I guess you get what you pay for. The bedding and the towels, dirty. Housekeeping, no English. The vent in the bathroom, falling off the ceiling, dusty and dirty. You have to pay extra to get in the pool. Overall, 2 stars.

False advertisement there was no pool there was a sign that said coffee the guy behind the desk was rude and said he broke the coffee machine and it was just a storage room the coffee sign shouldn't have been on the floors and room was filthy my feet turned black from the floor and there was a lot of shady people and drugs and cops at that hotel and they lied about free wifi i used all my data so didn't my boyfriend and they lied about there being a pool that was one of the reasons i got the hotel.

Room just okay. Only one main lock on the door. Second hook lock was busted. Had to keep reseting the Direct tv input button manually after turning tv off. NO INTERNET how do you have a hotel with no internet?? Rooms badly in need of updating. No phones in the rooms never have I stayed at a hotel/motel with no phones in the rooms! This place is good if you are doing a layover or one night stay. I would never stay with a family or 5 days or more. Most likely would choose the Red roof inn over thisplace next time I stay in that area

My stay was horrendous. We checked in and went to our room, only to find that the toilet did not work and the ceiling was leaking. I went to the office to tell them about the issues, only to be met with the employees arguing about how to handle the situation. Finally, they decided to give us another room altogether. The pool was filthy, and you can tell they intentionally set the time it was open, to conflict with check in/out times, to allow as few people in as possible. The wifi was ridiculous. It's almost like they intentionally created dozens of different networks, so no one could connect to any of them. The room was filled with flies. I wish i could get a refund, or at least a partial one, but there's no way in heck these guys would ever be willing to do so. I'll never stay here again. The sad thing is that it wouldn't be that hard to make this place hospitable, but they couldn't care less.

This property is horrible. This place has to be the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. It was completely dirty. The floor was sticky, the bathroom ceiling over the shower was leaking with shower water from the unit up above. The sides of the toilet were dirty and unclean. The microwave wave had no plate to place your food on. The doors were dirty with grim and dust on them.The walls were filthy. The ac vent was nasty and looked to be mold and trash inside of them. This place is literally garbage.

The pictures were a complete lie. I never saw a room so disgusting in my life. I had to clean everything..did the floors and rags came up dark black, scum in tub. Negative 1 out of 10.

First thing I found when walk in the room is to check the bed. One of the three pillow was so obviously seen with dusty dirt on it along the edge on one side. Second was the two bathroom towels were old and yellowish confuse me it could be used for floor. Third the best sheet I thin as my socks. I wouldn’t pay $105 per night ever again. You make the judgment yourself, but I wouldn’t suggest to waste the money at this type of quality motel. Totally cheated by the photo post online.

My son and I never even went to bed the first night. We couldn’t sleep. There were bugs everywhere, body discretions under the sheets. Even the walls were dirty. We had already made plans to shower at a planet fitness because the shower was disgusting. Outside our room was a woman asking for money, she was on drugs. I didn’t realize that this was “that” kind of hotel. Nonetheless, we left around 1:40am on the first night. Now im trying to figure out how to get my money back.

The room we stayed in was filthy, had stains all over the walls and ceiling, literally. There was smeared marks on the curtains, the pillow cases smelt like dirt (we wrapped the pillows in our shirts and used our shirts has covers. When I arrived to get my room key, there was another couple in the office complaining to management about needles laying in front of their room. Completely unacceptable. Will not be staying at this hotel again, worst experience I ever had in a hotel, and definitely is not worth the money they charge!!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE! Absolutely filthiest place I've ever stayed, and it was over $100. The lobby looks nothing like the pic. I've attached pics. The lampshade was horribly stained. The bedspread had holes in it. The walls were patched, but not repainted. It was absolutely filthy and smelled. I've stayed at $15 hotels in India that were 10x better. Also, the tv didn't work, the front desk staff was rude, and there are hookers and sketchy people all over.

Let’s start of with the bad. The entire place is very outdated. The hallways have a weird smell to them. The room was awful. It had a smell like cat pee and dirty socks. The humidity in the room was so bad the you felt damp. There was mold on the ceilings and there was a leak in bathroom that dropped on you while on the toilet. The tub didn’t drain and the furniture old and worn out. On the plus side though the water pressure was good. The bed was really comfortable and the cookies were nice.

Got a smoke free room and it reaked of cigarettes, floor was filthy, comforter and pillows were dirty (ended up going out and purchasing my own). Graffiti on the wall above the bed. Water in the shower chose its own temperature. Would not recommend.

Quite literally one of my worst hotel experiences ever. The lock on my door had been kicked in, there were red stains on the door, the beds had no frame, the soap in the bathroom was used. Unless you are literally on your last hundred dollars I would never stay here again.

The first room they gave me the heat didn’t work. It was an hour before they took care of me and gave me another room. The second room was not much better but at least the heat worked.

Well the bathroom tap did not work. Part of the ceiling looked like it was going to collapse. Noisy people in the night. And the fact that i had to pay for a room again because the hotel apparently did not have my reservation (f up on expedias part) not worth the money Stay far away from this place

I book a stay for three nights. I left only hours after check in. Tge front clerk followed me around the facility making inappropriate comments. At one point my door card stopped working and he wanted to force rhe door open and enter my room to fix it. That and the inappropriate comments about me made me leave right then and there. On top of that, the room door handle was broken and did not latch, there was crayon all over the walls and floor along with stains. The floor around and in the bathroom was moldy. The microwave was visibly soiled. I checked out in less than 8 hours and they would not refund me the remaining nights. Do not go to this hotel, especially if you are a solo female traveller

I booked two rooms through Expedia and when I tried to check in I was told only one room was booked,the clerk was absolutely no help with this issue and told me to call Expedia,getting through to Expedia was impossible and I never did get to talk to anyone,I finally had to book a second room for a much higher price than the one I agreed to,I will never use Expedia.com or stay at this dump of a motel again.

The staff was very nice and present during the whole stay which explains the cleanliness of the hotel area. Wasn’t very noisy and no missing items, everything seemed to work as it should. Good stay for the price.

This was one of my worst experiences at any hotel ever. I booked a stay at this hotel for a week. After the first night, we had to check out. The hotel does not feel safe. The hotel is dirty. The rooms are uncomfortable. The key card abruptly stopped working. After checking out after the first night, I asked for a refund for the rest of the nights that we had not stayed and the hotel refused to give us any refund even though we did not stay those nights.

Customer service was lacking, a pool is advertised but is NOT included and they charge for access 10$ per guest. They have extended stay guests who are loud and engage in fighting. There was a consistent POLICE presence. Poor security, plumbing and clenliness.

. This is an awful place and they charged me double and tried to get away with it. There are people using in the walk ways. Room was extremely dirty. I was on a business trip and only needed the room for a night. Holes in the walls. Cigarette burns on the blankets. Do not stay here!!! Especially if you have children!!!! There’s also needle caps all over the ground so watch out for syringes!! They could make this place nice but they seem lazy. They put all there money in there surveillance system instead of making the rooms nice.

Not sure where to start. There wasn't any tissues, shampoo or hand towels in the room. There was no coffee, either in the room or in the lobby. The shower tub was VERY rusted, with no hand rails at all. People knocked on the door of the room next to me many times during the night. No chair to watch TV from, except the bed.
