It was located close to stores , casino , and a short ride to beaches . Has a pool , and a good size picnic and barbecue area . Overall, I say average , because it is .I have stayed in much worse places , which this is far from , but it is also not an extravagant place either.

Room was a good size with a king bed and the property was well kept. Bathroom needs attention but was agood size. Close to all services and major highways and ocean. Attentive staff and all requests were taken care of. Great spot for kids with pool and play area.

I liked the friendly and helpful staff especially the housekeeping staff, also the location and proximity to shops and main roads. I didn’t like that the laundry had no functioning washers or dryers.

This is a perfect spot, my husband needed a quick day for the night. He has a truck driver traveling, especially when the highway is right there also restaurants and shopping and there is parking for trucks as well. Like semi trucks and box trucks.

Checkin was not smooth. Although my request for a first floor room was accommodated. The room stunk of dirty cigarettes. The AC filter clearly had not been replaced since the 90s! We were afraid to sleep on the sheets as there was blood splatter on one of the box springs and the fitted sheet was smeared with dirt/dirty. The toilet was disgusting and the tub was even worse. There was no shower mat to prevent slippage. The towels stink of bleach and there was an iron burn mark on sink vanity. Absolutely gross. We will not revisit!

Please do not stay here. They have a bed bugs and the rooms are not clean at all. Luckily we checked the room for bed bugs before even bringing our luggage in the room. And thankfully we didnt bring our luggage in because when we were checking the room we found two of the biggest bed bugs I've ever seen in my life, it was a disgusting start to our trip. We immediately went down to the front desk and asked for a refund because we would not be staying there. He checked the room and agreed to give us the refund. Overall just a really gross place. Oh and to top it off. When we went in the room, we didnt have any power so we were using our phones flashlights. Id hate to see what it looked like with the lights on.

This Inn was disgusting! The room smelled walking in to it. The furniture was broken & worn, the refrigerator and microwave were dirty, the bathroom sink was dirty, there was no hot water! I would never recommend this place to stay. Just horrible!!!!!

Very noisy, too close to highway, window did not lock, cereal and pastry very stale, party animals noisy and lots of trash on ground, furniture in room looked like it was picked up at the dump or a yard sale, tv was staticky, no room cleanup until I left(was there seven nights) blamed on Covid ( three years later!), could see daylight around edge of door, a dirty place. I would not recommend this place under any circumstances. It was pathetic! Just plain awful!

To put it mildly, this was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The beds have what appeared to be blood stains. The sheets were stained and possibly not cleaned. The floors were obviously not cleaned. And there was a big pile of something on the floor under the table that resembled puke. No way we could stay in a place like this. No wonder it was not refundable.

This was our first time. Check in was pleasant. The lobby was cute. Our room was a non smoking on first floor. Carpets was so dirty and very worn. There were burn marks on the furniture. The room has a old musty smell. Batnroom had pee in corner. Batbtub wasnt cleaned well. A little bleach goes a long way. Breakfast options were simple. Toast muffins oatmeal juice coffee and banana.

The valve to the bathtub shower in my room and the tub drain valve did not work, so I could not even take a bird bath. Note: I may have missed it if it was not on the faucet but under the water controls. Additionally, there are only stairs to the second floor; if you have trouble with stairs, consider booking a first-floor room.

The room was dirty with stains on the bedding and it smelled like smoke. The walls were thin so we could hear people in the rooms next door. In addition, there were construction vehicles next to the property that were loud and made it hard to sleep.

Overall room was clean and the bed comfortable but due to the location of the highway it was noisy with loud motorcycles traveling late into the night. We should have stayed on the other side of the hotel where we’re sure it would have been quieter.

When I booked this stay, I realize I had stayed there about 15 years ago. Nothing had changed in that time. Absolute everything outside it inside the rooms were exactly the same. The continental breakfast was a joke. The coffee maker didn’t work in our room. There were stains, we couldn’t understand on the lamps, the bed felt like it had been there for 50 years I mean overall the price right I guess

I arrived after midnight and checked into the hotel. It was my understanding that the rooms were soundproofed according to the website. At 0600 the traffic on the busy street began and it was impossible to sleep because it sounded like I was sleeping right on the street. There was no soundproofing of any kind. I asked for a refund from the front desk and the owner of the property told the desk clerk that I could have requested another room when I checked in. When I explained that there was no traffic at 0100. The owner refused to make any adjustment to the charges.

