Overall our stay was really good! Quiet and the breakfast was good. The hallway did smell and was disappointed the pool was closed. We booked this place because of the pool.

The hotel smells really bad. The ac in our room worked but never got the room cold. The area surrounding the hotel is not the greatest area. There are transient people everywhere. I almost ran over someone who was panhandling when I drove in the first night. The lobby areas are very hot and I think it’s because they don’t rub the air conditioning. There was a terrible smell throughout the whole hotel. The pool was closed so my kids were disappointed that they couldn’t use the pool. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was it had a pool and holiday inns are typically nice clean hotels. This one was very disappointing

Only one small elevator, no immediate entrance access to rear of building from rear parking lot.

Hotel room was fine. Was not made aware until I checked in that the elevator had scheduled maintenance for multiple days and we were put on the 3rd floor. Very inconvenient with having a 1 year old and having to make multiple trips with out being asked if we would like help. The front desk attendant at check-in was very nice and helpful! However, the attendant working the next morning was not as kind of helpful. My wife walked downstairs with our one year-old to inform them of a spill we had in our room to ask if it could be mopped and ask for extra towels, and she basically told her that there was Housekeeping upstairs, and she could go find them and let them know. On a normal basis this would be considered poor customer service, but especially with the elevators being down and carrying a one year old she wanted her to go back up 3 flights of stairs to find housekeeping herself.

The pool was closed, the area was extremely busy, there was construction being done inside and outside of the building which limited parking. The room doors didn't have safety latches so I had to go buy a security bar from Walmart.

CONSTRUCTION IS GOING ON AND NO USE OF POOL. 100 DEPOSIT EXTRA FOR DAMAGES. YOU GET A REFUND BUT ITS NICE TO KNOW UP FRONT THEN TO BE SURPRISED. NICE BREAKFAST THOUGH ESPECIALLY IF YOURE EATING HEALTHY. VEGGIE OMLETTS,TURKEY SAUAGE ,WALNUTS FRESH CRANBERRIES, FLAVORED GREEK YOGURT.OF COURSE THEY HAVE REGULAR SAUAGE,CHEESE OMLETTESS ,BISCUITS AND GRAVY,OATMEAL, BOILED EGGS ETC. AND GOOD COFFEE. ROOMS WERE CLEAN. ONLY THERE FOR 1 DAY.

Property was under renovation with no notice. Construction trucks and dumpsters occupied many parking spaces illegally limiting parking for customers.

Property was under renovations, construction equipment was taking up parking spots up front, and all other entry points were closed off besides the main entry way. staff was kind and friendly, and breakfast services was great. notable the only way up to and from the 3rd floor was the elevator, all other access points were closed off.

I was really disappointed that the pool was under construction. We had traveled 11 hours that day and was looking forward to stretch our legs and get some swimming in after sitting all day. Only to find out the pool was under construction. What a disappointment.

There was pizza crust on the floor by the bed that had not been cleaned up.

I stayed in a room on the ground floor. I killed at least 3 big ants in the bathroom and 2 spiders. Dried up pee on the toilet, dust rags by the window, hotel was fully booked so I could not change my room. The emergency exit door right by my room was cracked open with a stone. I will never stay here again.

Cockroach on the floor as soon as I walked in my room. Musty smell. Hairs all over bathroom.

The room was clean when I arrived. My stay was 3 nights and my room was not cleaned or bed made the whole time! Toilet seat was cheap plastic and too small for toilet…it wobbled when using! Staff was friendly. Good breakfast.

The bed was comfortable but the room didn’t seem cleaned. The vacuuming was needed and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned that well.

The room was okay, but the bathroom wasn't very clean and the shade was broken. It only came down halfway. The hotel is in a very sketchy place. I definitely didn't feel safe.

Enjoyed my stay, room was very large located on ground floor. Had king size bed and floor was clean. Bathroom was neat, with tub and toilet.

Great location near the Coastal Credit Union Music Park. Natalie was amazing and got me everything I needed. Comfort of room was ok. Heavy and loud doors that slam hard will wake you up!

The stay was fine. I’ve stayed several times before but the window blinds unit in this particular room were difficult to manage and the shower leaked.

Staff were friendly. AC did not work (only blew air not cold); it stayed on 74 despite me turning it to the lowest setting to try and cool it off. It was 1030 at night and people were screaming down the hall. The shower wasn’t very clean. Shower head also wouldn’t stay upright (kept falling down). The bed wasn’t very comfortable. I tried to use the computer to print a few papers and it didn’t work. Staff weren’t helpful with that.

This hotel was basically OK. We were pleasantly surprised by how easy and quick it was to get downtown from there. That was a good thing, because there are no good restaurants nearby. The pool was disappointing—very small but also closed. And the bathtub floor was very slippery. They need to add non-slip stick-ons or something. Almost had a bad accident. Windows can’t be opened—no fresh air. No operative guide for the TV—the only way to see what was on was flipping through the channels.

