The room was big and spacious. Small kitchen and washing machine/dryer was not used but is nice option. Conveniently located near the beach and several great restaurants. The pool and rooftop bar was nice, drinks were good. The coffee shop onsite was convenient. The parking is a little bit of a mess and pricey and the hallway carpets desperately need to be cleaned. Other than that it was a decent stay.

The rooftop pool and lounge area were absolutely amazing! The views of the ocean and city skyline were breathtaking. Loved having direct beach access just steps away from the hotel. A fantastic place to relax and unwind.

Property was located just a few steos from the broadwalk and beach. The pool area was awesome BUT they dont allow you to bring your own drinks or food. Very disappointing.

The room was beautiful. Only thing is when we got there they gave us an upgrade from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom suite but we had paid for an ocean view and the upgrade did not include an ocean view unfortunately. We had already settled in when we realized this since it was late and we were tired so we didn’t say anything. Also the pool was jam packed all the days we stayed and the water was murky. I never seen a pool with murk water. Otherwise the food at the roof top was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The courtyard was adorable and everything was clean and pretty.

What I liked is the location, rooms are spacious & clean However I didn’t like the idea of having 2 towers N & S with some of the amenities in each of them rather than having all of them together. The shower didn’t have the moving head and the water pressure was very week that you need double the time showering

This is a great hotel to stay at if you want to be close to the beach. They have a great rooftop pool area. Parking is not included, it is currently $42 a day, valet service, but cost is comparable to all other hotels in the area. I would suggest getting an Uber and not renting if necessary and there are two small marts near hotel. You can always get transportation to a food store if necessary. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

This property was absolutely beautiful. Set just off of the beach in Hollywood, which from the rooftop bar you have a full view of the beach to the East and the Intracoastal to the West. The king suite was amazing, and so clean and comfortable. Staff was great and the drinks at the bar were fantastic.

Hotel charges a resort fee but daily room service only happens if you request it in the front desk. Phone features were not working like housekeeping, bellman-service, front dest. Guest needed to go in person to the front desk to do any request. Pool water was too hit and did not look clean.

A wonderful hotel right at the beach. Very clean. Helpful staff. Very spacious rooms. Only negative is needing to pay 44.00 per day for valet parking because it’s very hard to find street parking there. No self parking option

What really stood out was how clean everything was—from the lobby to our room. Housekeeping was consistent and respectful. The staff at the front desk were always helpful and professional. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay.

I loved everything, except, you pay a daily resort fee, but you need to schedule a cleaning of your room, which I wasn't told!, and I don't see it anywhere on website, so I definitely wasn't happy about that, 51/2 days, our room was cleaned once!

Only issue we had was a few of the pillows were disgusting underneath the pillowcase. They had saturated stains on them

Beautiful resort located right off the beach. Spacious room with all the amenities, including an air fryer! Everything was very clean except the floors in our room. Would stay here again!

The experience was great! Just didn't let us know about the amenities liske cotton candy, concert, movie night. They didn't clean the room. But other than that was excellent. Staff very friendly. We definitely wil be back in 3 months

Loved the room setup with king room and twin beds in separate room. Great for family travel. Wish there was paper towels or kitchen hand towels and a broom in room to clean floor as sand from beach finds it way into the room. No need for a car as lots of options to eat around the hotel.

We loved our stay at this hotel! My teens loved how close it was to the beach and the ocean veiw especially from the rooftop pool area. The hotel came with a fridge, kitchen area with stove, oven and dishwasher. Was very nice and the beds and pillows were so very comfortable! They were great keeping in contact and accommodating any needs we had. Would come back in a heart beat!

The two bedroom suite was very large. There were a few issues eg. First shower no hot water. Shower handle fell off. One bedroom had no AC for 4 days. Ran out of toilet paper had to request. No dish soap. The garbage collection noise on the oitside one morning on a week day was 630 am which was very noisy.

Our room was incredibly spacious and had a sleek, modern design. It felt more like an upscale apartment than a typical hotel room. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the attention to detail in the decor.

