Self parking is off property and across from the back of the hotel and costs 23 dollars a day and valet parking is 29 dollars a day. Hotel is clean and nice. Breakfast buffet is decent.

Complimentary breakfast was great, evening reception was nice with 2 alcoholic drinks per person & soda pop for the kids. Very family-friendly place, very clean, liked the layout of this hotel, perfect spot close to old market, riverfront & downtown Omaha. Parking was close & secure. Good customer service. The one thing I was surprised about was no fan in the bathroom, so a bit damp when we each took a shower, but not a dealbreaker. Price was reasonable. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved everything about this property except for every loud engined car within a 200 mile radius that decided to drive by all night long. And take into account we sleep with 2 sound machines for our little gremlins so it takes a lot to overpower those. Otherwise breakfast, pool, complimentary drinks, Starbucks on site, everything was great!

Unfortunately we did not like staying here this time around. Our king bed was broken and made obnoxious noises if you so much as wiggle while laying down. The bathroom tub would not drain so you were standing in ankle deep water while showering. The towel bar was broken off the wall and yet housekeeping just kept putting it up and putting towels on it only for it to come crashing down when you grabbed one. The sofa sleeper was horrendous. The mattress was only about 3 inches deep with broken springs in it. Like you could see them sticking up so my girls couldn’t sleep on it. Plus it was so grossly stained that you couldn’t pay me to sleep on it. The rest of the hotel was nice. Great breakfast in the mornings and really close to everything. I just wish the rooms were nicer for the price. Won’t be staying here again.

Nice lobby setup, rooms are spacious. They are just starting to get run down and need deep cleaning. Pool area was nice and light but again needed extra attention to cleaning facilities. Charging for parking $23/$29 for self vs valet was unexpected.

Essentially, the price is for the location - not a super nice room. Shower current was ripped, some stains here and there, and a weird mildew moisture smell from the AC that was over whelming. These are not big problems, however, I found myself disappointed but maybe I was delusional in the first place.

When we first walked into the room it smelled like a sewer. Called the front desk, they sprayed the room with Lysol. The room continued to smell worse to where you could smell it in the hallway. They came back and just gave us Lysol to spray. It was gagging us as we walked in. There were never coffee mugs or bowls to use at breakfast, and the breakfast area was filthy with no staff picking up or cleaning.

The freshly prepared breakfast was enjoyable. However, the room could have been cleaner—there was noticeable dust, and the bathroom had mold growing around the tub seals. One of the dirtier hotel rooms I've stayed in a while. Hairs all over the bathroom floor, toilet needed cleaning, stains on furniture, stains on walls, and sticky stuff on various tables. The only positive at all was the breakfast (specifically the omelettes) and the breakfast staff.

The room wasn’t very clean. There was urine in the sides of the toilet. The shower drain would back up and you would end up standing in 2 to 3 inches of water. The cabinet door below the sink was completely gone. You can see dirt around the vents around the hotel. Embassy Suites have a great reputation but I was disappointed with the cleanliness of this one.

Great checkin staff, spacious, quiet rooms, our bathroon could have used a little TLC though. We told a staff member about a broken table in the dining area that another family had pushed aside because they almost spilled their food. The staff member very politely said he knew, and then put the still broken table back out for use.

Paid to park across the street. Parking lot had shipping container in one corner, making it hard to get around. Pool was crowded whenever we checked. Room had a nice view and was clean. Sofa-bed was flat and hard. Room was noisy from HVAC and street noise. The door which divided the suite was damaged at the bottom and wouldnt close. The toilet paper holder was mounted to the wall behind the toilet. Kids could barely reach it. In the breakfast area, there wasn't enough seating. Worst of all, the shower/bath drained very slow. I told management , but since i booked through Expedia they didn't offer me anything.

Disappointing for the price. The elevator motor was very audible from my room. Of the 5 lamps in the room only one worked. The smoke detector had a very bright, white flashing light. Far brighter than any smoke detector I've seen. In a darkened room it felt like a camera flash, I had to cover my eyes with a t-shirt to sleep. And NO free wifi! Expect to pay $5 per day for internet. Even the cheapest budget hotels offer free internet!

Sub par hotel. I had requested adjoining rooms. Called the hotel the morning we were arriving and made sure they saw the request. Was told “they would do everything they could to help accommodate our needs”. Got to the hotel, they had us on the 6th floor and my son on the 4th floor. Went to front desk to ask if we could be moved to get a closer room and oddly enough, they had rooms on the same floor. The front desk gal changed our room to the one right next door to my son (the hotel doesn’t even have adjoining rooms btw) and my husband and I go to our room and open the door, someone is already in that room. I’m glad they weren’t actually in the room because that could have turned out bad!! Go to the front desk yet again, and they changed us to 2 doors down from my son. That was doable. The rooms overall were spacious but were very damp and musty smelling. Some type of dehumidification system is definitely needed. Embassy Suites always has a great breakfast. Our second day there, getting back to our room that evening, our hotel key didn’t work. So back down to the front desk yet again. We were quite frustrated by the time we left.

