I have stayed at this property several times, and I have not had any issues. This trip the only issue we had was that the bar/lounge decided there wasn't enough people to stay open passed 1030pm. We had been looking forward to playing some games, pool, darts, dice, etc in there.

The pool is amazing and hot and big and 9ft deep. Super fun for kids and a family. Nice common area around the pool. However garbages are nasty and dirty. The hotel hardly has staff around for anything. The hotel is a bit outdated but not awful.

The pool and hot tub were nice. I booked this room due to the hotel having a sauna, however it did not have controls to operate it. The wall paper was coming off the wall in the room. Dog poop all over outside.

This hotel was probably very nice in its day but needs an update. It didn’t seem to be in a very nice neighborhood, although, everything was fine. It said there was a restaurant but the lounge only had frozen pizza. Since our truck was hooked to our trailer we had to walk to a restaurant. One of the reasons we picked it was because it said there was a restaurant. Staff was very good.

This hotel was probably very nice in its day but needs an update. It didn’t seem to be in a very nice neighborhood, although, everything was fine. The room itself was mostly clean, however, the public part of the hotel, not so much. As well, our carpet in our room was not very clean, there was someone else’s nail clippings left on the carpet, which I stepped on and got poked in the foot. Beyond gross. The laundry room was quite filthy. As well as stairways and pool area, lots of debris on floors. No elevator.

I hot tub was really dirty and the floor of the tub was slimey. I slipped, fell and brused my back while walking into the hot tub. I also watched someone else slip and fall. The swimming pool was too cold, therefore children were in the hot tub.

Staff is GREAT but having to park in the rear and it's entrance being unsecure was not appreciated. The door latch was taped open allowing anyone to enter throughout the night

Hotel is dirty. Carpet in hallways are stained, have never been cleaned. The rooms toilet, you have to hold handle down till it finished flushing. The tub was dirty in the corners. There was a moldy, fishy smell coming from air conditioner.My asthma acted up from the mold. The door had scratch marks and chunks missing out of it along the bottom...looked like a dog had been scratching at it. Was gonna park on side of building and use door closer to room, but many questionable people milling around outside, so decided against it. Overall not a place I would stay at again or recommend.

This property was terrible. The hallway smelled like urine we had to block the cracks in the door to keep the smell out. The bathroom door did not shut. No power in outlet in the bathroom. Dirty water came out of the taps. We will never return to this hotel.

This hotel was incredibly dirty! We didn't even shower for the three days that we were there because the tub was absolutely filthy. It was full of hair and scum. The nightstand beside my bed have some gross congealed white liquid all down the side of the nightstand. The garbage cans were totally overflowing all around the hotel. The ice machine was broken. I would never ever stay here again!!

I was fooled by the pictures of the common areas when booking the hotel room. The lobby and eating area area are nice but the rooms are horrible. They are filthy and dated, our first room had what looked like snot smeared on the wall, a candy stuck to the wall and the sink didn’t drain…. Rust and mold but that looked like that was going to be in every room. Our second room the toilet looked like it still have vomit or explosive diarrhea in the toilet so we asked them to clean it while we went out for 2 hours but the forgot so I have to get them to clean it once we returned. The fire alarm was hanging off the wall… it was just a bad joke. Everywhere we looked there was something. Don’t stay here.

The structure of the building needs a lot of work. Not all of the exterior doors close completely. The rooms are in need of fixing. Cold air blows through the windows/walls. The heating system is extremely loud and sounds like someone is banging on the door.

Check in was easy as we did that online. The room was very hot when we arrived. We turned the air conditioner on. It seemed to only have one setting of 62 degrees. In the night it froze up & shut off. We woke up very hot. They are painting the outside of the building, so the windows were taped, covered & sealed shut. The beds were very firm which is not to our comfort zone. When I told the front desk in the more about the AC, she said she would tell maintenance, and have a nice day. That was it.

The walls are so thin in the rooms that we could hear every word the people in the room next to us were saying at normal talking volume. There was a heater issue that caused a loud banging noise for hours in the middle of the night. Outdate rooms.

Hotel was very damp and musty smelling (any carpeted areas like the room and hallways). Room was very smelly like wet/damp flooring. Air conditioning in room didn’t remove and humidity.

Old property conveniently situated near I-29 and Highway 2. We were at the back of the building and wifi coverage was nearly non-existent. T-mobile cell coverage was awful too(obviously nit the hotel's fault). It was a warm dry place to sleep.