Mrs Victoria Bowen the manager for this hotel was awesome! Super helpful and very nice. Even under the heavy workload that walked in when we were checking in, she maintained professional and great customer service. Will visit again!

Check in with Natalie was wonderful. Very friendly and pleasant. Informed me of the amenities and asked if she could help with anything just to call down she would be there until 11 PM.

On the whole, my son and I had a good experience. The desk clerk at check in was very helpful. I had asked for a room with 2 queen beds, but the first room we were assigned had one king bed. She very helpful in changing our room to meet our needs. The hotel was clean, and the room was clean and comfortable. There was a very nice selection of breakfast foods.

Very quick and easy check in/out! I don’t remember her name but the older lady that worked up front is an angel. Excellent customer service! Thank you so much for the great hospitality!

The hotel was quiet, we knew about the renovations, but that didn’t bother anybody in my family, the room was very spacious and clean. Housekeeping staff was friendly. The only negative thing that I have to say is that the breakfast staff lady was constantly telling other families that they are sorry that they keep running out of things but people keep taking multiple plates and this breakfast is not meant to be like that. It’s supposed to be a quick grab and go at least that’s how we took it, I don’t think she should make people feel like that. There were several families there so of course they’re gonna grab some plates to take back to the room since there was not enough seating. She seemed to want to micromanage everybody that who was making their plates. The breakfast was amazing though. But she should realize that people consider that free breakfast as part of picking this hotel. This place was so close to everything I would stay here again.

The front desk guy was gone for like an hr i couldnt check in and had to stay outside the premises till he got back

The man who checked us in today was so wonderful. Especially to my kids. They have been talking about the man several times this evening because he gave them a treat. That was really thoughtful of him.

Absolutely the best staff. Courteous, friendly and they went out of their way to accommodate my family. Breakfast was one of the best, we will be back.

Access to the hotel was very difficult. The area around this property was not very clean and crossing (walking) to close by restaurants was difficult.

The staff and manager were wonderful!!!! The parking was awful as many spaces were taken up by construction workers. My husband is handicap and we had to park in the back. The clerk offered to move her car and give us her space...she's handicap too! What a lovely lady! The renovations are nice. The room was clean. The area around the hotel was not very inviting.

Didn't like traffic and crazy people on the road. Homeless people down the road.

They are renovating the hotel, so there were construction trucks in the parking lot however it did not impact our stay at all. We felt totally safe in the hotel, however we missed the entrance and had to turn on the next road and that seemed a little sketchy. People standing around, garbage, and some homeless people.

I am here visiting my mom, she’s in the hospital. I love that the hotel is very close to the hospital she’s in. I love the decor here & the front desk member Jami has been wonderful to us. Thank you so much Jami! Also, I traveled in from DC and was able to check in earlier than the normal check in time so that was a huge plus for us ❤️

The food was great and it only 10 min away from the Raleigh Convention Center.

Easy check in. Desk staff was excellent. Room was clean and quiet. Easy parking and close to dining. This place is close to Walnut Creek.

Very nice rooms, and a great staff. The breakfast was a lot better than expected. They have a wide variety of breakfast food, and really great coffee. I would stay there again.

Natalie was the desk clerk who checked me in. She was very kind and professional. Ihave worked in hospital for over 20 years. I am a woman who was traveling alone and I really wasn\'t happy that I was put in an ajoining room, (110) next to the elevator.I could also hear people basically hanging around the parking lot. I went out to grab some things I didn\'t want stolen from my car just in case. There were a few people just hanging out.I heard a clicking sound all night. Finally at 4:30 am I called the front desk and the clerk told me me there was no one in the room next to me. Must have been the elevator. Not that he offered to change my room. I was so tired I was able to sleep for two hours. I figured breakfast was starting so I went. It was just after 6:30 am and the dining area was dark. I asked the clerk when breakfast was and he said, 6:30 and shrugged his shoulders. " Late I guess, bu" he said. A couple was also sitting in a booth next to me, as we waited. At 6:45 she came out and turned the lights on but, she said nothing about breakfast. Finally, I just got up and some things had been put out. I laid tongs on the 2 inch pan and she rudely told me, " they go in the crock beside the sausage!! There were veggie egg omelettes and they were ICE COLD in the middle.

Breakfast was way above average.

It’s a nice hotel especially for what we paid. We spent 2 days 1 night in Raleigh. The room is nice and clean, the bed is comfy. We love the breakfast, so many choices and some healthy options too. They even offer paper bags for guests to take some snakes with them, so thoughtful! We will definitely stay here again and highly recommended!

Great price for the location and what we needed it for. The room was reasonably quiet and nicely updated. The free breakfast was great and had many choices.

Absolutely the best staff. Courteous, friendly and they went out of their way to accommodate my family. Breakfast was one of the best, we will be back.
