We were very happy with this 2 night stay with our dogs! We found our place in Omaha, about 180th and Center, near my dad. The fee for 2 dogs for the entire stay is $50. The property is in a nice part of town, quiet, all staff we encountered were polite, professional, friendly. They have a nice hot (and cold) breakfast. Behind the hotel is a rather large wooded area (that is fenced off 40 or so feet behind hotel-if you have recall, a dream place for puppers to explore) and next door. There is a LOT of room to walk them on leashes as well behind, some mowed and some fun tall grass. Our room was clean and in working order, as well as rest of inside and outside of hotel. There is a good sized pool, no hot tub, a nice exercise room. The price was appreciatively very reasonable too. Its about 30 min to Lauritzen Garden and area from hotel. Thank you Holiday Inn.

It was ok. It was renovated, but you could tell some parts were still pretty old. Pool area was small and not well kept. Air conditioning was not running in the lobby on a very hot day. Staff was annoyed when asked for pool towels

Room layout was great. The elevator was sketchy and not working properly. Had to use the stairs. And the toilet was clogged and would not flush. There was mold on the walls by the windows. Will definitely avoid this location next time I stay in Omaha.

Staff was great. Stay was not. Pool was cold, unfortunately, which was the reason we selected this hotel. Also there was no hot tub though some pictures reflect there was a hot tub at some point. Tv in room only had maybe 10 stations and the remote didnt work so had to change channels manually. Fan in bathroom sounds broken. Bed was comfy but next time will not stay here.

My party and I were about to relax after a long day's drive from Colorado when we saw a bedbug on the chair and one on the bed. We requested a new room and was granted one, but the tub had a crack in it, so it was not usable. We were told we could use the shower from the first room as we still had the keys to it. Also the tv did not work correctly in the first room. No TV signal. We managed to get the cost of the room reimbursed. Unfortunately, they have lost any future business from us, at least for that location.

We had a double queen suite and it was good until we went into the bathroom and saw the bath tub was very dirty full of hair on the bottom like all over a huge about of little hairs everywhere it was so gross so they moved us to a double queen regular room and it seemed cleaner but the remote wouldn’t work so we went back down to the desk tried a new remote still didn’t work tried another one still didn’t work so we said forget it and turned the 8 channels we could get by going up to the tv. The elevator was dirty as well. Will never stay again!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very rude and impatient check-in attendant not willing to take the to answer our questions. Our room's carpet was filthy, the bath drain was slow to drain with ankle deep water, and our showerhead was barely functioning. The breakfast room was over crowded with not enough seating or food. I certainly expected a better experience from Holiday Inn.

There was a gross stain on the couch. The shower head looked disgusting, and needs to be replaced. A very loud rumbling motor sound goes off inside the walls or floor every 20-30 minutes or so and lasts 5-10 minutes. It’s not the ac or heat. It’s something else and it’s VERY loud.

Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was pleasant. Didn't like my card was charged twice, first for hotel amount and then again with the additional incidential amount. it put my card of the spending limit. Was told one would drop off but never had that happen before.

First room that gave us, the TV did not work. They forgot about us and I had to go down to remind them we needed a new room. Got the new room and ititially though it was fine... that is until about midnight, when I found out that the door was not able to "latch". Anyone could just walk in. Expedia said that the total price we would pay was $99. I asked for a printout of charges before leaving, and it indicated $92 (nclusive of all charges). When I got my CC statement, they had charge me $117. Will not return

Phenomenal staff- even in the face of some belligerent customers. Beyond that, this is the hotel-iest hotel that ever hotel-ed. Exactly what you'd expect from a hotel- no more, no less. Location is very suburban- 20-25 minutes from everything.

We had booked 4 nights in a suite for 4 persons. It did not start so well. The room door was open when we arrived and it looked like someone had been in the beds. The toilet in our room was broken, the flush leaver was not attached. The room only had 2 towels despite being booked for 4. We were moved to a standard room that did not have the additional space we paid for. The girl in the reception promised that the manager would contact us for compensation… In the afternoon on the second day we were moved back into the first room, still not equipped with towels for the four of us, and dirty one left on the sink, possibly from the Plummer that fixed the toilet? Beds were in the same state. We also complained about the jackhammer noises that came from the downstairs public A/C unit. Complained about that, nothing happened. When you book a room with breakfast included you expect to actually find basic breakfast elements like bread and yoghurt, not at this hotel! Second morning we did not get any bread. Third day two of us got bread, no yoghurt in site. Fourth morning still no yogurt and only blueberry bagels. For the fifth morning made in a different reservation the yoghurt was still not there!!! I brought our own as this was as I expected. When you at Friday night get promised that the manager will get in contact regarding compensation and that person still have not contacted us at checkout on Wednesday morning there is little hope that they will pay attention to this comment!

This has been the absolute worst experience at a hotel. The pool had brown particulate floating everywhere. The staff were absolutely unprofessional. The worst being the manager. The hotel was blasting music all night and when I requested a refund I had to ask the owner. For all of the inconveniences we encountered we were offered a 50% refund. The manager would later threaten my family saying she would call my home phone and inconvenience us the same way we did her. She would then try to charge my credit card 10 days after we had stayed there so we had to get the local authorities involved. Horrible horrible horrible!

