The staff were wonderful, the hotel was warm and inviting. Beds were so comfy! Rooms very clean and spacious. The only downside to our stay was having no soap/shampoo in the bottles in the shower the first night & the hot tub not being turned on, looking a little dingy. The second night everything was cleaned and refilled, hot tub working, and everything was a plus, especially being able to have a strong drink from the bistro and unwinding in the hot tub while the kids exhausted themselves in the pool. Could use an interior update but overall, we loved our stay! Would stay again and would recommend 8.5/10 !

Big disappointment was the hot tub, which had very weak jets - should be fixed. I would have liked it hotter than 100. But better than no hot tub (the other two hotels on my trip advertised hot tubs but they were either closed or completely disfunctional). Other than that, the property was well maintained and the bed comfortable.

The pool area had lots of ants. The cleaning in the main areas where not clean. The breakfast area floor where sucky from the night before. The fire pit had now gas as we where told. Staff was very nice, but I won’t be coming back here again

This hotel was very clean and I love all of the seating that they had downstairs with the little bistro café. The staff was very friendly and the check-in was very quick. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were down during my one night stay, I was upset about that. But overall, my day was great and the courtyard is beautiful, definitely recommend this place.

Location was good Requested a handicapped bathroom on 1st floor 3 days before... Didn't have one when we arrived waited over an hour Finally got one on 4th floor long walk to a very moldy bathroom...room was clean,the bathroom had mold.

Overall it was a good stay. The staff at the front desk was great and helpful. The people cleaning the rooms need to knock before trying g to enter room. It was not time for us to check out and they tried to open door like 3 times without knocking. The bathroom could have been cleaned better and more places to place towels. The whirlpool was nice. The parking was good.

I appreciated how hot the water got in the shower. We didn’t stay in the room long as we were busy. I liked how dark it was with the curtain, made it great for sleeping. My husband found the AC not cold enough though. We also used the body wash, shampoo and conditioner on our stay and I found the conditioner to be just water.

The wall with bathroom side (the head side of the beds) has a poor insulation and when we were talking a little loud early in the morning the man in the next door hit the wall bewteen us and we heard noise of his alrm from his room as well as his morning shower

We were there for my cousin's funeral. Wanted a connecting room with my sister who lives on the other side of the country and I don't see very often. The desk said I would have to pay for both the room I booked AND the connecting room. Wouldn't budge even though we both pleaded. The connecting room remained vacant that night. Recommend minimum coffee bar plus light breakfast food alternative to your “bistro.” Reception staff varied , some attentive some disinterested. Narrow hallways with poor lighting . Room decor needs updating . And , finally, use better quality sheets that fit the mattress! On the positive side , quiet room and lovely housekeeping staff .

AC was dripping. My kid had his luggage underneath it, not knowing, and everything he had in his bag got wet. Both, shower and sink, were backed up. Ceiling was wet, probably from AC issue. The property looks tired and needs work.
