Comfortable room, simple check in process, nice manager on duty. Parking with a pickup truck/trailer is possible, but the parking lot is somewhat small.

The room was clean enough, but the air conditoner was limited to get the room cold. The pool was very small and the water was waist level on what is supposed to be the deepest. Breakfast was terrible and very limited! Don't eat there. If all you are looking for is to sleep the night, its ok but not to enjoy its amenities.

Beds were great breakfast was better than expected. Coffee was so so and parking a trailer was tough other than that it was great

The pool was cloudy, The coffee was awful. The place was dingy and dirty. I will say the person who checked us in was very nice, but slow to arrive. There were not main floor rooms available. There was a dog that barked non stop across the hall.

Hot tub timer didn't work, and the pool area had lots of flies from the window being open. Noisy from the highway. Out of all the sodas in the vending machine. Staff was friendly and even let us borrow a phone charger.

First of all the lobby & breakfast area were hot & humid, very uncomfortable. I was highly disappointed in the hot tub. I chose Days Inn specificately because of the hot tub & was so looking foward to getting in the hot tub, but it was warm & not hot like a hot tub should be. The room was ok, the only thing the bed was not very comfortable. The stairways of the hotel were not very clean.

Bedding & linens old and worn. Superficially clean, but details, like light switches, lamp shades, and walls were filthy. We arrived 2 hours after check in and still had to wait a half hour for room to be cleaned, and offered no discount. Had to send one of the coverlets out because Cheeto crumb stains. Provided resources (menu, brochures, etc.) in drawer were covered in particulate matter. Had to request pool and hot tub to be out into clean and working order. 2 floor hotel, with no elevator. Limited parking. Bed was comfortable and sheets smelled clean.

This is the Budget option in North Platte. It was significantly cheaper than the other options. Why? Because it's old and tired. I could see that the owners were making attempts to refresh the property (outside painting, etc), but the place is old. The pool area needs a serious refresh. The owners were very kind. Breakfast was 'normal' for an Interstate hotel, kind of blah. On a very positive note, the pool water was clean and WARM, which gets my vote every time. The hot tub was also much appreciated. I would stay here again, for the price and the pool/hot tub.

It was very quiet. Staff was very friendly. Pool and spa were good. Will stay in the future!

Breakfast was good with waffles, hot buffet, etc. the pool was nice and the laundry machines worked well. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was well equipped. Internet was trouble free!

Gross smelly and neglected

Faucet in tub dripped perpetually, and I found 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. The managers seemed unconcerned when I reported these problems.

Mold on shower curtain in bathroom. Configuration of floor plan of hotel. Desk clerk not very helpful. Hard for a disabled person to navigate through hotel.

Room size was ok. It smelled kinda moldy, the air conditioner only kinda helped keep the room cool when we had it set on 65, the carpet kinda felt damp in places, had to use a chip clip on the curtains so the sun wouldn't wake us up, the toilet kept running so we kept the door to it shut so we wouldn't have to listen to it all night, beds were hard and so tall that we struggled to even get on them, didn't use the shower. The breakfast was ok, got to it almost at the end so stuff was hard/kinda cold...

Booked because it seemed reasonably priced and not bad reviews but upon arrival there is no sign on the building, parking lot was dirty (my 3 yr old picked up a cigarette cartridge when we weren't looking!) The whole building had an off smell to it. Our socks were black after walking on the carpet!

The rooms are DISGUISING! My husband and I stayed for 2 nights on June 27th and June 28th 2025 and our room was very disgusting, the air conditioner barely blew out cool air or any air because the filters in it/on it was very very dirty, the fan in the bathroom was also very dirty and had buildup from them not keeping it clean. When they so called cleaned our room, it’s like they didn’t clean it, they only remade the bed, they did not put new sheets on our pillow cases or clean sheets on our bed because we were able to tell they were not clean/or changed like they were suppose to when they clean rooms everyday even if you stay for more then one night. I hope my husband and I don’t end up getting sick from the very poor conditions from our room. We are very disappointed to see how lazy their housekeeping was and overall not caring about their customers health when it comes to making sure the rooms were properly cleaned. We only spoke with 2 of the workers when we checked in to the hotel and they were nice but like i said, it’s not only important to have workers be kind to customers but when you own a hotel/ work in one it’s very important for the customers health to have clean rooms instead of worrying the whole time about all those nasty bacteria’s that you have to breath in while your staying in the room because the workers can’t clean the bathroom vents and expecially keeping the vents and filters from the air conditioner cleaned. Just very disappointing.

Bed was nice. AC worked good. Smallest bathroom I've ever seen. Sink was outside the bathroom, and that was small. TV was small, but good selection of channels

I needed a room for one night and it did the job. Very old hotel. Needs updating. But all in all it was OK for the night.