Very reminiscent of 1980s- smoke smelling rooms, heavy paint. Newer TVs but 1990 VHS quality service on them. Our rooms door looked like there might have been a warrant served to it with dents on the exterior as if the door was busted into. Corners of the bathroom were crusted with dirt, door didn’t close entirely. But, let’s share one positive thing- the hot water and water pressure is above average.

This hotel won’t let you sign in until after 4pm. We arrived at 2:30pm and they said that none of the rooms were ready yet. There must have been over 60 units in the hotel. They sure worked fast in an hour and a half to clean them all. At 4 pm, the line up to sign in was out the door. People were furious.

If you’re desperate it’s ok. Very rude staff. Very negative people. Not hospitality! You should have seen the fit the beautiful tall Indian woman had because I was taking 4ozs. Of coffee out of the machine after 9:30. You’re better than that. Never met such rude people in hotel business.

There are cigarette butts all over the property. We weren't able to get into our room. Lock had to be reset. The peoblem was handled in a timely manner. The maintenance man was super kind. He fixed our room lock as well. Bathroom could have been cleaner. I bring cleaning supplies now when i stay there.

Issues with Check-in and Staff: *The staff at check-in were curt and seemed rushed to get me out, even though I was the only one at the desk and there was no obvious pressing matter they were attending to. *The staff member was difficult to understand and impatient when having to explain directions a second time. Room Conditions *The door does not have a proper seal, allowing you to see outdoors through it, which makes the room cold at night. *There was no heat in the room. *The bedding provided was minimal, with barely any blankets. *The area was extremely noisy. *There was mold on the shower curtains.

Check in was inconvenient. The office had issues with their credit card reader. We had to go to the ATM to make it withdrawal to pay for the room.The room was less than optimal. The first thing that we noticed when we entered, the room smelled of smoke, which permeated the room the entire time we were there. We had to open the window and the door to let some fresh air in and hopefully get rid of some of the smoke smell. Walking to our room you would see used cigarette butts sitting on top of the air-conditioning units and in paper cups. You could see the dust on the furniture, lamp, TV. The room was dated and there were not only an insufficient amount of outlet plugs but they would not hold our charging cables. Our charging cables kept falling out of the sockets. The continental breakfast was slight but satisfactory. They had English muffins, mini muffins, bananas, sliced bread, cold cereal, coffee, tea, cocoa, and instant oatmeal. However, there was no microwave. The outside of the building seem to have been updated somewhat recently with siding and roof. The location was good right near the highway entrance and exit. Some fairly decent restaurants can be found nearby.

Property is old , no blanket on the bed . Bathroom floor was dirty. Bathroom was so tiny you had to move out of the way to shut the door. The price was high for the quality of the establishment. But due to summer business all the hotels jump up in price. The front desk people were nice . But they never gave you the WiFi password or even mentioned if they had WiFi. Also i had to call the office to ask about breakfast. When checking people in they should tell them available amenities.The free breakfast wasn’t much but better than nothing. Cereal toast and coffee . Oh yes green bananas.

not enough tables for 4 buildings to have breakfast. too little put out for food vs people taking 6+ bananas. no hot food. not worth the price to stay for + plus breakfast. you can play the same and stay at best western with a hot breakfast.

Overall it's clean and in a convenient area. It's in need of an update though. Breakfast was fairly good for what it is. Hardboiled eggs, toast, bananas, coffee, juice, cold cereal. Nothing fancy.

Went i went for breakfast notice the refrigerator temperature was 56 degrees. Mentioned it to a staff member and after 20 minutes (i stsyed for breakfast) no one had come to check the refrigerator. NOT VERY GOOD

I was apprehensive about staying here because the price was so much lower than all other hotels in the area but was pleasantly surprised on how adequate it was for the price .The grounds are very kid friendly with statues for photo ops and three pools one with a water slide. On the negative side I was not impressed with the complimentary breakfast it was very inadequate. And also the hotels cleaning staff only cleaned your room after you left unless you were staying more than 6 days

Limited menu and shooed out at 9:30 when breakfast ended. Had to get help because key stopped functioning. Everyone crowded into same part of hotel and very noisy. We could hear our neighbors upstairs, next door, and outside. Toilet was wobbly and bathtub faucet dropped. On positive side, close to interstate
