Our stay was very enjoyable. Great location and very nice/clean room. The only thing that we didn't like/enjoy was the temperature of the roof top pool. It was VERY COLD and is not heated. We couldn't even go in. Nice view and a great spot to relax, but the pool was unusable.

Great hotel with very big and spacious rooms. Everything is clean and the pool is also inviting. Located near a lot of food spots and bars. Important: you can park in the 17th AVE nearby to avoid the very expensive valet parking. Only minimal critique: - pool can sometimes be very loud if some idiots play music with their bluetooth speakers; someone taking care of this would be amazing - pool towels were missing for some hours — although requested - rooftop bar is not the best. Service is slow, everything is expensive and the wine quite mediocre Nevertheless: great experience if you avoid valet parking/rooftop bar/pool music idiots

Excellent location Pool is not heated freezing and sun only by the pool in late afternoon, building blocks it. No phones in room or by upstairs pool. Nobody to contact? Alarms going off saying emergency don’t use elevator, use stairs and they were locked? Front desk didn’t know anything about 12th floor pool alarms?

Room was big, as was the bathroom. They only clean upon request so make sure you have enough towels when you check in. Elevator, gym & room access is by code only. The Olivia restaurant in the hotel opens 5-10PM. Good, pricey food. There is an awesome coffee shop you can get to from the ground floor. There’s Publix next door and Walgreens across the street. The gym had machines but only the treadmills were hooked up. The pool area is just ok. It gives the impression there’s a bar but it’s closed. There is no phone access to front desk. My only gripe is the TV was on & loud & not responding to the remote. It took forever in “chat” to have them send someone. I am a female traveling alone & felt very safe. I would definitely stay there again.

Great service. Sarah was super kind and accommodating! Our suite was clean and looked exactly as the pictures. This is not the first time my partner and I stayed at The Circ. Unfortunately, the pool has downgraded even more since our first time staying here; previously there were cabana like seatings which are no longer up in the pool area and the pool lawn chairs feel very cheap and run down. The pool area looks nothing like the pictures posted anymore.

The Hotel is clean and nice. Great location and walking distance from restaurants. Staff is amazing. No parking on the property for guest, you have to use the Valet parking for $30.00 over night.

I liked that the staff was very courteous and overall nice, and the beds were comfortable. I didn't like that there was no parking available, just an expensive valet parking. We always keep the car connected to our phone, so the car is always in Bluetooth mode without any station. When our car was returned, it had an FM station blasting music; it just didn't feel right. Also, the towels looked old, like rags, and were not cleaned properly, with visible stains; even one had hairs; one of the beds had stained sheets, and the liquid soap and toilet paper seemed of very poor quality.

Property is okay but be aware there’s no parking, only valet $30 a day and they take forever to get your car. Everything is through the app (check in, room key, assistance, valet, etc). I got room 310 and oh my… was very dirty! There was used clothes in the closet (very obvious they didn’t even open to clean), used tissues in the nightstand, the bed/sheets/pillows/towels had stains everywhere and we couldn’t enjoy the balcony because there was bird poop everywhere. We contacted a old lady outside to see how the room was and she send a housekeeper but now we don’t even trust if they change the sheets and we can’t trust this hotel anymore.

Absolutely loved this place! Overall cleanliness is superb, and I am definitely a hotel snob. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower pressure was my husband's favorite part. The room is very simple and the decor was minimal, but everything you needed was there. The staff was helpful and courteous. We would definitely recommend staying here.

I stayed there on March 6 and again on March 16th. Great location. Friendly staff. Publix grocery store on the back side of this hotel. Lots of places to eat near by. Great little park right next door. Uber or Lyft is $10-25 to the airport or cruise port depending on day and time. The building is 7 years old and has a great pool and deck area on the 12th floor. If you arrive early, they will secure your luggage for free until your room is ready.