We booked the room online on our way to North Dakota for my birthday. When we got the the man behind the counter was extremely rude about the fact that we used Expedia to book our room. He told me that I needed to just call them and spend the extra money to book direct rather than through Expedia. The money was never the issue. I booked through Expedia for the convenience of booking with my cell phone while we were on the road. When we finally got our room key we went to our room the get ready for dinner and it was dirty. The floor had not been vacuumed and there was a bucket of sheet rock mud and tools by the bed. When I called the front desk to tell them I needed a different room they were rude about the fact that I wanted a different room. I have a 5yo daughter and she didn't need to be anywhere around that. Not to mention the fact that we were paying for a room and they booked us in a filthy room that they were in the process of remodeling. I definitely DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS HOTEL 😡😡😡

We had a terrible experience. Firstly they told us we couldn’t check in until maybe 4 when check in was 3. When we came back at 330 we got put in the wrong room. So we had to go back then they gave us a room that wasn’t cleaned yet. I’m this room the ac unit was broke and cold air from outside was coming in we were freezing all weekend. The tv didn’t work at all. It wasn’t very clean. The only part we liked was the bar and bartender. Tim at the bar was wonderful he is the only good thing about that place.

I am requesting a refund or discount on my next stay. My room had no working AC-it was poolside so extremely hot and muggy in the room! Got a fan from hotel staff for my kids in the room who had fallen asleep-& I Had to sleep in the car to get some air. Front desk said they would send maintenance, but he never came. I talked to them again and he still never came. But he did have time to very inappropriately scold my five-year-old little girl about a stupid pool drain in the baby pool in which my daughter was not even in at the time or at all. She was sleeping when it happened &!it was not even a big deal!. It was another little girl that was in the pool. My daughter had no idea what he was talking about, cried and got out of the pool and went back to the room and did not want to swim anymore because she was scared of him. He was a grumpy mean old man who should never speak to anyone’s children ever again, what a creep!! Typically love this hotel but this stay was rough and it was supposed to be a happy little get away!

Old property conveniently situated near I-29 and Highway 2. We were at the back of the building and wifi coverage was nearly non-existent. T-mobile cell coverage was awful too(obviously nit the hotel's fault). It was a warm dry place to sleep.

I have stayed at this property several times, and I have not had any issues. This trip the only issue we had was that the bar/lounge decided there wasn't enough people to stay open passed 1030pm. We had been looking forward to playing some games, pool, darts, dice, etc in there.

This hotel was probably very nice in its day but needs an update. It didn’t seem to be in a very nice neighborhood, although, everything was fine. It said there was a restaurant but the lounge only had frozen pizza. Since our truck was hooked to our trailer we had to walk to a restaurant. One of the reasons we picked it was because it said there was a restaurant. Staff was very good.

This hotel was probably very nice in its day but needs an update. It didn’t seem to be in a very nice neighborhood, although, everything was fine. Clean rooms, friendly staff. The room looks a bit dated but the bed was not. It was very comfy and updated. That is the most important part of the room. I was there 7 nights. Breakfast buffet was pretty standard fare. Easy parking. Overall a good experience and would stay there again.

Place needs repairs and upgrades desperately. Shower tap was broken and either gave scalding or cold water in the middle of showering. Kitchen entrance and kitchen floor was disgustingly dirty and area where breakfast served so dirty you stuck to it. Breakfast was a very poor selection with no fruit or gluten free options other than yogurt. Staff was ok. Not great. Room was beautifully clean so kudos to room cleaning staff especially considering everything else being old, filthy and sad.

Breakfast was great. The front desk was super friendly at check in. Few minor issues they told me that the restaurant lounge would be open to order something at 8 pm and it wasn’t so I had to go back out and go get food. Unfortunately the plug in the bathtub is just for looks so no baths. But that’s just me I’m a bather. The place is a bit dated but they keep it very clean. The pool was good. Would probably stay again

Not a horrible place to stay. Definitely have stayed in some questionable hotels in the past. The biggest issue and it was not even an issue, was it was out dated. Beds were clean and comfortable. The pool and area was clean and warm. Breakfast was good and had decent options. The staff was very helpful! Over all a good place to stay that won't break the pocketbook!

We are seniors and we were given the room farthest from the front desk with no suggestion that we could drive to a closer door. I walk with a cane and was using it so the staff member could see.that. Our remote for the TV was missing and a new one was brought to us. The gentleman offered to set it up for us - 5 star. The bed was very comfy, traffic noise was bad - we were right next to the freeway. Breakfast was good, staff there excellent. We will not stay again.

We stayed here for a wedding and didn’t have a great experience cleanliness wise but the staff was AMAZING helping us. When we first arrived our fridge was full of mold. We called down and the manager, precious, was wonderful she had someone come switch out the fridge right away. Later we also notice a whole bunch of mold in our air conditioner. My husband went and talked to the manager again and she got us moved to a new room. The overall stay was fine, just the few mold problems and misty smell that came with it and with kids who have breathing issues we couldn’t stay in the mold areas. I will point out again that the manager precious was hands down amazing at helping us out for our room and wedding.
