This hotel has excellent location, right off hwy 93 and in the beautiful mountains of Franconia. The pool was huge, clean and had beautiful views of the mountains. We enjoyed swimming there. Our room was recently renovated and was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. The price was right for a hotel that is undergoing renovations. We knew that when we booked so we accepted the downsides of staying at a place that is in the process of being renovated.

Hotel was overall clean. Only one outlet worked in the whole room to charge our phones even though it came equipped with many as well as usb ports that didn’t work. Pool was nice not really heated but overkilled with chlorine. Breakfast was basic, cereal waffles, toast. Juice was very watered down as well as the eggs.

We had a very good stay at the Best Western White Mountain Inn. Our room was clean. It has all the amenities that were promised on the website. Two beds, TV, microwave and fridge. The daily free breakfast was terrific. Big and clean swimming pool my granddaughter loved. For those of you who work out, they had a good size excise room. I didn't count but it looked like about 8 pcs of new equipment.

Place is outdated and expensive for what it is but the staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was included but it was disappointing (not many options and eggs tasted so bad they were basically not edible). The gym is also very very small but the pool was nice.

Bathtub, sink, toilet were newly replaced and clean. Bed and bedding were clean, however the room smelled old and musty, smell was strong and made it hard for me to sleep. Had windows opened but did not help much. Im assumming smell is from the dirty/old carpeting.

I had planned to take a bath, but the bathtub had a brown stain all around the bottom. No housekeeping services. The beds were not made and trash wasn’t emptied. No newspapers available. They charge a lot for the rooms for what you get.

The property was OK. You could here the people walking upstairs. The ceiling in our room was actually split in one area. We rented two rooms. The people in the other room also complained of a lot of noise upstairs at night. It prevented them from have a good night's sleep,

I requested a room on the top floor and they told me that is nothing available , so I just stay on he first floor but couldn’t sleep because it was horse race on the top floor until late night called the office but nothing was done.

Negatives: Beds are noisy ( creak when you get in/out or turn over. Upstairs rooms noises are quite loud to Those with first floor rooms (walking easily wakes downstairs neighbours). Pluses: clean enough though not new. Shower is good. Didn’t use the pool but it looks inviting. Scenery is beautiful. Front desk staff exceptional.

Stay was good with an average breakfast. Only issue we had was that the blower constantly blew out hot-warm air which made the room uncomfortably warm. We didn’t mention this to staff and just turned it off all together which helped.

I arrived to check in Saturday afternoon at 1:30 and was met by a sign at the front desk saying that the front desk attendant was assisting another guest and that they would be back shortly. It also said that if I needed immediate assistance to pick up the phone to the right. After waiting around for about 10 minutes, I picked up the phone and received a message saying that the person I was trying to reach "was on another call.". I even tried calling the hotel on my cell phone did not yield the response either. I eventually had to walk around the hotel and find housekeepers to find somebody to check me in. Having to wait about 40 minutes to check in is unacceptable. The room itself is okay, except for the TV which had no signal whatsoever. The bed was comfortable, And it was nice to have someone in person at the front desk on Sunday morning to check me out, but the fact that I had to wait 40 minutes to check in was unacceptable.

*Hallways smelled like body odor. *Front desk was not attentive. Our room keys didnt work and we waited quite some time for the attendant to come upstairs He was alone and shutting down the pool. *The bathroom was not very clean. Thankfully we stayed one night because I refused to shower there. We will not be staying there again in the future. Its too bad due to the convenience of the location.

Parking was simple with a large parking lot available. We were on the 2nd floor and although shampoo, conditioner and body wash were offered the bottles were empty. I didn’t think to check to see if there was product until I was in the shower. Fortunately I brought my own. The front desk man Kevin was a wonderful pleasure to converse with! He was very friendly and helpful when we needed to stay one more night. He made sure the new room on the 1st floor was serviced completely.

Was it convenient, yes. Dated orange interior, never once greeted by anyone at front desk. Blanket had blood stains on it. Bathroom sink was plugged and beds were hard. Pillows were so tiny! Breakfast buffet was terrible! We went out for breakfast. The “bacon” was paper thin, eggs were runny and seemed like they were powdered. Coffee came from some huge machine. Overall, very disappointed.

The carpets throughout the place were very dirty and not vacuumed in our room. The tub had a large section of the surface peeled off. The tub was extremely dirty and worn. Walls need to be painted in the room. Very dirty behind and around nightstand carpet. Overall depressing. Breakfast food was powdered scrambled eggs, preservatives in everything. Fried potatoes were mushy and terrible. Must have been frozen. Waffles and Pancakes were made in a 1 minute machine. I could only eat the bananas and apples as everything else obviously contained preservatives.

The inn was a very convenient stay for a quick overnight ski trip to Cannon. The staff were very friendly and everything was clean and comfortable. Only drawback was breakfast. While there was variety, the quality was rather poor. I would stay again for the convenience and the cost, but would probably grab breakfast elsewhere.
