Dont even bother with the free breakfast, it’s basically nothing. I also filtered to stay with a pool and it’s not available. Staff are not helpful at all.

I literally could not even finish my stay here. At first, we entered to find the pool closed (understandable- but reviews say it’s been closed for almost two years), I’ll admit that maybe I should’ve looked before booking but it was cheap and listed in the amenities, therefor, it shouldn’t’ve been an issue (take it off if it’s not available?). Walking inside our room, we were met with trash from the previous owner, a hole in the bathroom ceiling above the shower that had produced BLACK MOLD around it as well as mildew build up that would later turn out to DRIP ON US while showering? I’m a housekeeper so I understand that some of these things are out of employee control but this was unacceptable. After only a minute of walking around on the floor, barefoot, I found my feet to be charcoal black- from unclean floors. I checked after I left and apparently the floors have been like this for YEARS. I tried to tough it out, seeing bugs pop up here and there, trying to clean the floors myself but three days into my stay, I found bugs in my bed. Multiple types. Which were also now ALL OVER the floor and other bed in the room and in the bathroom. When we told the front desk manager, she informed us that because we didn’t come to her on the first day of our stay, there was nothing she could do but give us another room. Yes, I had to inform her about the bugs I saw that night on the first day when they were not there. She offered to give us another room but we felt too grossed out. -10 ⭐

Property was kind of run down. Pool was closed. Breakfast had three things. Burnt myself on the metal cover as nothing to take metal lid off with. They allowed a rather large group of people sit around in parking lot playing loud music for hours.

Pool wasnt functioning wasnt informed @ check in. The pool was 98% of our trip to cool off before dropping my son off at college. I was told the room is not cleaned daily...every other day. I was not informed of the towel exchange? I was told to walk back to my room in the rain and get my towels and bring them back. When I said it was pouring rain the man at the front desk told me if I didnt like it I could leave. When I got a supervisor or said I was contacting a supervisor about towels and cleanliness of my room the man at the desk said he would call the cops on me? I left the office in tears and distraught bc I just asked for the bare necessities trash emptied and clean towels and was treated in such a manner that I would never be back to be belittled and yelled at for asking for towels and turned away bc I didnt have the old dirty ones I didnt know there was a policy until after he treatened to evict me. He said he would pray for me and if I didnt like it to leave. I said I was having a very miserable stay and now had to walk in the rain to go get towels. My group was showered and ready and I still didnt receive towels. At breakfast the juice machines are broken. My room the floor was dirty I have pictures if the trash that wasnt emptied the dirty towels were not replaced. Tooth paste caked on the floor from day 1 at check in refused to clean my room and told it was cleaned every other day.

The room was very nice and clean. The lobby was dingy. The free breakfast was absolutely minimal, and the coffee was not very good at all. I am really not that picky, but I ended up not eating breakfast there. I also did not like that there was no elevator to the second floor. Getting my heavy bag up the stairs was not fun.

It was horrible they was giving people breakfast that didnt even have a room there we was told they ran out of hot food before 8am our 1st morning there the pool was green couldnt swim

Bummed that the pool was empty!!! We booked specially to relax by the pool for Mothers Day.

My mom and I stayed 2 nights at this establishment. I gave it the rankings I did due to the pool being closed while we were there and being told that housekeeping would come daily and it didn't. We ended up exchanging our old towels and wash cloths for new at the front desk. Overall we enjoyed staying at this hotel and would definitely consider a short stay again in the future.

Cleanliness was not on the menu blood stained chair we had removed & later found old blood splatter on the back of the bathroom door!

Door to room had a space on the side. Didn't feel safe in the room. The floors were very dirty. My husband's feet were black and he had socks on. Breakfast was packaged breakfast sandwich and packaged pastry...we went elsewhere for breakfast. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure was good.

The exterior door did not have any weather stripping so a significant amount of noise and light were coming through. I felt as if I was sleeping directly on the highway. The bed was uncomfortable, there was mold in the shower and the floors were dirty. This room should not have been rented to any human being. The extreme fatigue from attempting to sleep here honestly ruined the rest of my trip as I was exhausted the entire time. Do not stay at this location. Spend the extra money on proper accommodations.

