We enjoyed our stay motel motel was good and the pool was wonderful the only problem we had was the girl on second shift wasnt that friendly but the other 2 was great and when u advertise u have breakfast u need to say what type and also website said $ 83 dollars a night and we paid more thats my only problem

The parking was terrible; hardly any room to turn around and you literally had to back out of the lot in front of the pool if anyone else was parked there. There is also a lot of noise. Noise from the guests, noise from the heat/AC, and lots of noise from the room fridge. The bed was clean and comfortable but there were cobwebs in the corners. The shower controls were difficult to adjust and the shower stall is extremely small.

The hotel was chosen because it was pet friendly, had a pool, and the rate was great <$100/night. The pet fee was reasonable at $10/night, although Red Roof's has is free!

This little motel is ok, especially for a nites stay, nothing fancy here. The rooms are clean, parking is good, the outside is pretty old fashioned and not pretty. The breakfast bar is ok, nothing especially great but efficient. I like it because it is affordable, located in a good spot.

Very good value for the money. Several quick service restaurants within 3 minute drive. A mile to interstate 26. 30-40 minute drive to Blue Ridge Parkway and downtown Asheville. Walmart superstore 5 minutes drive. Rooms have fridge and microwave. Pool area very clean.

The front staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and updated (although there was some wear and tear on the walls). There was no one beside us or under us, so we didn't hear any noise. And the price was right. The only thing that bothered me was the lack of lighting in to the rooms. It didn't give me a safe feeling. However, there wasn't anyone sketchy around, it was just the lack of lighting that made me uncomfortable.

We stayed here one night on our way to the beach. The pool was nice and we slept well. My only complaint would be there was too much hair left in the shower/bathtub that made it seem the shower and tub were not cleaned.

I was moved from my first room because the door would not lock from the inside. I had problems using my card key to open all my room door. The motel needs to upgrade ALL ELECTRONIC LOCKS ON ALL GUEST ROOM DOORS!!!! All guess we're in rooms on the backside of the motel under poor lighting conditions. Very unsafe and you must ask why? Simple, this location does not care about your safety, comfort, or convenience.. I booked a two night stay visiting family over the Christmas Holidays. When I returned the afternoon of my first day stay, I was locked out of my room. Had to go look for the front desk clerk to get back in the room. Nothing like looking for a clerk that napping in his back room. In today's cancel culture, I would love to shut this place down. Stay at the Red Roof Inn or Days Inn beside this UNSAFE AND RUN DOWN PLACE!!!!!

Outside, the motel isn’t pleasant in appearance. It’s dated. But my room had been remodeled and was quite comfortable. I travel with my certified support animal and we slept well, her on the floor of corse. Breakfast was fresh fruit cocktail and a blueberry muffin, coffee. Not fancy but all I needed

Most of the reviews were good so that's why I stayed here but im thinking they must weed out the bad reviews. However the grounds were dirty and the room was okay but the bathroom was disgusting. Mold wverywhere and even a spider was in the bathtub. I requested an iron and couldn't get one. The free breakfast was muffins and fruits.

The property was disgusting. Cigarette butts everywhere. The guy beside us kept smoking pot in the doorway. So everytime we opened our door we smelled it. Mold was everywhere. Spider in the bathtub which tells me that they don't spray for insects.

The room wasnt cleaned. Still towel from previous guest. We told house keeping but i dont believe she spoke english. There was tomato sauce all in microwave and air conditioner and appeared to have blood on the sheets. The sheets didnt appear to be changed at all. Holes in the walls and tooth pics and trash between the beds. The positive i will say is the lady came up immediately to help us with the tv. She was kind. But thats all i can say.

We had a comfortable clean room for a good price. There was some chipped paint and minor damage and the furniture looks dated but it was everything we needed and affordable.

Could not get into room. After over 3 hours of being told it wouldnt be more that 30 minutes for our room to be clean. The front desk lady was rude and verbally aggressive towards several guests. I tried to be understanding but she told an elderly man infront of me that it was not her problem his room was not clean yet. I have stayed here many times will not again.

I have 2 dogs with me. At 9am they just opened my door and walked in the room. Dogs went crazy. And the front desk. Is like oh well it happens. I also carry a gun! What if my dogs would have bitten them or i would have shot.... then its my fault. Check out is 11am. Why would you just open not even knock at 9am... very unhappy

It was a very interesting stay. The woman working the front desk was doing the best she could with what she had but there are definitely alot of issues. I made reservations about a week before our stay. It was after dark when we arrived. When we went to our room, the door was open and it looked like someone had been hanging out in the room--beds were not made, wet towels on the bathroom floor, no toilet paper. When we went to the front desk, they said there were no other rooms. So we asked for clean sheets and towels and made our own beds. Breakfast is included but not that great--basically muffins, coffee and juice. This place is way overpriced...especially if you have to make your own beds.

Had to ask to switch rooms. Room was gross. Sheets were dirty. There were cobwebs all over the ceiling and mystery goo on the floor and walls . The cigarette smell was so bad it was keeping me awake. I had to cover my nose with perfume to mask the smell. The cleaning lady took our do not disturb sign off then knocked and disturbed us while my girlfriend was changing. The front desk was very nice and helpful. The 2nd room was much cleaner. Beat up, but cleaner.