Excellent budget hotel. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, and biscuits, well above the standard budget breakfast these days. Bed was comfortable, room was a decent size. Would stay there again.

The room was okay and quiet two things though the desk chair back was broken and ripped and the shower curtain bar was about ready to fall out of the wall.

Same room stayed in previous year, same clerk. Room was nice and clean. Only issue was door sill. Gap at bottom of door, used towel to seal gap. Otherwise very pleasant. 180 degree from last hotel room stayed in.

The sheets on the beds were very soft and comfortable. Excellent mattress too.

When we went to get up in the bed, I was not able, even with 2 step stools, to get into too high bed. Called desk and the best he could do was come to our room to help me get in bed. Would not let him touch me. Didn\'t have cot or any of their rooms according to him that would have a shorter bed. This morning he said the handicap room had a bed 6" shorter but was not available. Hotel is NOT ADA compliant. I am sure I am not the only person with this problem. I slept in my truck last night and my husband got about 1.5 hours because he kept checking on me outside. Asked for a refund or a voucher, was denied. I expected Expedia to deny, but not Wyndham. Very unsatisfied customer.

Air conditioning/heat was extremely loud and inefficient. Stayed on sounding like a small plane all night. Lots of loud creaking and “cracking” sounds all night. Breakfast was cold and lacking.

Check-in was horrible. We weren’t greeted he took our card. I couldn’t understand him overall he was just so rude. When we tried to park our truck with a trailer, he says there’s no parking. He absolutely did not help us at all and we did not even stay there. I want a refund

To say this was the WORST hotel ive stayed at for over $100 is an understatement. This place is an absolute fraud. Says they have cable, didnt work in our room. Says it had on the go breakfast, also no. And beyond all that within an hour of being there i slipped on their wet floors with no signs and NO RUGS and seriously hurt myself, went to the front desk and basically got laughed at by the "manager" and told "well you can leave if you want". I have never been so disrespected in my life we would have 100% left if it werent 9 pm and had our 3 small children with us and NO WHERE else to go as we are traveling thousands of miles from home. I will be looking into this more and took pictures and will be in contact with this hotel due to injuring myself and they did NOTHING other than laugh. Just please dont go to this fraudulent hotel. AND hotels.com did NOTHING as well.

Our rooms lavatory faucet did not work. Zero water out of the hot side. We had a 3 day stay and I notified them on a Friday morning. No attempt to fix, the desk person acted like it would be taken care of but there was a language problem so I really don’t know. It’s a very old building, doors didn’t work well, the halls and breakfast area were not air conditioned, and it was 95+ degrees outside. I’ll never stay here again.

Friendly staff very helpful too

The front desk guy was rude and not welcoming. The room didn't have a drain plug, and when I asked for one I was told that I can only shower. The breakfast area had the lights on so I wanted to grab some cereal for my son. As I was doing that I heard a yell by the front desk yelling at me for taking the food "because it is only 6 to 9."

This place is run down and in a not so good looking neighborhood. Trucks coming/going in the middle of the night, loud. No screen on our window. Air conditioner was struggling to work. Carpet was wet from current rains.

At check in, lady at the front desk was hard to understand, spoke quickly and a different language, but had a bit difficulty finding my reservation but did find it. Room was very nice, clean sheets and a working A/C (thank god). Shower area could use an update but water pressure did work. Continental breakfast was decent, not much of a selection. Did love the price of the room per night and conveniently next to the highway.

The room interior was nicer than the exterior; the building is aged a bit and it needs a fresh paint or stucco and maybe upgrade the landscaping. Convenient location to the interstate and food and gas. It met my needs and was a good value.

Upon checking in we went to our room to find there was no water. While investigating the handle to the tub fell off and had to be screwed back in with my multi tool. The maintenance crew got the water on about 15 minutes later. Food options at the Continental breakfast was fine except there was a cockroach on the counter top, and overflowing trash cans.

Just ok. Breakfast was 6-9AM, which, when you're on vacation with teens means they have to get up early to eat. Not great when you're on vacation. All the breakfast options were obviouly cost-cutting as well, from tiny muffins to tiny juice cups. Just seems off for a mid-priced room that includes breakfast. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and grounds were ok. Outdated decor but fairly clean.

Perfect place to stay on the journey out west. I was just looking for a clean comfortable place to stay that was reasonable. This was a nice spot. Smaller and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good too.

Hot breakfast was not hot!!

Refrigerator did not work and no one would do anything about it. Had to ask for pool towels an wait 15 minutes to get any. Went down for breakfast an hour before it was to close and there was nothing left.
