Embassy Suites by Hilton Omaha Downtown Old Market

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The only real disappointment was that you have to pay $37.00 to park your car. There is no available parking at the hotel. There is only valet parking or you can drive around town to find cheaper parking and have to drag your luggage back to the hotel.

Beautiful hotel as you walk in. We had 2 young kids with us and the pool was very cold, wish it was warmer. Our room was big and spacious, but the bed was not comfortable. The 2 other rooms I paid for the guests said the beds were not comfortable as well. Also the street traffic was VERY loud all night. There were alot of options for breakfast, including made fresh omletes and pancakes. My husband was waiting for my sons Mickey Mouse pancake and watched a cockroach fall from the vent directly above the food onto the prep counter, the cook saw it and had a rag to swipe it on the ground. The cook then used the same rag he was using to wipe pans out for the omletes.