The manager would later threaten my family saying she would call my home phone and inconvenience us the same way we did her. Phenomenal staff- even in the face of some belligerent customers. Beyond that, this is the hotel-iest hotel that ever hotel-ed. Exactly what you'd expect from a hotel- no more, no less. Location is very suburban- 20-25 minutes from everything.

Clean and comfortable bed. I was able to get a room with roll in shower for my husband. He commented that while it was nice to have a seat, regular shower head or shower hand spray, it didn’t make sense that the soap, shampoo and conditioner were on the other side of the shower. No big deal unless you are handicapped. Overall I would stay here again. Close to several places to eat.

This hotel was very friendly. I had a handicapped room that was well appointed with bars where needed. The bathroom fan was extremely noisy, but they had a nightlight that made it safe to get to the bathroom at night. 2 days in a row at breakfast the eggs were ice cold. Parking is great. We will be staying here again. Staff is very friendly.

One of the main selling points to this hotel was the breakfast included. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection day to day. I also liked that it wa close to shopoing and food. The hotel staff were pleasant and usually always greeted me when I came back and acknowledged me when I was heading out for the day.

Beds weren’t up to standard of other Holiday Inn expresses. Room and property was clean. Breakfast was hot but pancake/waffle machine was out of order so not much variety.

We had booked 4 nights in a suite for 4 persons. It did not start so well. The room door was open when we arrived and it looked like someone had been in the beds. The toilet in our room was broken, the flush leaver was not attached. The room only had 2 towels despite being booked for 4. We were moved to a standard room that did not have the additional space we paid for. The girl in the reception promised that the manager would contact us for compensation… In the afternoon on the second day we were moved back into the first room, still not equipped with towels for the four of us, and dirty one left on the sink, possibly from the Plummer that fixed the toilet? Beds were in the same state. We also complained about the jackhammer noises that came from the downstairs public A/C unit. Complained about that, nothing happened. When you book a room with breakfast included you expect to actually find basic breakfast elements like bread and yoghurt, not at this hotel! Second morning we did not get any bread. Third day two of us got bread, no yoghurt in site. Fourth morning still no yogurt and only blueberry bagels. For the fifth morning made in a different reservation the yoghurt was still not there!!! I brought our own as this was as I expected. When you at Friday night get promised that the manager will get in contact regarding compensation and that person still have not contacted us at checkout on Wednesday morning there is little hope that they will pay attention to this comment!

Impressed with the cleanliness of the building as a whole. Breakfast was decent and hot. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was warm and well maintained. Checking in and out was a smooth process. My only complaint was the pullout sofa mattress was stained. Other than that we were happy with our stay.

Boka INTE detta hotell om du värdesätter normal service och kompetens i bemötandet! För första gången någonsin blev jag nedgrad till en lägre rumskategori än den jag bokat och betalat för! Rummet de hade för oss stod med öppen (inte olåst, öppen) dörr för vem som önskade att gå in och det såg det ut som det hade gjorts. Toaletten var trasig, saknade spolhantaget. Det fanns inte handdukar till alla. Vi fick då ett mindre rum än det vi betalat för. Fick INGEN kompensation för det. Det utlovades att manager skulle kontakta mig och ordna det int en utan säkert 10 gånger. Nu 12 dagar senare börjar jag tvivla på att det kommer ske… Rummet var extremt bullrigt från den publika AC kompressorn som satt under vårt fönster. Frukosten var ett skämt! Det var slut på yoghurt och bröd flera dagar på rad. Sen tog mjölken slut. Sista morgonen hade vi lackat ur och köpt egen frukost som vi åt i matsalen. Övriga gäster tittade avundsjukt på oss som hade både yoghurt, bröd, god juice och frukt.

When we arrived, the entryway was covered in towels and trash cans because the ceiling was leaking water from the rain. Not a big deal, it happens. Got into our room the first night, and after we climbed into one of the beds, we realized that there is no plastic mattress cover on either of the mattresses to help prevent bed bugs, but even though there was ZERO sign of infestation, it still made me apprehensive. Then, I went to the bathroom and glanced at the side of the bed and saw there was a HUGE red/brown stain about 18" long all down the side of the mattress you could see through the sheets. We moved to the other bed. The next morning, I mentioned it to front desk, and she immediately moved us into a different room. The second room was definitely in better shape, but while showering on the last night, I looked up at the ceiling in the bathroom and there was pink and black mold (both!) growing on the ceiling. The bed skirts on all beds were stained and spotted - I'm not sure they're ever cleaned honestly. The pool was also closed the entire time we were there, so there was no swimming or anything. Breakfast was really good though, and overall the property and rooms were clean and the area is a really nice and safe area. As wild as it was, the staff handled all the issues correctly and without question, but I wouldn't stay here again - the lack of mattress protectors covering the whole mattress gave me the ick. They had a protector on top, but not the whole mattress.

The hotel is terribly run down and in poor condition. The rooms are old and out of date. Not very clean at all. The pool was not working. The back exit door was not working correctly. The sign said it was under repair. The public toilet was loose and rocking badly enough where the water leak when flushed. The elevator was dirty and smelled badly. The public toilet did not have hand soap and was very dirty. When I pulled up to check in I should have requested a refund right then. The outside was not kept up all. Looks run dun. We stay at a lot of IHG properties and this was the worst experience we have had. We are normally happy with IHG hotels. This has me wondering whether I will continue with IHG hotels?