We were out there for a graduation. We were traveling with another family and proactively contacted the property to ensure our rooms were adjacent 2 weeks prior to check in. We were told over the phone it was noted in the system and will make sure to accommodate. When checking in, automatically we were told no changes can be made. There was no note of the request. We were placed in different floors from each other. Front desk was no help, instead spoke to us in a condescending way. Besides that incident —- the luggage holder in the room was broken, phone was not working, TV didn’t work, toilet was clogged and our keys were deactivated about an hour into check in.

We accidentally booked our room for the wrong night. Sierra at the front desk was very helpful and SO nice. Although it was my mistake, she helped me get it fixed and made us feel like valued customers. She was so kind and more places need employees/people like her!

Valet was missing when we showed up so we self parked and then got attitude from him when we walked by. It then took 15 minutes for a front desk person to be found.

The staff went above and beyond. Rick helped us get ice. The receptionist was quick efficient and friendly. The valet gentleman, who survived the heat and humid like champs, were friendly, kept there heads when they were swamped all at once and just amazing all around!! Food was excellent at breakfast. Great community of staff at this hotel!! Loved it!!

As I already mentioned to management. The main issue is the check in and checkout process. The digital key was pointless because they required you to still visit the front desk before it was active. But the catch there is they don't let ANYONE enter their rooms until exactly 4pm. The front desk confirmed our room was cleaned and ready when we called at 1pm. We got there and had to wait an hour and a half because they said "We don't allow people in their rooms before 4pm, even if they are ready to go". Um, that's really silly. So what happened is at 4pm, a line of about 200 people formed, went out the door and into the parking lot. So we then stood in line for an hour before checking in, which we had already done on the app. Then the next morning, we had knocking on our door shortly before 9am asking how much longer we would be so they could clean our room. Why rush us out if you aren't going to allow anyone in there again until 4pm? It was a mess and we wouldn't stay here again unless we absolutely got an unbeatable price.

We love that this hotel is so close to the Gene Leahy mall as our kids LOVE it! Our kids are always so glad to stay here and often times don't want to leave. Breakfast is amazing with the option of a fresh made to order breakfast that we can't get anywhere else, and the price isn't terrible when you can find some deals. Such a great location!

Stayed two nights here as part of a longer trip, hotel itself was great, the pool was pretty crowded with kids, but we were still able to relax a little there. The evening manager's reception was great, high quality snacks and drinks and the staff were all super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very convenient and I highly recommend the omelet/pancake station! The location was great also, we walked over to the market for dinner both nights we were there, I would make a reservation places for Saturday night, but we walked right in on Sunday. Convenient 6 minute drive to the zoo for a fun day also!

Excellent stay and perfect for a family. We swam, we dined, we all slept well. The breakfast was incredible and a perfect way to fuel up before the zoo. Pro-tip: the omelet bar is amazing and they also have bacon and blueberry and chocolate chip pancakes.

Complimentary breakfast was great, evening reception was nice with 2 alcoholic drinks per person & soda pop for the kids. Very family-friendly place, very clean, liked the layout of this hotel, perfect spot close to old market, riverfront & downtown Omaha. Parking was close & secure. Good customer service. The one thing I was surprised about was no fan in the bathroom, so a bit damp when we each took a shower, but not a dealbreaker. Price was reasonable. We would definitely stay here again.

All of the employees were great! Very friendly! The employees at both the bar and the restaurant were very efficient. The tables at breakfast were bussed and cleaned promptly.

The breakfast situation was ridiculous. You had to wait sometimes up to 30 minutes for plates and silverware. The line for the “made to order” items was always at least a 30 minute wait as well. Everyone was crowded around with few staff in sight. It was not a good experience any of the mornings we went regardless of time. We ended up just going out for breakfast the last day. Next time we’ll stay at a different property.

Beautiful hotel. Room was big and nice. AC was freezing and fan was always on no matter how we adjusted it. 2nd floor ice machine never had ice. Breakfast was delicious both mornings. Free drinks and snacks also delicious. Parking was convenient. Didn’t use the pool or the gym but they both looked very nice. Within walking distance of all the wonderful old market shopping and restaurants and bars. Very close to the zoo.

When we arrived, Darius and Sophia were helpful and kind. When we got to our room the toilet would not flush. Fortunately we had our AI Assistant,Emma, to help. I had to call the local phone number and got through to the front desk. Eventually the maintenance man came and was able to solve the issue. The people were great, the location was great, the breakfast and happy hour were great but I thought the parking was a little pricey. $75 for three days.

Breakfast omlet station was great as usual and the evening reception was good. Staff was wonderful. Our room was showing a little wear and tear (specific example is a rip in the couch cushion) but the benefits outweigh these this so we will continue to stay here.

The first room we were assigned smelled like smoke. Having 3 children with us we asked for a room change. The new room had a bit of a musky smell. We brought this to the attention of staff and they said all rooms had this due to the proximity to the water. Otherwise, the stay was great as housekeepers were good and the complimentary breakfast was top notch.
