No continental breakfast even though it was advertised. Half the channels on the tv didn’t work. Had rocks keeping doors open because outdoor card readers didn’t work. Poor security.

The whole place needs updated. The parking lot needs redone. The carpet everywhere needs replaced as well. Rooms need to be inspected. Ours had holes punched in the bathroom door and the bathroom mirror was cracked severely. Breakfast was only for 2 hoodies for what we paid we should have a true breakfast. The staff were not knowledgeable about late night food options nearby. For being a Wyndham property - I had way higher expectations..

It took 45 minutes and 4 key cards before I could get into my room, The key card did not work on outside doors. The TV did not work and they have no creamer for morning coffee.

This hotel is unsafe. The outside security was non existent, they said the room key wouldn't work so they used a rock to keep the door open. They said the night attendant would remove the rock. It was still there in the morning. We didn't have towels, cups or kleenex in the room. We had to ask for coffee to be made, no cups out, no sugar or creamer, no juice, machine wasn't working. No breakfast, vending machines only. The room was dirty, shower head pulled away from the wall when trying to adjust it. The beds were ok so we stayed. We will never stay here again. Hotels.com should really evaluate this hotel before listing it on your website.

The front desk was convenient enough, but when I got to room some light switches did not work and the air conditioning was not working. This hotel has no elevator so being disabled was difficult because of having to climb stairs to the third floor.

The place is a dump! Room has a hint of moth ball smell, the hallway smells of cigarettes, even though the place is supposedly no smoking, There is no elevator. The main side door didn't shut all the way, The ice maker doesn't work, the room has a rocking chair that is very nasty and the desk chair is peeling. There was some marking on the bathroom tile and the shower head was very low and the shampoo container was EMPTY! The smoke detector was hanging, The door for the room had to be pushed shut and had dents. When I got to my room there was a random plate with a bitten rice crispy treat on a stick and 2 cupcakes. On my stay the power went out from a rain storm and no generator to keep power to the hotel. The front awning is faded and saw random gutter parts and edging for the landscaping was broken and falling out..The parking lot was all busted and uneven. TRIP HAZARD

No hot water, toilet was plugged and wouldn't flush even just liquid when we arrived, no breakfast. Also, noisy halls and outside. Plenty of hotels in the area, we will try and different one next trip.

This entire hotel smells like moth balls and burnt rubber. The ac did not work well at all and it was extremely uncomfortable the first half of the night. The oarking lot was in disrepair, there was trash all over it, and it looked very sketchy. Upon entering the room, we realized the door was broken, the bed had been laid on after it was made, the shower was dirty, there was only 1 towel, the refrigerator did not work well, and the bed was very hard. All night there were men in the hallway that appeared to be employees making noise while drinking. The entrance was not secure. I couldnt tell you about breakfast because there was absolutely no way i was eating anything that came from there. Very disappointing.

This was the filthiest Super 8 or any hotel I have ever stayed in. The only reason I stayed was there was no availability near by. The only item that was clean was the toilet. The shower was so dirty and neglected (black mold)that I did not even want to stand in it. The mattress covers were dirty and ripped. The sheets on the bed seemed clean. The security latch at the door was Brocken and the door had been forced and not repaired. I requested another room. There was no breakfast whatsoever. The coffee undrinkable. Super 8 should be embarrassed to have their name on that place. They have to shut that place down and completely remodel. It is a health and safety hazard. I should have known when I saw the price of $50 per night.I had assumed it was a promotion by Expedia. Expedia needs to unlist this hotel. I have pictures to show, if Expedia or Super 8 HQ cares to know.

The entry way was overwhelmed with odor of cooking that stunk. They have a thick piece of plexiglass with a 3 inch hole to talk thru. They gave my room away. Put us in a basement room that was very disgusting. Comforter had stains all over it. Walls & door had old holes in them. No closet. Carpet felt nasty. Dresser was disintegrating & drawers wouldn't close. Wall safe was sticking out in the open. Very nasty place. COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM THE PICTURES!! The outside of the building was run down. Looks like a place that rents rooms hourly. Do NOT use this place. We told them we were leaving and they immediately said they'd give a refund. Can't say how nasty it was. Tried to upload photos, but the app won't let me.