Very rude front desk gentleman that when I did not check out immediately at the checkout time, he open the door and burst into my room, scared me to death horrible experience. I was a woman traveling alone. She did not even give me time to respond. He said front desk your time is over get out didn’t even try to call the room before he came just banged on the door and used his key to get in once again, scared me to death. Absolutely unacceptable.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff was very helpful. We took our elder dog with us. On check in the lady was very understanding and extremely helpful in accommodating our needs. She suggested several parks and activities for our pooch. We enjoyed the local restaurants , downtown Hendersonville and local apple orchids.
Enjoyed our stay. Staff was very helpful. We took our elder dog with us. On check in the lady was very understanding and extremely helpful in accommodating our needs. She suggested several parks and activities for our pooch. We enjoyed the local restaurants , downtown Hendersonville and local apple orchids.

Everything was fine. My only issue was on the last day I was there, the Internet went out. I went down to the front desk and the person just shrugged their shoulders and said there was nothing they could do about it. I works personally believe when a business is laying for a service they are not receiving, they would contact the vendor ASAP to get it resolved. That did not seem to be the case here.

Easily accessible location close to the interstate. Staff was friendly. Room was very clean, and bed was comfortable. Housekeeping miss one day and the second only offer more towels. Did not try the breakfast. Overall was a comfortable stay. I would stay here again.

This little motel is ok, especially for a nites stay, nothing fancy here. The rooms are clean, parking is good, the outside is pretty old fashioned and not pretty. The breakfast bar is ok, nothing especially great but efficient. I like it because it is affordable, located in a good spot.

A good stay and place - clean, beds are comfy, and no bugs or anything in the rooms, which is always a concern. Breakfast is okay - just some grab and go stuff (muffins, cereal, toast, oatmeal, and coffee/juice). They keep it pretty stocked though and it is convenient. Internet is really decent compared to other places I've been, which is helpful since work from home. Housekeeping is good - they check on you but also give you your space and aren't overbearing. The only thing is this place is in/near a heavy traffic area, but a lot of dining options and convenient stores/shops.

Very good value for the money. Several quick service restaurants within 3 minute drive. A mile to interstate 26. 30-40 minute drive to Blue Ridge Parkway and downtown Asheville. Walmart superstore 5 minutes drive. Rooms have fridge and microwave. Pool area very clean.

The property is in a convenient location and my room was clean especially for a rare smoking room. On the opposite side from the office my room was quiet and peaceful. I was surprised at check in to learn that I would be charged a $150 deposit because I live within a 150 mile radius of the hotel. This seems unreasonable and the older gentleman who checked me out in the morning was obviously annoyed when I interrupted him on his way out the door with a cigarette in his hand so he didn't explain that I would not receive the refund for my deposit for a few days. When I called to inquire the following day another gentleman finally explained the delay and I did eventually receive the refund. It seems like a deposit that is more than the room rate should not be hidden in fine print. In spite of staff explanations I saw no evidence to warrant such precautions. The high deposit made me feel a bit uneasy about the property but my stay was quite peaceful and pleasant. The check in clerk was also very helpful and nice but also seemed stressed when trying to explain the policy. I enjoyed my stay but would probably avoid the drama next time.

We based our stay on a budget and the advertisement of a full buffet breakfast. However, the what was offered was merely cereals, fruit, and muffins….a continental breakfast. Therefore, our budget was blown due to having to go out for breakfast. Very disappointing!

There was NO decafficated coffee for the breakfast bar. Very few choices of healthy items and very small variety of what was there.

I read reviews of the stats of others being pleasant and room being fresh. Our nonsmoking room was NOT fresh. Looking back, we should have asked for a different room upon entering our nonsmoking room thinking it had been smoked in for 20 years. Very musty and gross. The area around us was questionable, and the clientele seemed questionable as well. Glad I just stayed for one night. The breakfast was very lacking, but the room seemed fairly clean and the bed was comfortable. There are not many other good options in Hendersonville, but I would go elsewhere if in the area again. The front desk staff both at night and in the morning were kind.

Nice room but needed to be updated. friendly cleaning staff, but for the travel sites and information from the hotel staff and Econo Lodge/Choice Hotels was that they provide a/buffet breakfast, hot food, waffles based the photos. In the breakfast area was barely a continental breakfast. All carbs, two different cereals, Danish, Muffin. And toast. POOR BREAKFAST as advertised. No coin laundry. We had used the Econo Lodge approx 6 years ago, that's why we came back to have their amenitys. NO more. I think that they charged a $50 dollar damage deposit, because I used a off site hotel reservation, but not sure . But as of this date I have not seen a refund. We stayed 3 nights, and took photos the day we checked in of some of the damages with the room.

Questioned me multiple times and charged me for my Service dog which is illegal. Never asked me for paper work or a card once. I checked out at 11:10 and they were going to keep my whole deposit because I wasn’t out at 11am. Since I went inside and asked for a receipt she refunded half of it back because I complained. When I was asleep I was awoken by a cockroach crawling up my arm. Room smelled like bug spray. I live in hotels year round for work. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at.