The stay was nice. Very roomy. The microwave was rusty inside which made me uncomfortable. The bed was extremely soft offering very little support. I stayed primarily for the kitchen accommodations and the roominess; aside from the microwave, it did not disappoint. Walkable distance from the beach and boardwalk.

I booked a balcony room with a bay view, have receipts to show it as well, I got put in a street view no balcony room. I asked front desk, and hotels.com about it, no one fixed it. My room also smelt like a smoking room. Would not go through hotels.com or book this hotel again, front desk was not helpful, and my room put a damper on my trip.

Everything was great about the property. The room was nice, the rooftop pool was amazing, and it’s within walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk. The hotel also includes 2 beach towels and 2 beach chairs every day which was great. If you bring a car, the hotel has valet parking for about $50/day, so you don’t need to find street parking. The water pressure in the bathroom was really low and the bathroom lighting was dim. Other than that it was perfect!

We had many delays getting into Fort Lauderdale. Costa was terrific checking us in at 3am! The front desk was happy to communicate with us and reassure us the delay would not be a problem! Upon arrival, check-in was smooth. Our room was comfortably cool, for the Florida heat wave, the beds were tremendously comfortable, with perfect black-out drapes to get a few extra hours sleep after the long day of travel. We were greeted with a hand written note in our room, welcoming us to our stay. Very nice touch that you don’t see often. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean! However, the best part was waking up to the most amazing view of both the inter-coastal waterway and Atlantic Ocean! WOW! I want to also recognize the incredible staff. They were happy to help with any of our needs. Well done Costa!

We arrived, and Cass was amazing as she checked us in! She upgraded us, and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was right on the beach, and there are soooooo many great restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend visiting here, and my husband and I will definitely be back when in the area.

It was our first time at Costa and we will definitely go back! From the easy access to the to the boardwalk with so many food options. The actual hotel amazing. Very clean, everything is functional. We had a problem with the shower and they sent someone within 15 min of our call. The pools were clean. Now, for the staff, they made everything even better. Smiling, polite and they go above and beyond. You guys rock! Thank you Costa!

This is the fifth time that I have stayed in this hotel and all were pleasant visits until this stay. I understand that check in time is at 4pm, but my flight landed at 10am. My bags were secured and I was able to use the amenities at the facility and I appreciate that but at 3:47 I went to the counter to ask if our room was ready and was told that inspection had to take place and I was fine with that. However, as I proceeded to sit down, I noticed that a HUGE line had formed at the check in counter. Inquired if the line was to receive room keys and was told “Yes,” My next question was if the CSR was issuing room keys. He replied that the individuals inline had pre-checked in and that he was helping guests in the order that they completed their pre-check in. I shared that was helpful inform because I Completed pre-check at 11:30am and just checked on my room Assignment TODAY at 3:55, if I was told that a line was forming I would have stayed In front. I asked for help Please; I have been a guest in the hotel several times and never had an issue. The Customer service agent spelled his name for me A L A N and told me his goal was to Help guest is pre- check order, totally failing to Realize that I had pre-checked Long before everyone else and that I had JUST inquired about my room at 3:57 and was not advised to just stay at the counter 3 minutes until it was 4pm. Today was not the best experience that I had with the staff here

Stayed here for a weekend getaway and had a great time. The room was clean and quiet, and I loved how easy it was to walk to the beach. I needed extra towels one night, and housekeeping brought them within minutes. Awesome service!

This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed! STAY away! The Manager is awful her name is Helena she should not be a manger at all has no customer service skills what’s so ever. The hotel is runned down and dirty please look at the pictures. They are not friendly as well. I was told and promised a room they decide to give it away and give me disgusting room when I go to show them the pictures they tell me that’s the only room and they are sold out which was a lie because not only Expedia had available rooms their website did as well. Pool was small and dirty. Fire alarm goes off everyone had to evict the rooms 730am no guidance no one around to help. My kids were scared. The second room they gave me had dirty opened soap with hair all over the shower disgusting. My first whole day was ruined and wasted dealing with the manager and the unhelpful staff. Alan from the from desk is also a lier be aware. Save your money go some where else this place is awful, dirty and inconvenient with awful management. This hotel ruined my stay.

