Riverside Ranch von AvantStay | Minuten bis zur Innenstadt

The view was impressive. The check-in went smoothly. It was all done online with security codes rather than keys. Some things were a little dated, other things were brand new. If I were to guess, I would say they are in the process of updating some things. Three boxes from Amazon were delivered there in our short 3 day stay. Don't know what was in two of them, but the others were two new ceiling fans. In short, if we we're to go back to the area again, we would certainly consider staying there again.

The house was clean, and all basics we needed for a long weekend were there. Our group of Moms enjoyed the quiet house, warm showers, and spacious couch; a perfect place to chat. The hot tub worked well! Airport noise was no problem. It sounded like the air conditioner was running and was easy for all of us to ignore. The beds were very comfortable. The twin beds are kinda noisy, so maybe bring earplugs if your roommate moves a lot in their sleep. Downtown Asheville was about 30 minutes depending on traffic. We took an Uber to Sierra Nevada, and there were grocery stores nearby. Owners were very communicative and there were no hidden fees. No bear sightings, but locals said they do come around. I definitely have this property saved as a place to return!

Very nice home.

Conveniently located near the airport and many parks. You don’t have to drive more than 30 minutes to visit wonderful trails. Home was clean and had plenty of room. We had everything we needed and more. Management was very responsive when a bad storm caused a tree to fall on our private road. They had it taken care of quickly and we were able to enjoy the rest of our trip. Would recommend!
