Comfort Suites Regency Park

Breakfast was good.

The furniture in the room was worn and tattered. As was the furniture in the dining area. The mattress was horribly indented and uncomfortable. I was put on the first floor (ie-basement) so I could walk my dog, but there was no key recently available, so had to walk all the way around to get back in. The breakfast was exactly the same two days in a row, and one of the waffle makers was broken. The pool was closed, with no mention of it on the website. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The check-in experience was very friendly and quick. Excellent staff. However, the hotel is looking worn and tired. Dirty couches, shredded chairs, damp smelling rooms, old towels, etc. Not worth the $175 per night that we paid. The outside grounds are beautiful and the neighborhood is upper middle class. It's once you step inside that you are disappointed. The pool is closed indefinitely which they don't tell you until after booking. On Saturday and Sunday the breakfast does not begin until 7:00am.

None of the ice machines in the whole hotel were working. Chairs throughout the room and breakfast area were peeling and in bad shape. For the price of the room expected so much better.
