Staff was very friendly and welcoming and kind to my loud crazy kids upon checking in after a LONG day, felt no judgement at all but rather much more acceptance. Pool was nice clean and empty. Rooms were clean, and breakfast was AMAZING (shout out to whoever made the biscuits and gravy). Deposit came back on the second day after checking out which is faster than other hotels we’ve dealt with. Would definitely come back.

Our 2 young children had there hearts set on swimming, but the pool was green and nasty, the clerk said it was because it had rained recently. What a load. We decided just to leave and continue on home.

The vent in room 302 did not work. The bathtub filled with water during a shower and took forever to drain. Mold on ceiling. The beds were decent. Front desk….. every single person that I encountered….. was so warm and inviting and kind!

I would definitely stay here again. The only complaints I have are that the water pressure was not the greatest and there were a few hairs left in the bathroom form the previous guest. Otherwise I really liked it!

Breakfast was okay. Poor check-in experience- was given a handicapped room that we did not need. Whirring noise all night long - could not figure out what was causing it. Door to room was not aligned- so there was a gap around door frame - the door locked, but light and noise from hall came in. Needless to say, we did not get a good night sleep.

The refrigerator was not working. We discovered it and reported it to the lady at the desk. She attempted to give us a credit but in that the room was rented through Expedia, she couldn’t give us the credit. Expedia bears responsibility for this situation,

Sunday breakfast was awesome! Saturday and Monday were so so. Bed was alittle too hard for me and I had the ac unit that rattled when it ran so that kept waking me up. All in all it was a good stay with friendly staff and clean surfaces!

My two young boys and I loves staying at this Hampton Inn! It was clean and had a modern look without being pretentious. The staff was absolutely accommodating and efficient. I’ll be sure to book again when we’re in town!

I stay here 2 or 3 times a year. This is the first time that I had very low water pressure in the shower. And the hand-held shower head would not work at all. I could never get the drinks in the mini fridge at a good cold temp. I set it at 4 one night, and 7 one night--both times, the drink needed to have ice added. Minor issues, I know, but overall I am very happy with my stay.

The property was nice, looks like it could be on a brochure. The rooms were large clean and quite comfortable. The breakfast was pretty nice, make your own fresh waffles, tasty scrambled eggs and fresh coffee. First time staying at a Hampton Inn it was better than expected.

The check in was very slow. I did not have coffee in my room, but was brought up immediately when I called. The hotel is too expensive, honestly. I will stay at the Holiday Inn Express next time. My colleague had a better experience there for a lesser price.

The only issue i had was they gave me issues with my service dog, even though i had her license on hand. But at the very end of it they didnt charge me there pet fee. But over all not bad just a little pricy. An if you have to rebook or extend your stay a night they charge you an additional 50 dollar deposit even though they still had your first one on hold

Our stay at the Hampton Inn in Wilkesboro , North Carolina was fantastic. The staff was great, very kind and helpful throughout our two day stay with them. They were very helpful with any needs that we had where my special needs daughter was concerned. After checking out, I had accidentally left the foam wedge that my daughter sleeps on when we travel in the room. Once it was discovered, the person at the front desk immediately called so that I was still within 3-4 miles away. I was able to turn around and go back and pick it up. We will make sure to always stay with them when we are in the area visiting.

We booked a double queen room and we were provided two double beds. Breakfast was also lacking in options of you care about your health - no greek yogurt, very little fruit, eggs were inedible. Ice maker on our floor did not work and had to go to another floor if you wanted ice. Staff at check in were very pleasant and let us check in early so that was much appreciated. Other than the crowded sleeping conditions (after we reserved queen beds) the hotel was absolutely acceptable and the staff were very friendly.
