O hotel é no geral ficavel para uma pernoite, mas é antigo, sem manutenção, os quartos cheiram mal e a frequência é muito ruim, hóspedes barulhentos, muitas pessoas muito bebadas. Não é familiar

Hotel is nice and clean . Perfect for quick stay before cruise. Shuttle service is good but a little bit disorganized. Nevertheless it worked out ok. I recommend it overall . Also the restaurant was good.

Checking in was ok but needs work. It seems like nobody acknowledges you as a patron of their business these days. You get a weird stare followed by incomplete details of the amenities that the property offers. I had to pry for information. If check-in etiquette and attitudes improved, it will be a five star rating