After looking throughout the property description, pictures and reviews on Expedia, we looked forward staying at this property. However, the reality was completely different. On arrival the room wasn’t cleaned well… There were still some trash in the bathroom, hairs and dust on the floor. We contacted the property and on the next day they send someone to clean the room. The gym was very small and not really useful as when someone was working out on one machine you’ll had to wait until they finish. One day the door lock wasn’t working, so we couldn’t get in. The pool area wasn’t attractive as well. Outdated and not very clean. The room was decent of size, the bathroom and shower was big which was nice. Bed was comfortable to sleep on. The closet was tiny ( good for 1 person who travels for just a few days ). We had to leave a lot of our clothes in the luggage. Overall, the hotel is below average, maybe good for a single traveler who travels for 2-3 days max. The only positive thing I can say about the property is the people working there. They are all friendly and nice. Trying to help you wherever they can.

I stayed in room 813. The room itself was extremely clean however the first night there was no remote control in the room. I requested a remote, one was quickly brought up to the room but that one did not work. I was unable to get another remote so for the nights that I stayed, I did not use the TV. Secondly, the toilet would not stop running, I had to get up several times in the middle of the night to play with the handle for the water to stop running. The table on the balcony was covered in bird feces matter. Other than that the stay was ok. The pool was clean but again bird matter in various places on the floor around the pool.

There was a strong musky smell in the room. My son and I are asthmatic and our symptoms have worsened since staying here. Upon complaining to the hotel staff they only used a strong deodorant to mask the smell that only made it worse. The bathroom shows signs of black mold. The linens were stained and we had to repeatly ask for new towels and bed linens—so gross! There is no manager on site conveniently and service is terrible. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

Great hotel! Staff was super friendly and kept our luggage for us while we went to Hollywood beach , and checked us in 1 hour early free of charge. There’s a nice rooftop pool and the shower has Davines hair products which is such a bonus. The hallways are wide, clean and each room is so big it feels like a little apartment.

I have stayed at the Circ Hollywood before and knew what to expect. The lobby always has a great scent upon entering and there's an attendant to greet you. I do wish they had an automatic door opener, like ADA for when carrying in heaving or bulky items. The room was clean, but didnt have a bathrobe this time. I got a balcony and it had two chairs but missing cushions. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Do not count on the TV guide to be accurate, but there was a lot to choose from anyway. We parked off site and had no issues. It was a comfortable stay, close to the Hollywood boardwalk. The only complaint I really have is the pool area seemed abandoned. No clean towels available and used ones placed over chairs. This made it so i couldnt enjoy the pool.

Its a nice hotel very modern and comfortable. Its my first time at a hotel that doesn’t include daily housekeeping. Its located directly on US 1 and rooms can be impacted by the road noise.

I rented the suite and it was an amazing room with plenty of space. It was great and the hotel was very nice and clean and higher end. I ate at the restaurant and it was very good with really good food.

I just wanted to say Sara the receptionist was amazing she had realize our flight had got cancel and we already had check out and while we waited to figure out where will stay due that the hotel was fully book she came to us with a list of hotel that have rooms available with out asking. We appreciate the gesture. Hotel was very clean, pool was amazing. Staff members was very nice. I had dinner in the restaurant food was okay.

I paid for a suite as a wedding gift for some family in lieu of not being able to attend the actual wedding and I asked the staff for some sort of special decoration for the “honeymoon” suite and they happily decorated the bed with rose petals for me which I am very grateful for. Great attention and service, the staff went above and beyond!

I stayed there on March 6 and again on March 16th. Great location. Friendly staff. Publix grocery store on the back side of this hotel. Lots of places to eat near by. Great little park right next door. Uber or Lyft is $10-25 to the airport or cruise port depending on day and time. The building is 7 years old and has a great pool and deck area on the 12th floor. If you arrive early, they will secure your luggage for free until your room is ready.

We arrived and dealt with rude valet attendant right off the bad, the front staff didn’t address us at all or let us know what to expect. We got to our room (finally, after figuring out the elevators) to no towels. It took two deliveries to get the correct amount. It was just an over all poor experience.