It was ok. Bed was super soft, sheets were ok. We had 3 small pillows snd we asked for am extra pillows. And was told they didn’t have a6. There seemed to be no exterior locks on outside doors. No ligjt or connections on one side of night stand.

Not nice area, stains on floor and both bed sheets and pillows, thin doors that you could hear other people conversations while walking down the hallway, no ice maker, increibly loud ac unit, hotel smelled like smoke walking in, and someone was yelling about finding bed bugs. Would recommend staying somewhere else.

The room was quiet and satisfactory. The beds were comfortable. There wasn't any breakfast, or even coffee though. We unfortunately needed the room when Omaha was hosting the College World Series. This meant that rooms were hard to find and way overpriced as rates were jacked up during this time.

Roaches, hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Only 1 lock on door, no deadbolt or chain etc.. At night they lock all external doors except for the front and then the next closest door. Added a second night and they tried to charge extra because the first night they didn't have what I reserved. No breakfast. No hot water till later in the day. Refrigerator quit working the first night. .

It wasn’t clean and apparently the base of one bed was for a larger box springs because it has the braces sticking out in three places on each side, perfect level to catch shins, which I did. The door knob on the bathroom door was extremely loose and it looked like the outlet in there had been spackled over.

A young girl who works the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful to me as a customer. She took a simple solution and turned it into a massive ordeal that was uncalled for causing nightmares for me. Never staying here again nor advise anyone else to. Also, the hallways smell of repulsive odors from cooking from the staff who live there on property.

This motel is poorly kept up. The bathroom was not clean. It appears they are attempting to update, but not doing a very good job. The staff on the other hand, were very friendly. Nick at the front desk, was very helpful!

If I could give zero stars, I would. There were stains on the bed and hairs in the bathroom. The wifi password provided did not work. There were no facial tissues in the room and when I inquired at the desk, I was handed a stack of napkins. No breakfast, but "24-hour juice and coffee"... the juice dispenser was empty and only dispensed water. My partner and I were not feeling well, so we put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door (in the lock slot as instructed); despite this, housekeeping banged on the door and tried to enter. I yelled out "Do not disturb, please!" from the floor of the bathroom and they still wanted to enter to talk to me. Because of our illness, we first wanted to extend one more day (for $50), but ended up merely checking out 2 hours late. I was told the late check-out fee was also $50, the entire cost of another night's stay. Avoid at ALL COSTS!

When I booked the room, I put it on my card, let them know the name of the client staying was not me, etc. At no time was I informed that my client would not be able to check in if I was not there. They would not allow my client and her children to check in upon arrival because they were not the cardholder on the room.

I made this reservation for a woman who was stranded in Omaha. She needed a place to stay for the night. She arrived but the hotel would not honor the reservation due to her not having an ID. I contacted Expedia, and the rep contacted the woman and the hotel to clear for her to stay. The rep told me that the woman was cleared to stay. After the live chat was terminated, I got a text from the woman that the front desk still would not honor the reservation. Expedia did their part. This hotel failed--especially terrible when temps are in the 20s.

Worst hotel experience of my life! I have never even requested another room before so I am low maintenance. This place is deplorable! They checked us into a room with trash everywhere. Men were walking around with cigars in the lobby and there are slot machines. The whole place was creepy so I asked for a refund instead of another room. She said to let her show me one more room and if it wasn’t okay, she would give me my money back. That room had stuff behind the door from previous people. I again asked for a refund. I did not feel safe being there with my little girl and it was obvious the rooms were not cleaned. She then made it clear I wasn’t getting a refund as she had promised. She said “take it up with Expedia”. Expedia called and sent an email to confirm approval for cancellation/refund and she ignored it. I wouldn’t let my dog stay here!