The valet employees need to be more courteous to the guest. They were very rude. The front desk employees very polite and answered all the questions. The rooms were clean and organized.

You can’t beat the location—right on the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk! Everything was within walking distance: shops, bike rentals, and the beach. The area had a relaxed, friendly vibe that made our stay even more enjoyable.

The property is great the only issue i had was the pool too many kids playing with balls and the pool is just not big enough to allow it. They just kept hitting everyone and it was annoying to witness. Yet there is staff going around saying you can’t drink anything by the pool but Its okay to have a ball flying around hitting people in the face. Other than that i really enjoyed my stay here.

Great location to the broadwalk and beach. Many amenities available. Parking should be included or free. The hotel looked up to date and well taken care of. Staff was friendly. Great dining nearby. I would recommend.

The room was big and spacious. Small kitchen and washing machine/dryer was not used but is nice option. Conveniently located near the beach and several great restaurants. The pool and rooftop bar was nice, drinks were good. The coffee shop onsite was convenient. The parking is a little bit of a mess and pricey and the hallway carpets desperately need to be cleaned. Other than that it was a decent stay.

I wanted to share my positive experience at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, and the staff was lovely. The valet parking was definitely a convenient perk. What stood out the most was the amazing rooftop. The views were stunning, and the bar had a great atmosphere with a DJ.

Property was located just a few steos from the broadwalk and beach. The pool area was awesome BUT they dont allow you to bring your own drinks or food. Very disappointing.

Seems great for Families but for Adult couples I would not recommend this location. The rooms are spacious but had damage from previous guests. The mandatory valet was annoying as there is no option for self parking. The female staff seemed annoyed whenever we had questions. The rooftop area was cool but was always crowded. There’s are not a lot of options for dining in the area and everything was extremely overpriced.

This property was absolutely beautiful. Set just off of the beach in Hollywood, which from the rooftop bar you have a full view of the beach to the East and the Intracoastal to the West. The king suite was amazing, and so clean and comfortable. Staff was great and the drinks at the bar were fantastic.

They only had one restaurant … if you drink a bottle of water it’s $9 for the big bottle and $6 for the small which I find way over priced ..

We stayed at this location with a rental car and had to either pay for parking around the hotel with meters or we had to pay $50 a day for valet parking. I would’ve selected a place with parking included had I known was going to pay additional each day to park at a place I booked a 4 day stay at. Also having to make reservations to eat at the roof top bar was impossible because the reservations were booked by public visitors versus giving hotel guests priority. Overall the stay was ok.

Valet parking was a nice addition but it was difficult to navigate and there was little information provided by the front desk attendant. I also felt the cost for the valet, which seemed to be the only option, was expensive. Happy hour on the top deck was excellent though. Great location and views.

GREAT view from the balcony! Excellent location to access the Broadwalk. It was a bit too windy for us to enjoy the beach, but we still had a nice stay. The kitchen appliances were a bit shoddy - half size fridge and freezer and a stovetop that did not work. Fortunately, we didn't plan to cook. As we were leaving, the pull for the blinds in the master broke as we were raising it. It had been a little tough to work while there.

The walk to the beach was short and easy. Our room was great however the couches were uncomfortable as was the pull out sofa. The kitchen had the basic items (plates, silverware, a few (cheap) pots and pans, one dull knife, glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses). Neither our dishwasher or washing machine/dryer in the room worked. We were told we couldn't get new shower towels unless our stay was over 5 days (we were there for 5 days) so we could wash them ourselves if we wanted clean ones.The rooftop pool was nice and clean. Was surprised the restaurant didn't open until 11am. The beach towels were easy to get and replace and it was nice you could "check out" items for the beach (boogie boards, volleyballs, footballs, etc) as long as they were available. It was nice having 2 lounge chairs on the beach as well as part of our package.
