Everything was fine. We accidentally signed up 4 a handicap assessable room, so there was no bathtub, but the room was very nice otherwise. The pool had some scum floating on top of the water. It may have just been soap, etc. I swam for 1/2 hr & it wasn’t a problem.

We just needed a place to lay our heads for a couple nights for an impromptu trip. Usually we would stay at a chain hotel but this worked on short notice. The breakfast had great options, the kids slept well and the pool was great. Overall we got what we paid for

Breakfast was inedible. My bed vibrated from the pool filter motor. Also the pool that we were excited about, was shut down by the Nebraska State Inspection Department. The room was cleared of garbage once in a three night stay. Towels were never changed. Beds never made. Stained towels in the room with letter on the desk threatening a $20 charge if we stain one ourselves!

I liked that it was close to Homestead NP. I did not like that the locks on the secondary entrances appeared to be broken. I would have liked to see a little more protein available at breakfast, even if it was just hard-boiled eggs. And I would have preferred to see paper plates (or even better, reusable ceramics) instead of Styrofoam plates and bowls.

Commons areas throughout hotel were dirty. When we first got to pool it had a film over the top, that should have been first clue to not let kids swim. Then, within our 30 mins at the pool we saw/killed 2 giant cockroaches. Took them to show front desk and all he said was “sorry. They won’t be there tomorrow. It’s summer so there is bugs.” Both beds had thin, pilled sheets and there were crumbs in both beds. One comforter had what appeared to be a blood stain. The pillows were flat and pillowcases thin. We opted to check out early and book elsewhere. We did bring our concerns to the person at the front desk and were told we could not get any type of refund and honestly he didn’t seem all that shocked or concerned by our complaints. Do not stay here. Oh and the “hot” breakfast was a joke other than the waffle maker.

Most screens and some windows were damaged or cracked toward the highway which made us immediately feel unsafe! The toilet was plugged before using, the TV didn’t have a HDMI cord so the TV didn’t work at all! The room was filthy! The bed was wrinkled which made me feel like it hadn’t even been cleaned! No toilet paper or towels! There was a prescription of ADHD medication we found from a previous resident who lost it and when I took it to the front desk he was just going to throw it away! We were awakened by the staff laughing loudly at 4:30AM and I finally had to go personally to ask if they could please hold it down! The swimming pool was green and didn’t smell like chlorine at all! The other room had to be entered from the outside which was the side towards the highway with a key because the card couldn’t be used from the inside to open the door! Terrible! Would NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT! DISGUSTING! One star!!

The main thing that really turned me off were the very worn sheets and blanket. The faucet was corroded and the lid to the toilet tank didn’t fit properly. There was dirt and hair in the corners and something had spilled in the freezer.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. Small updates are needed but not a bad place for the night. We had a first floor room facing away from highway so it was quiet (at least no traffic noises), walls are a little thin you can here neighboring room with shared door but only mumbling. Our tub drain was slow but nothing that couldn’t be easily fixed (just clogged). Fixtures are a little dated but functional, nothing broken or worn out. WiFi was great as was the breakfast variety.

The room was nice and you could tell it had been partially updated. The heater was a bit eccentric but we were comfortable. Access was easy. Street noise was pretty loud until about 11 pm. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. Overall a good place to stay for the price and I would stay again.

I was in town with my 2 children for a family even for 3 nights. I chose the Victorian due to the pullout 3rd bed option. No huge expectations but the couch mattress was thinner than a lot of others we have used. The main beds were comfortable, the room was fine, a little aged, there is only one trashcan, they only made our room up one day but we had clean towels each day, the parking lot lights are bright and face right into your windows so use those curtains, overall it did the trick for the price and the options in town.

Wet paint on doors no signage. Tub did not have a stopper in it. Breakfast was not very good. Waffles were like watered down and Apple juice was bad. Finally only one bar of soap