This hotel was so bad, we didn't even stay even though we couldn't get our money back. Windows would not close, flies in the room, dirt everywhere, broken icemaker and heater. We tried to change rooms but while the maintenance was fixing the fan in the room they were going to put us in, another customer (traveling salesperson) told us he was moving out the next day. He had been there 3 days and his car got keyed and he had people walking into his room all day. The cost of the rooms was $67.75 and $73.61. The address is 10829 M. Street, Omaha, NE.

It was a cheap place to stay near other hotels. The property is old and run down. The rooms were musty and smelled of cigarette smoke. Everything needs to be updated, including the bed covers, carpet, bathroom fan, shower head, pillows, furniture. The sheets and towels were clean at least. I hope the owners can gradually modernize the rooms, break room, lobby, etc.

Cons: Breakfast was 4 mini muffins in a bag from Walmart and the juice was chunky. Hallways were very hot and smelt bad. Side doors were not lock most of the time, the night they were the key cards did not even work. Used Kleenex where the Kleenex box was supposed to be. The room door was loud to open and close, needed some WD-40. There was a washcloth covering the smoke detector. No buckets for ice. No pool. Pillows were tiny and flat. Pros: AC in the rooms worked well, but noisy. Beds were ok.

If I could give zero stars, I would. There were stains on the bed and hairs in the bathroom. The wifi password provided did not work. There were no facial tissues in the room and when I inquired at the desk, I was handed a stack of napkins. No breakfast, but "24-hour juice and coffee"... the juice dispenser was empty and only dispensed water. My partner and I were not feeling well, so we put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door (in the lock slot as instructed); despite this, housekeeping banged on the door and tried to enter. I yelled out "Do not disturb, please!" from the floor of the bathroom and they still wanted to enter to talk to me. Because of our illness, we first wanted to extend one more day (for $50), but ended up merely checking out 2 hours late. I was told the late check-out fee was also $50, the entire cost of another night's stay. Avoid at ALL COSTS!

The Hotel advertises breakfast and includes a picture of breakfast which the booking service advises it abides by. The Hotel Management insists it does not advertise breakfast. I screenshot the advertised photo after check-in. Hotel Management insisted the new Wyndham policy was only Juice and Coffee. Every day I was there the Juice Machine was inoperative AND there was no cream or sugar for the cofffe.

Check-in time was 3:00. We arrived at 3:25 and the gal at the desk asked if we would take a room with 2 queens rather than the room with a king bed that we had booked. She stated that the rooms with the king beds hadn't been cleaned yet. We argeed only because our toddler was getting restless and we needed to get to a room. The gal at the desk gave us the room key and told us the wifi password was on the sleeve. Didn't give us general directions of where the room was. The a/c unit in our room was dirty. Dried food or liquid was splattered on it. Bed was comfortable but would have been better if there were more pillows (each bed had 2 small pillows). We were not given any info regarding breakfast. We went to the breakfast area at 7:25 the next morning and absolutely nothing was set out. As we were walking away, the man at the desk quickly set our some mini muffins. I felt like I should not touch the walls. They are very dirty. The sheets were clean, though. Breakfast is advertised on Expedia, there is even a photo of breakfast, but that is not the current offering. Breakfast consisted of coffee, orange juice and apple juice. Nothing more. I wouldn't start there again. I don't recommend others stay here either.

I have stayed here before, seen the roaches but maybe it was a one time issue, nope. Plus more. There was what appeared to be dry blood on the door I cleaned it off myself, i found a dirty hat behind the bed(not pushed up all the way to the wall) and there was a roach that caught me off guard on the night stand. I was ready to go!

This hotel is definitely showing it's age. I immediately had to contact the desk because the TV wouldn't turn on. The staff adjusted the cord in the socket, and that was true with all the sockets. The only socket I could use for charging my phone was in the bathroom. The A/C never seemed to work properly either. I woke up in a sweat with it set at 66 degrees. I would turn ON the fan but it would go off on it's own. A chair in the room looked like it had been purchased at a garage sale and had stains on it. There were no wash cloths in the room, however, the shower worked fine. The only thing nice about the hotel were the helpful staff members. But the building was run down.

This was the most disgusting place I have ever seen. The carpets were filthy. The bed spread had burn holes in it. The bathtub was stained and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years.
