I am waiting for a refund. I was there for minutes before I left and booked another room somewhere else. The room was very stinky, there was random something dripping on the wall, the door was filthy, the mattress cover was stained, the lamp was stained and there was a big bug just chilling on the wall. The staff was nice but I could not stay there! It was gross!

The room was horribly disgusting and not even 2 minutes of checking the room prior to bringing bags in, I checked out and requested for a refund. The bathroom had stains, the room smelled and the property was not a safe place for a family. Just one thing to say, the pictures are deceiving and you cant make this up. Never again! I wouldve given 0 stars if i could.

dirty room. holes in 3 walls, 2 holes in bathroom door. 1 on each side. no smoke detector. AC was filthy and stained. Showerhead leaked all over the place. both lamp shades were broken and stained. floor was dirty enough that bottom of my feet turned black with dirt. tv and broken spots in it and only got a few channels, while rest wouldnt load in. hair dryer didnt work. Room 233 is a dump.

Website said breakfast included NO breakfast. Room was worn and not in good condition. Front desk rude and when I checked in they needed a $100 cash deposit and she did not want to give me a receipt, argued with her for 5 minutes til she would give me one.

The last stay was different because of some issues with other people and I found that the staff thats here are actually VERY VERY KIND AND UNDERSTANDING!! It was another guest that hadn't told me about the pet policy and I allowed them to come in not knowing about the NO PETS POLICY!! I WAS WRONG IN THINKING IT WAS THE STAFF THAT WERE AT FAULT!

I should have had a clue when I arrived at 5 pm and had to use the after-hours window to check in and could not access the lobby. My room had a musty smell and I was not sure, but looked like there was urine in the toilet bowl. A maid entered my room without knocking to give me a single towel I had not requested. Later on, a man kept knocking on my door and calling for Linda in spite of me telling them to go away, The following morning at 7:30 am a woman kept knocking on my door until I looked out the window. My door had a deadbolt, but did not have a security chain or bolt. I did not feel safe in my room. There was also a lot of noise after hours.

Later on, a man kept knocking on my door and calling for Linda in spite of me telling them to go away, The following morning at 7:30 am a woman kept knocking on my door until I looked out the window. My door had a deadbolt, but did not have a security chain or bolt. I did not feel safe in my room. There was also a lot of noise after hours.

Hotel is poorly maintained. Staff can barely speak english so it becomes difficult and it seems to be mostly occupied with locals and it's not a very safe place as far as I can see. For a few more dollars, you could be in a really nice place (Like the Best Western).
