No one at the front desk or answered the phone We asked for the room to be cleaned all they did was put towels in the room

Room was damaged- bathroom door had been previously kicked in and wouldn’t stay shut - window was broken water started pouring in - THERE ARE BED BUGS!

Check in was great..after check in went out to visit friends..upon returning was going to watch TV in room only to find out there was no sound on tv...told front desk but they said maintenance has already left and offered another room but we already had all our belongings in room...can't get perfection all the time but at least the room was clean

Breakfast menu was ok. Other hotels have a bigger menu with special breakfast’s like biscuits and gravy, Yogurt, bagels cream cheese.

Breakfast lady was rushing and telling other staff she was ready to clean up and go home but people kept coming to eat. Mind you it was 8am! Cleaners were rude because we had dogs there THAT WE PAID FOR & said they didn’t wanna clean up after them when our room was cleaning leaving out than it was coming in Front desk people told us that the cleaners were lazy and told them about our dirty dogs and we only been there for 30mins . i come to this hotel every year when we take our dogs to the beach but this wil be our LAST year promise you .. hotel smells like cigarettes and weed. never comin back
