The elevator was very jumpy and clanky; it felt like it was about to drop to the bottom. I mentioned it to the lady at the front desk and she said she acted like it was no big deal because she hadn’t heard anything and she could usually hear it from the front desk The sign in the elevator said it hadn’t been looked at in over a year

Overall my stay was excellent but on site guest laundry was not the best. I reported the soap dispenser being empty to 2 staff members and the issue did not get resolved. I got my own laundry detergent and then could not get the coins to go into the washer so i gave up trying and went off site to wash clothes.

We just stayed one night and it was great. The free breakfast was the norm and was good. Looking out my room window, the pool looked like it needed vacuuming, although I personally didn’t use it. All in all, I would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast is the chain's strong suite, but that's not why the place was chosen. We were traveling with our dog. Comfort Inn's have a very attractive pet fee. The room for our initial assignment had a stale odor, my wife rejected it. The desk clerk reacted very appropriately and assigned us to another room. The re-assigned room was a great improvement. Large and spacious. Tile floors. Everyone, including the dog was happy. The facility borders on a commercial area and apartment complex. Plenty of sidewalks to walk the dog.

Stayed one night for an event, realized late at bedtime the dust ruffle and comforter had blood stains. Appeared laundered however still evident and gross. Room needed a deep cleaning, carpet had stains. Overall not great condition

The first room I had was so dirty and gross. Hairs and dirt on the box spring mattress was visible, pee on toilet, absolutely old and dirty phones, ripped corners of walls. The day guy at the counter was nice and gave me another room the next day…although better…was not as obvious but still dirty phones, etc. I would not want to ever stay again.

Dirty room, trash (and a random brick?) under the bed, stains on the bed spread, carpet and curtains- and a large brown crumbly almost leaking water stain over the bathroom toilet, from the upstairs toilet I think. Shower was in disrepair as well. Do not recommend.

We found a pretty big bed bug in our room (in my kid’s bed) at about 2am. We were then moved to another room that had a dead roach in it. Overall, everything was very outdated, which I could have gotten with if it was clean. Besides the bedbug in the first room there were long strands of hair in the sheets in the new room and it was a downgrade from what I originally paid for. I’ll just say that I’d never ever stay there again.

Primary issue with our stay was the cleanliness of our room. The bathroom had several areas that had not been properly cleaned in who knows how long. Toilet did not flush well. The icing on the cake was the several dead cockroaches I found when we entered in our room. We arrived very late and with 2 small children so we just dealt with it.

Room was very small and a bit cramped, right next to the elevator, but I am guessing only 1 room per floor was this small. Everything was clean and I never heard the elevator despite being directly next to it.

Room was acceptably clean and comfortable. Other guests were loud and rowdy through the night in the hallway. Guests above could be heard frequently clomping around. The buffet breakfast was a nice amenity and staff were kind and helpful.

I have no idea how this hotel got so many five stars reviews?! We arrive at 2 AM at the hotel and we got the key from a room which was already occupied! Imagine the scare from us and from the people that were already sleeping in that room! Honestly, the hotel was not clean, the furniture and all the other fixtures were all dented up and definitely needed change. The sofa in my room was so bad you would not put your dirty shoes on it. Definitely I would not recommend! Find something else - there are way nicer ones around. It’s a pity because the location of the hotel is very good and has many restaurants around it.

Great bed and bath. The couch in the sitting area was not in great shape. The cushions weren’t zippered and open. If we would have stayed longer than. 9 pm-7 am, I would have asked for a sheet to put over couch. Rest of the room was great!

Hotel and room was clean, friendly staff and excellent customer service. I had left an item in my room and they had found it and put in lost and found. When I asked about paying to have it shipped to me because I had already left town they just went ahead and shipped and didn’t charge.

We arrived late into the night - exhausted - so you probably know how we felt: “Please let this hotel be nice…so we can get a good night’s sleep.” Randy - the night clerk - was one of the nicest people we’ve ever met. He was fun and efficient and very friendly. It was exactly what we needed. The hotel is nice. Not brand new…but clean and quiet and the room is perfect. Thank you!

The room was ok. The breakfast was not good. When we went out in the evening we couldn’t get into our room again turns out the room were double booked and the hotel had let somone else in. The issue were solved but the frontdesk didn’t do much to make us feel safe again.

My only problem we had was not enough towels in the bathroom, i asked the manager for towels and recieved them. I found the night manager/ house keeping guy at night was the bomb. He would have towels and wash clothes layed out for us every night, so we could shower after being at the dirt race track at Charlotte NC.

This is our convenient stop when traveling from NY to Savannah. We have a small dog and they are very welcoming with a small fee for her. The restaurant right next door, Mac's is always fun and has great bbq with outdoor seating.

We stopped here on our way to our vacation destination. It’s near the highway. It’s in a safe neighborhood. It’s very clean. The staff is very friendly. There are shopping and dining options nearby. I’m really glad I found this one on Expedia.

It was a very comfortable room. Breakfast was not so great the first morning.(Friday) biscuits were very dry and crumbly and there was mold on the bagel’s bottom. Sausage tasted old. I reserved 2 accessible rooms and only one was.

It's not a bad experience, I've been in nicer hotels, but it's not great either. If you're planning on just sleeping here, it's clean and it doesn't smell. If you're planning on hanging out, look elsewhere. Breakfast isn't something to look forward too either but they do have an extended breakfast time during the weekend. Overall not a bad experience

Easy friendly check in, nice room with walk in shower, good location. Pretty good bbq place next door with patio dining. Only thing not good here is the breakfast experience, Juice machine buttons worn out so not working properly (had to keep pushing button to get short squirts out) then not very good taste. Whoever buys the plastic silver need needs to reevaluate, knives were like rubber and hard time cutting waffles with them. Same hot options both mornings in a row...
