, breakfast was good, and staff were nice. I liked the non original layout of the room as well. I would stay here again, just a few minor things that kept me from giving 5 stars.

Stayed here 3 years ago and was really nice. Has really gotten run down. Obvious it could be nice but it is not being cleaned well. Spilled makeup all over wall, smashed bug on another. I had to clean off desk to make useable. Oddly the bed was great and really clean and comfortable.