The hotel itself is good, but unfortunately, it does not offer free parking—valet parking is the only option. The most disappointing part of our stay was the valet service. The attendant who received my vehicle seemed distracted and made multiple mistakes while registering it. He sent me a payment link, which I processed immediately, but later claimed I had not paid. Thankfully, I had taken a screenshot of the confirmation, which confused him even more. I also noticed that he was unsteady while walking, and his lack of focus raised concerns about his professionalism. I mentioned this to another valet employee, but my concern was met with silence, making me feel that this issue was known but not addressed. The next morning, when I requested my car, the new valet attendant told me it was not in the system. This confirmed that the previous attendant had failed to register it properly, despite my payment upon arrival. While the hotel itself met expectations, the valet parking experience was highly frustrating and left a negative impression. Great place to stay in Hollywood! About an 8 minute drive to the beach. Very convenient and easy to check in and check out through the app. Room was very spacious. The room cleaning is not included, you can have someone come clean your room for a fee, if you wish. Rooftop pool was a big plus for me and there’s also a great restaurant in the lobby area. 2 minute walk to Publix and Walgreens. Overall amazing stay!

The Hollywood Circ is in a great location for a large variety of different ethnic restaurants and bakeries. It’s also actually attached to Publix and a couple blocks from a Walgreens. Another plus is that the beach is about 10 minutes away by car.

It’s not exactly as close to the airport however the area is very walkable and convenient. Lots of cafes, there’s a Publix in the complex and a Walgreens across the street. My room was very modern and clean. No complaints. Would stay here again

The place itself is very nice but the location is a nightmare. That 24/7 noise from the street, car honking, police sirens , music etc. we stayed there for three night and none of them we could rest.

Important: you can park in the 17th AVE nearby to avoid the very expensive valet parking. Only minimal critique: - pool can sometimes be very loud if some idiots play music with their bluetooth speakers; someone taking care of this would be amazing - pool towels were missing for some hours — although requested - rooftop bar is not the best. Service is slow, everything is expensive and the wine quite mediocre Nevertheless: great experience if you avoid valet parking/rooftop bar/pool music idiots

Room was big, as was the bathroom. They only clean upon request so make sure you have enough towels when you check in. Elevator, gym & room access is by code only. The Olivia restaurant in the hotel opens 5-10PM. Good, pricey food. There is an awesome coffee shop you can get to from the ground floor. There’s Publix next door and Walgreens across the street. The gym had machines but only the treadmills were hooked up. The pool area is just ok. It gives the impression there’s a bar but it’s closed. There is no phone access to front desk. My only gripe is the TV was on & loud & not responding to the remote. It took forever in “chat” to have them send someone. I am a female traveling alone & felt very safe. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is nice. The restaurant in there is upscale (not my type of food) The rooftop does have food for regular people. The pool is slightly above the rooftop which is convenient. They do get you for parking. I found it to be expensive. The beach is a 8 minute drive. Not bad. Publix is right around the corner and there's a nice coffee shop connected to the hotel. If you wanna be close but not on the beach this is the place. Oh yeah don't be fooled by the pictures. Every room does not.... I repeat does not have a balcony so keep that in mind.

Very Nice hotel There is a white lady receptionist calles Sarah i think that was really nice.But most the hotel staff needs to improve if they want to be 5 star. Very nice dinning options and the hotel inside feels very safe.

I rented the suite and it was an amazing room with plenty of space. It was great and the hotel was very nice and clean and higher end. I ate at the restaurant and it was very good with really good food.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I wasn’t expecting a balcony so the fact that I ended up with one was the best!!! The location was prime!!! It wasn’t too far from the airport, the beach and there was a grocery store attached. I was a little upset that the rooftop bar wasn’t open, but overall it was still a great stay. The beds were so comfortable. I literally have no complaints.

The property was very nice. Contact less check in is very convenient. The codes for the room and elevator can be annoying, but the mobile key comes in handy. Publix being attached to the building was a huge plus. Great pool, it was never really crowded. Our tv stopped working and it was fixed the same day. We refused to pay $20 to have the room cleaned but really didn’t need it. Clean beds, linens, bathroom etc. I would recommend to anyone staying in Hollywood.

We had an amazing stay, the rooms were very clean and staff super friendly! It was pretty rainy on and off during our stay so the pool area was pretty flooded. I will say since it was a roof top pool there were some pigeons but my kid had fun looking at them and identifying some difference between them up close. The bar/ restaurant was not open during our stay so I can’t speak to those amenities. But there is a Publix close by and park for kids to play at! I would stay here again and recommend it others!

Everything was nice and clean, nice spacious soft bed. Only thing I didn’t like was the rooftop pool. It was full of birds. There was birds in the water with feathers everywhere and the bar was closed. It looked a little abandoned.