Our stay definitely wasn’t the greatest. Check in was good no issues there. The room on the other hand was just not great. It was very loud from the noise on the highway. And overall it wasn’t very clean. It looked like the floors hadn’t been swept in who knows how long. Dust bunnies in all the corners. If you walked on floor in bare feet the bottom of your feet turned black. Plus the heating/air conditioning unit was being held up by a paint can and some sort of spool. Overall just not impressed.

No pillow cases on the pillows. Door handle to the bathroom broken, got locked inside of the bathroom for a period of time. Mold on bathroom walls. Bathroom shower/tub in need of repairs. A/C vents completely covered in dirt. The room was booked for 2 nights but I had to leave after the first night and got a room at a different hotel. I called the hotel and explained the situation and was told the manager would call me back. The manager still has yet to call. Will never stay here again.

the room wqas dirty floor full of unswept hair and dirt. desk chair was dirty, table tops sticky pubic hair still on back of toilet, an empty boose bottle on floor behind the bed. The night manager said it was his last and truely did not care. I again brought it up to the morning staff, and they said sorry but I need to take it up with my booking company.At one point I said the owner should bring his kids to the room and see if he would let them play in this filth. What a disgraceful operations. We did take pictures for proof if there was any question!!!!

Unsanitary!!! Many health code violations . Possibly bed bugs . Floors were in complete filth. We attempted to call lobby several times with no response. We resorted to clean the floor ourselves

Absolutely Awful. In the top 3 most awful places I have ever stayed at, and I have stayed at many over the years.This property is a low class motel, not a hotel. Booked to stay here for 3 nights with my wife while visiting family nearby. Room was dirty and damp. Floor was slippery like it had oil all over it. Bathroom ceiling was moldy and peeling. Bathroom door didn't close properly. Air conditioner rattled. Could hear everything from other adjacent rooms, especially the sink and toilet. No soap in the room. Motel staff was not friendly. Only stayed here 1 night because of unbelievably loud music with super deep base that actually shook the room all night from about 10:00 pm to at least 3:00 am or later the next morning. Would have been better to sleep in the car in a parking lot somewhere.Found out from the front desk in the morning that the music was from a strip club next door. Informed them that we couldn't stay the additional 2 nights we booked because of unsatisfactory conditions. They said they understood, checked us out, and said I would see a credit for the 2 nights we didn't stay on my credit card statement. Of course they lied and I was charged for all 3 nights and now I am disputing the charges with my credit card company. Was able to book the additional 2 nights at the Hampton Inn and Suites nearby. More expensive but a luxury palace in comparison. Have stayed at many Wyndham properties in the past without issue. Will never stay at another Wyndham property.

Dead bolt did not lock Adjacent to exterior fire extinguisher appeared to have an out dated inspection tag..

There was no noise from people but from the freeway traffic. Even though there were only two floors it needed an easier way to get your luggage to the second floor for people of older ages otherwise everything was fine.

The room was average, nothing spectacular. Bed was comfortable.

Overall a good value—clean rooms and a decent breakfast, though a bit limited. The main downside was the extremely thin walls—you can hear everything from neighboring rooms.

The first room didnt have a bathroom light and the bathtub was dirty. The second room didnt have a working deadbolt or a security lock. Room had hair and someone's weird body wash in the shower. Did not stay longer than a few minutes before I left. Front desk seemed uncaring and not apologetic for the issues. Did not say a word regarding hellow when I walked in just "last name" and its down the walk way. when I returned he only said "rooms on the other side of the same building". Terrible place with visible damage everywhere. .

The hotel has been or is being remodeled. The dead bolt did not line up with the door . The bathroom seemed to be a handicapped bathroom but the toilet was very low. The bed was not the most comfortable. The room was clean . It needed the adjoining room and bathroom doors and trim painted.

The best bed and room you can get for the price point. Room was comfortable and it was fresh and nice.

Older property, lots of issues. Door would not deadbolt. Sink plumbing was loose

Room was clean and there was a mini fridge and microwave. Bed was very comfy. Good temperature control and not too noisy. Economical. Toilet didn't flush well; woefully inadequate for human waste unless you flushed 3-4x. Internet kept going out, making it difficult for me to get work done. TV was very confusing and difficult to figure out, no channel guide. No network stations (like ABC), which is all I was interested in. Fellow travelers didn't seem to care about being noisy walking past rooms late night and early morning, waking people up.

