Hampton Inn & Suites North Conway

Was as expected and the Staff was exceptional

They do not have an actual indoor pool that you can swim in, only for the slides. The trash cans are infested with ants we have a video that proves that. The staff in the pool area for the most part is very argumentative, they advertise Spa but they don't notify customers when it's out for weeks. Overall would not go back.

We love staying there the water slides are fun for our little guy. Front desk staff was so nice. Rooms were good will stay here again

If you want sleep stay somewhere else. You can hear everything from every room around you, everyone going up and down the hall late at night and early in the morning. My toddler was woken up multiple times from the room upstairs. The breakfast was okay. Room wasn’t the cleanest. There was an old crayon under the table and hair in the tub. Hallways and stairwells definitely need cleaning. The waterpark was fun but very crowded with most parents not watching their children.

Clean and parking was great!
