When we called to book, I asked questions because of reviews I read-we were told construction was done and that their price included a continental breakfast. When we arrived construction was very much going on, front entrance blocked, workers had music blaring, and the breakfast was a bag breakfast we had to pick up from the front desk. When I asked the desk person about what we were told, the response I received was “well I was the one working when you called and I did not say that”. To add-the person I spoke with was a male and the person who checked me in was a female….

The staff were very nice and helpful, but this property is awful. Exterior doors that are supposed to only open with key card don’t shut properly so no safety. Empty vending machines. No drinks or breakfast options. Spotty internet. It’s apparently undergoing renovations, so maybe all of these issues will be eventually resolved, but I’m choosing somewhere else next time I have to be in town. Sorry.

Location was good, dining and shopping close by. Right off the interstate. Unfortunately the hotel was in the prof renovations so NO POOL, NO BREAKFAST, NO COFFEE! Also we made a reservation 2 months ago and we waited almost 2 hours for a room. We were passing thru on vacation to visit family for the day so we had limited time. They kept telling us 15 more minutes but continued to pass us by and giving rooms to people just arriving. We were waiting there and kept checking in with them. It was an awful experience and we ended up missing dinner with family we haven't seen in a few years and only had time for a short visit with them. I would love to have just found another hotel but we knew it was passed our cancelation policy. Would like to have been refunded for this kind of customer service.

I’m sure it will be nice when it is finished but under construction everywhere, restaurant closed, pool closed, no air conditioning on the main level. Staff were understanding and let us check out early. Just needed to let people know prior to booking. Give it a year and it’ll be nice

The building is under construction, but no one has been working there in a long time. The front desk employee told us that the contractors had walked off the job. The front canopy has been partially removed and there is yellow caution tape blocking it off. There was a party out front and coolers and empty beer cans littered the area when we checked out at 9:00 AM. All landscaping has been removed and there is painting scaffolding set up in numerous places around the building. There is no breakfast service. You can request a bag of cold items. The water has left an iron stain in the bath-tub that was gross.

Staff at the front desk was friendly, but bathroom conditions could be better. Not sure why if check out is 12pm, housekeepers are knocking at the doors at 9:30am and they were loud talking on the hallway, little bit annoying if you want to rest.

Our experience was awful. Upon checking in, we discovered that our room was dirty - suspicious stains on bed sheets, curtains and the floor. We were also told when we booked that we would not have a conjoining room, but we were given one anyway. When asked to switch due to safety concerns, we were denied. Awful customer service.

After checking in (room 214), they forgot to charge the card so we had to go back down after getting to the room to do that. The room looked ok at first glance but as we got settled in the opposite became apparent. There were pee stains on the toilet seat, there were globs of toothpaste in the sink, and there was a used bar of soap in the shower. Also no toilet paper holder and a lose role of toilet paper left from the previous guest. That’s pretty much the extent of the cleanliness issues. As far as the room’s condition, the toilet seat was extremely lose, the bathroom faucet was just kinda “there”.. not attached or caulked to the countertop at all. The bathroom door was clearly a couple decades old and the handle was installed backwards so you had to turn the handle for it to close. The room door was also very old, had screw holes all in it from where they had moved the swinging bar lock several times. There was a 2 inch gap underneath the door so light shined through it at night making it difficult to sleep. The walls and door were paper thin as well, could hear doors opening and closing, people walking and talking in the hallway, as well as noise from the adjacent rooms. The comforter on the bed was a weird material, it felt like we were covering up with a thick sheet of paper, but at least it was warm. The mattress was relatively comfortable and the heat/ac worked well. My biggest complaint is the cleanliness. The other issues seemed due to a cheaply done remodel.

The room was very clean. When I went into the bathroom the toilet bowl had black stains. I asked the person that cleaned the room was it clean. She said they have bleach the toilet bowl and the stains will not come out. She stated the toilet needs to be replace because they have tried everything to get the stains out to no avail. Would have been nice to have hot breakfast but the take and go bag was ok for me.

