When you arrive into the lobby, the first thing yo see are very old and dirty lobby chairs. I have been to this Inn several times over the years and the worn out, dirty chairs are still there.

The cleaning staff we encountered were very accommodating. The room itself was a suite with a mini kitchen area. The day of checkout the elevator stopped working and I was stuck on the 4th floor with our luggage. The front desk woman went up the fire stairs to the 4th floor and carried down our luggage. She was fantastic. That was on 2/1/25. Room was quiet but furniture was dated and uncomfortable.

I stayed three nights on property and while the proximity of where I needed to be overall was great, the staff was absolutely kind, and they had sufficient gym equipment I doubt I return. I was not a fan at all of the bedding/pillows and the walls allowed me to hear what seemed to be normal volume conversation and alarms from the guests on the other side. I had to stack three pillows to remotely sleep comfortably. The thermostat, though it set at 68, did not seem to get cool enough. Could there have been a glitch with the HVAC, sure, however the bedding and being able to hear regular conversations is not something that could be remedied by reaching out to staff, nor would I have expected them to. I loved the desk and wardrobe area in the room also. I did get a great dumbbell and bike workout in, which is important to me. Breakfast selections were standard and the ladies I encountered working were just the kindest. Check-in and checkout were a breeze.

It was nice at check in. However, our room was quite dirty. We had blood stains on both pairs of sheets. There was also hair all over the bathroom and in the tub. We went to the front desk and they gave us new sheet to put on the beds.

The hotel was exactly what we needed. It was very clean and did not have a musty smell like some. They had a variety of foods for breakfast and we had the pool to ourselves much of the time. The waterfalls were close enough to visit several each day and many restaurants close by. Will definitely go back

Wasn’t one of the best Hampton Inns I have stayed at. Put in a room with an adjoining room option. Could hear the guest in the other room hacking with a gross cough. The door to room also had a gap between door & threshold. Used a towel to block this & to cut down sound from the room next door.

We had issues with noise from local traffic and water pipes from nearby rooms. The TV didn't work at first and the window shade was broken and would not go down. Breakfast was about average but we just couldn't stand another waffle or chicken sausage. They did however give us a very good discount for our troubles. That was very nice of them.

This was our first time at this property. Very nice place and staff was friendly. The front desk clerk even assisted my husband with downloading the first football game of the season 😊. The only issue we had was the noise from the expressway at night. That can be easily solved by requesting a room on the other side of the hotel the next rime we stay here. Because we will be coming back.

check-in was good Desk people were pleasant however, I requested a late check out and the clerk extended it to 12 pm and wrote it on the board behind the desk. We took a little trip that morning and came back at 11:30 am to find our room open and the cleaning staff in the room. We had wanted to freshen up in our room before leaving. The attendant offered no apologies..just told us the supervisor told her to go ahead and clean...very disappointing

The young man at the desk was so very polite ! His name is Chris . He was helpful with information about dining and also took the time to explain the Hilton Honors . I definitely would stay here again and he has a lot to do with that !

Terrible stay. Booked w Expedia March 26-28. No hot water in room 218. Had to take showers elsewhere! Complained and Michael the night auditor gave us one comp night to adjust for no hot showers. On check put was overbilled. Manager Bruce Pope adjusted bill at checkout. Got home and was overbilled 217.50. Called hotel Justin Moody says oh that is pending. Called bank who reassured me credit applied dropped off my account and went back to Hampton Inn. Now in dispute at Truist Bank. Horrible customer service and horrible stay. We will NOT be back!

My wife went to look for ice on our floor which was the third floor and could not find any. she went to the front desk and was told by Billy that there were ice machines on the first and second floor. she looked there as well and there was no ice on either floor. she came back to the desk and told Billy that and he said he knew that. how rude.

Everything from staff to cleanliness of the room have been great. Because I do not like elevators, I will safe the one at this location feel small and old. It was not really a problem because they put me on the second floor so I could take the stairs. The staff was very helpful and kind.

The hotel was excellent except for a couple of minor inconveniences. We had to wait for omelets and bacon during the hot breakfast. And the battery died in the door lock causing us to wait for maintenance in order to get into the room after breakfast.

The place was nice and clean. However, had problems in the bathroom. The commode handle was loose and there were problems with flushing. There was also a problem with the shower nozzle. It was very difficult adjusting the water temperature as the nozzle kept turning 360 degrees. Disappointed in the breakfast that was offered and advertised. Informed at check-in that breakfast was between 6:00 am til 10:00 am. However, food was gone by 8:00 a.m. and was not replenished.

The hot breakfast was good, but they had to be told when something ran out like hash browns, milk, apple juice. When told they came and replenished. I did not see them wiping down them tables. I wiped down the one we were going to use. Other than this all was good.

The breakfast was weird. Missing food items, no plastic forks and out of eggs and sausage. Other than that it was five star. I was disappointed to not have a great breakfast. I know where to go for a good one and will stay at that hotel from now on.