Excellent customer service

Upon arrival and checking in the night clerk was very rude and short. I had reserved 2 rooms and he argued with me I only had one. He then looked down again and saw that I did have two and just handed me the second key and said here. No apology or anything. Breakfast is very limited and the danishes were stale. Which is all a shame I am going to be down every month at least two times a month for the next 18 months and I will not be staying at this hotel. If you do decide to stay here make sure you like extra firm beds because that’s exactly what they are. Extra Firm!

The staff was rude, we extended our stay for one night and they made us pay another deposit even though we already paid one. Outside of the staff the room was clean other than one bed having stained sheets and the toilet being clogged, we asked for a plunger and have yet to receive one to unclog the toilet. For the price the room isn’t terrible but I would definitely recommend hiring new staff that’s a little more customer service oriented.

Staying at days Inn was a warm experience the service is excellent and employees are great they respond to your needs promptly. The front desk staff members are friendly and helpful

Staff are wonderful, it’s quite even on the ground floor,very clean and comfortable! Plan on staying there again😊

We booked a room for the night for the five of us. Get into the room there was only two beds. No big deal we made it work. The next morning I woke up and went to get coffee from the “free breakfast” with one of my daughters as the others were still sleeping. I got two cups of coffee for me and my partner, and a muffin and two danishes (which is one item for each child) the desk worker came around the counter and began berating me. Saying that I was being greedy. I then informed him there are five of us. He then began questioning if I made the reservation with five. Which I did. He yelled so bad my oldest child put down the item she wanted. And as I was leaving he told me about my “poor attitude.”

Property was threadbare and old. Check in staff was rude and ignored my wife at check in when she spoke to him.

The check-in was awesome. Everything was ready and we couldn't believe how quickly we got our keys and were in our room. The parking was limited and tight especially since we have a larger vehicle. The room was clean and had all the expected amenities plus a microwave and refrigerator that we weren't expecting. The hotel was surrounded by many choices of restaurants. The price was perfect. We would stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay it was very clean and neat and the people at the front desk was very friendly and I love how convient everything was their was a Walmart across from the hotel and they had a few eating places nearby

This hotel was super clean, very comfortable and quiet. We stayed on a Saturday night and were impressed with the efficient check in and check out and the spacious room. I’m not sure about the area the hotel is in, it was convenient for us to our event at Trackhouse Motorplex and affordable. We are in Mooresville pretty frequently and this was one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed in. The shower was a bit of a challenge to get the temp right, and there is no elevator, but other than that I have no complaints.

Location is poor. Room was standard. Air conditioner unit needed cleaning. Bathtub needed a bathmat or textured area, it was quite slick when taking my shower.

Overall the hotel was okay it was clean and bug free, the issues I had was we couldn't get the TV to work until we hooked our PS5 up to it to watch from it and the door wasn't secure it was missing the door plate in the frame so it made me feel unsafe with my kids in the room but thankfully it all worked out. The breakfast was okay other than me getting a danish with mold on it

The free. Breakfast was lacking in many ways. Only coffee and hostess cakes available. Bananas were black (overripe) juice was out of order. No toast or anything hot

Room was very clean exactly as advertised. Breakfast however was very disappointing. Prewrapped breakfast sandwiches, only white bread to toast & only grape jelly. No yogart or anything hot.

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever been to. (1) dirty rooms (see picture). (2) we booked a room for 5 and got a room for two. They apologized but could not move us to a bigger room. (3) there is no breakfast! coffee machine was empty. no milk. no juice. no nothing. They only thing they have is very old cereals (but no milk). We do not have high standards but this hotel was really very very bad. The only good think I can mention is that the person at the front desk when we checked in was nice and understanding. (4) the hotel is on the highway so half of the rooms (those that are facing the highway) are very noisy.

Breakfast was pretty meager, but the place was clean and service was good.

The staff was good the room was clean but the continental breakfast there was none. They absolutely had nothing there so that was a very big disappointment.