Property seemed great, traveled there on a road trip. Fell asleep quick but woke in the middle of the night realizing the pillows in our room STUNK like urine! Rest of hotel was clearly in middle of being refurbished/ renovated, very limited breakfast options and some areas of hotel needed help (ie elevator seemed in need of TLC). rest of room was ok.

Everything was good. Service was good. Place is relatively clean beds aren’t horrible. Woke up to take a shower and water was ice cold finally warmed up to about Luke warm at best by the time the wife showered. Overall not bad other than the cold shower.

The staff was nice and room was clean. The hotel seems to be getting some renovations. Access to the this place is on an access road. If you turn from the highway at the light. You are entering a shopping center entrance and make a u-turn at the end of the island to turn on the access road. The walls aren't the thickest so you may here others in the hotel. There is a local restarant in front of the hotel.

Water heater didn’t work, kitchen was being renovated, grounds were not maintained, rooms and area were sketchy at best, and staff was completely apathetic. For $170 per this hotel was extremely high for the property and certainty the level of service. I’d sleep in my car before is stayed here again.

Booked two rooms for two nights. After checkin, one room we had smelled. They didn’t have any more double rooms, so they gave us an “upgrade” to single king business class. Came in the second day to our key cards not working. Went to the front desk and they said we hadn’t paid for that room. The manager wouldn’t speak to us. The front desk girl said we either had to pay more or leave. After about 30 minutes of trying to explain I paid for both rooms when I checked in, they realized they messed up the computer when they moved us to that room. Breakfast is a bagged breakfast.

The customer service was excellent!! The lady who checked me in made me my stay so great. Even though I was there for a funeral she made me laugh and forget my heartache just speaking with her. She was such a joy and so funny!! I definitely will be staying this summer when I come back just because of her great customer service.

It was an awful experience and we ended up missing dinner with family we haven't seen in a few years and only had time for a short visit with them. I would love to have just found another hotel but we knew it was passed our cancelation policy. Would like to have been refunded for this kind of customer service.

Location was good, dining and shopping close by. Right off the interstate. Unfortunately the hotel was in the prof renovations so NO POOL, NO BREAKFAST, NO COFFEE! The staff was nice and room was clean. The hotel seems to be getting some renovations. Access to the this place is on an access road. If you turn from the highway at the light. You are entering a shopping center entrance and make a u-turn at the end of the island to turn on the access road. The walls aren't the thickest so you may here others in the hotel. There is a local restarant in front of the hotel.

When we called to book, I asked questions because of reviews I read-we were told construction was done and that their price included a continental breakfast. When we arrived construction was very much going on, front entrance blocked, workers had music blaring, and the breakfast was a bag breakfast we had to pick up from the front desk. When I asked the desk person about what we were told, the response I received was “well I was the one working when you called and I did not say that”. To add-the person I spoke with was a male and the person who checked me in was a female….

We enjoyed our stay . Room was clean , bed was very comfortable. Staff was very nice and respectful. We had forgotten a couple of toiletries (tooth brush and razor) in which was made available to us. The only thing that could have made it better would be a hot breakfast instead of out of a bag, had visited a couple time in the past while being remolded

I’m sure it will be nice when it is finished but under construction everywhere, restaurant closed, pool closed, no air conditioning on the main level. Staff were understanding and let us check out early. Just needed to let people know prior to booking. Give it a year and it’ll be nice

The building is under construction, but no one has been working there in a long time. The front desk employee told us that the contractors had walked off the job. The front canopy has been partially removed and there is yellow caution tape blocking it off. There was a party out front and coolers and empty beer cans littered the area when we checked out at 9:00 AM. All landscaping has been removed and there is painting scaffolding set up in numerous places around the building. There is no breakfast service. You can request a bag of cold items. The water has left an iron stain in the bath-tub that was gross.
