Parking was a little tight for a Grand Cherokee. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was excellent. The price was high, however, if you subtract what it would cost for a buffet breakfast, in a restaurant, it was worth it. Yes, the breakfast was that good. Rooms were very clean and comfy. We pick this hotel because of the pool. The lady at the front desk waited until I paid the total.Then told us the pool was not opened… And they tried to charge my debit card earlier that morning even though in the contract it said I would pay at the desk when we would got there.

The 400 dollar a night price tag was rediculouse!!! Booked the room to use ev charger. Pins were bent and unuseable. Now one of mine are bent on the car. The rooms fridge didn't work and kept trying to turn on making a load noise every once in a while. Breakfast was ok no waffle maker. Can we stop with the crappy pancakes?? Again not worth the rediculouse price tag

This is a new property and the room was very comfortable. We were on the first floor at the end but it was still quiet. My husband enjoyed the gym. The room and bathroom were overall very clean but I did see that the handheld sprayer needs a really good hard scrub. If not for that I would have given 5 stars on cleanliness because everything else looked great.

I like it was overall clean, staff friendly and loved the breakfast option, it was more than I expected. The pillows were awful so me and my family did not sleep week due to this and for what we paid we had no ability to swim due to the pool pump or something was broken. We drove from Indiana so we were pretty excited to swim until we found out we could not.

We stayed a couple of days and would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay. The cleanliness was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the ladies provided us with a good morning meal that made our day! We are looking forward to staying there again.

The room was clean & bed was comfortable. The fridge didn’t keep our drinks cold & there was no way of adjusting the temp, otherwise no issues. Would have appreciated a water filtration station to refill our reusable water bottles.

Great find in Hendersonville/Flat Rock. Right off of 26 near plenty of food and coffee establishments. Decent free breakfast, pancakes were delicious. Very friendly staff. Bed was cozy and the room was clean and comfortable. Nothing more I could ask for

This hotel/motel has the most comfortable beds and a shower that will actually wash soap off of your body. (Actually, this is the best shower I have ever had at a hotel) Will stay here again!!!!!!!!!!

The room was clean and comfortable, however the fan on the heater was malfunctioning and could not be turned off. It blasted air out the entire night. We called guest services when we realized it was not working correctly. Someone came to our room and was not able to shut off the fan. He said the fan should turn off and he would need to call maintenance to get it fixed. It was not fixed during our stay and it made our stay very uncomfortable.

We spent 2 nights at this hotel and it was terrific. The rooms were clean, modern and very quiet. We were on the first floor off the lobby and never heard a peep from anywhere. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful, with multiple options. I would definitely stay here again.

I will start out saying the my reservation did not work out. They had power but no water after Hurricane Helene. The staff here were wonderful and faced with so many challenges after the storm. They looked to see if anyone around could accommodate me, but no luck. While I could not stay here, I will stay at the property in the future as family lives in the area here that was so devastated. The staff are top rate, compassionate, and in such bad circumstances were trying to accommodate me. Thank you and know your heart and kindness are appreciated even in this situation where I had to be turned away. I will be back to stay as there will be more repairs for me to make at my daughters house.

The staff are top rate, compassionate, and in such bad circumstances were trying to accommodate me. Thank you and know your heart and kindness are appreciated even in this situation where I had to be turned away. I will be back to stay as there will be more repairs for me to make at my daughters house.

I loved this hotel! It was a little hard to find since there is no signage on main road. Had to stop and ask for directions. But it was just lovely and the staff at Front Desk was so attentive. I absolutely loved the shower. Being on the elderly side, I felt so safe walking into the shower without having to climb over the side of the tub. Truly a great idea on the part of Holiday Inn. I have no complaints!

The only negative thing was the noise via interstate. There needs to be wall sound barrier in interstate. Trees that block sound. We have them at my employment and they work

After a long drive the check in was quick. The room was clean and conveniently located for bringing in luggage etc. There are a couple restaurants close by too. It will be easy to get back on the Interstate tomorrow.

Hendersonville is a lovely area to visit. This property is right off the interstate. Downtown Hendersonville, which we adore, is a 5-10 drive. Many restaurants and shops to browse.

Enjoyed our stay! People at the desk were very friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. Very comfortable bed. AC worked great. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Would stay here again and will recommend to others!

I surprised my husband with a little weekend getaway for his birthday. A friend who had stayed with you before recommended your hotel to me. She told me how clean the rooms were and how convenient you were located. I took the chance to see for myself and I was glad I did. Our stay was very nice. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very helpful and kind. The morning breakfast buffet was very yummy and we really enjoyed not having to worry about going out somewhere to get something at a restaurant. The convenience was very nice. The only thing my husband would like to see added was "gravy and biscuits" 😋 but I will say neither of us went away hungry at all! Lots of choices and the food was delicious. I especially loved the cinnamon roles. Oh man were they yummy!! Please don\'t take those away.....We will be back again!

The 400 dollar a night price tag was rediculouse!!! Booked the room to use ev charger. Pins were bent and unuseable. Now one of mine are bent on the car. The rooms fridge didn't work and kept trying to turn on making a load noise every once in a while. Breakfast was ok no waffle maker. Can we stop with the crappy pancakes?? Again not worth the rediculouse price tag

Great find in Hendersonville/Flat Rock. Right off of 26 near plenty of food and coffee establishments. Decent free breakfast, pancakes were delicious. Very friendly staff. Bed was cozy and the room was clean and comfortable. Nothing more I could ask for

We loved this hotel...it was clean, the check-in staff was super friendly and the free breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The only negative was that both car chargers were not working for those who have an EV.

We arrived at 930pm to a room with no towels. I called the front desk and was told that there were no towels available. He told me that they had towels currently in the dryer, but it would be at least an hour before they would be dry. He then informed us that they would not bring them to the room, we would need to come down to the front desk at 1030pm to retrieve them for ourselves. When I went to the front desk at 1030pm, he was arguing with another guest about a room situation. This went on for approximately 15 minutes. He did not say anything to me during those 15 minutes, nor did he apologize. I've been in the hospitality industry for 26 years, and I almost never leave a negative review. However, this situation warranted it.
