The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. The lobby had a very welcoming and rustic atmosphere . Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from. The cleanliness of the hotel, as well as the pool exceeded my expectations. The only con I have would be the gym. It is very small with old equipment. I will be staying here again.

I will first say the breakfast was AMAZING! BUT the reason we chose this hotel was because it had a hot tub. When we got here, it was broken. The light shining through the dooorway all night was annoying as well and woke me up several times.

Best breakfast ever at a hotel: real oj, excellent sausage, yummy egg burrito ingredients, waffles, fresh fruit, ....so many choices. Beautiful indoor pool sauna, jacuzzi. Would have loved to stay a 2nd night!

Nice hotel, good location, but the pool needs better acoustics, not a fun place when surrounded by loud children and the noise from the hot tub just echoed through the place. Fix that and you could get 5 stars

Pros: Friendly service, pet friendly hotel, good breakfast, convenient location. Cons: hard floors in room were filthy (we had spilled a little water and wiped up with a towel and the towel was nearly black), hair is bedding, and the air coming out of the vents smelt like a strong burning scent. Not sure we would return because overall, cleanliness is most important to us.

Ver clean and nice room. We had a fireplace and the batteries to the remote were dead, they made sure to come to our room as soon as possible to change them. Very friendly front desk person. Breakfast had a wide range of options and was very good

The largest room we stayed in during our Montana trip, and that is a good thing. We lacked space to unpack in the other three hotels. This one was roomier by far. Clean, quiet and dark at night!

The property is clearly being painted as all the windows to the rooms were masked off so you can open your curtains and you certainly can’t open your window. The beds are quite uncomfortable, they sag in the middle and you can feel the slings in your shoulders and hip. It’s hard to believe what I was charged so stay at this place. Won’t be staying here again.

Tv remote and tv didn’t work. Front desk said they would send someone up. Never did. Mom with two lil ones age of 6 and no tv. Joining rooms and someone kept trying to open the door between rooms throughout the night. Didn’t sleep well.

I was told that I was getting a room looking out at the pool. What it was, was a second-floor room with the window literally over the pool area! Couldn't open the window because of the chlorine smell (which seeped in anyway). And the noise from the kids - which was to be expected - didn't end till the closure at 10pm... Then there was the room. The space was like it was designed to use leftover space from everything else (we were also next to the elevators). The bathroom was so small you couldn't move. There was a nice counter-space, however. And then there was the lighting. The only overhead light was near the door. There were lamps by the bed and on the desk - and that was it. This was the darkest, drabbest room I've ever experienced, especially for a Best Western Plus. Hardly worth the price I paid for it. Makes me wonder what a king-bed without the "pool view" would have been like.

Wonderful place to stay, especially with a larger group. Suite options available and accommodations to have friends and family rooms close to each other. My only complaint, which truly wasn’t this hotel’s fault, was the charging procedure. When calling the hotel, the manager also wasn’t very helpful about the situation. So, know that in the future, and especially a Griz game weekend where the prices are already doubled at least, DO NOT USE a debit/bank card. Not only did I pay for my stay, but an extra $800 was taken out as a hold and not returned to my account for 7-10 business days. That’s A LOT of money to have as a hold.

Great front desk staff! The staff responsible for the breakfast were also really great. Food was way better than most if not all breakfast food I have had offered by a hotel. The only complaint is, we stayed for 3 nights and not 1 time did housekeeping attend our room. No fresh towels, garbage piled up. Not impressed with that. That is why the staff and service only got 2 stars.

Booked a last minute stay at this location. I was to drive the 3 hours home after a day stop for work, but I was too tired. I arrived at the hotel before my reservation. The staff was extremely apologetic and willing to go above and beyond to notify me when the reservation arrived. I told them I would head over to dinner and come in after to see if it's come in. They were extremely friendly. Room was comfortable and quiet even though I had a room near the elevator. Breakfast the next morning was hot and I loved the fresh fruit option! At check out, Lane was the cherry on top of this trip! So friendly and clearly loves what he does. Would recommend staying here every time you stay in Missoula.

This is an excellent location. Quiet yet next to a great pizza/ salad restaurant; next to a gas station when I’m ready to hit the road; next to another great restaurant and next to a Starbucks. Breakfast is complementary. It’s very clean and a spacious room. Has a refrig/ microwave and complementary water and a lovely written greeting in the room by staff. Very welcoming. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was, overall, what you would expect from a Best Western. This particular hotel was clean, well appointed, and not unreasonably priced. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. It was a few miles from downtown Missoula, but not inconvenient.
