Residence Inn by Marriott Cherry Hill Philadelphia

Nous sommes arrivés et on nous a donné une chambre qui n’avait même pas été nettoyer. Elle avait des produits partout à l’intérieur avec un sofa tout tacher qui séchait. La 2e chambre qu’on nous a donné, les lits étaient terribles, Les matelas complètement par terre, sans base de lit. . Par chance on était seulement ici 1 nuit sinon j’aurais demandé un remboursement.

The bath tub had no stopper. My son and I are both handicapped AND chose this room bcuz of the tub. Called the desk and they said call the help line. No answer. The heat wasdifficult to figure out as was the internet. Once again call the help line. No answer On POSITIVE NOTE the room was spacious and clean and had a wonderful kitchen and nice couch. The next morning the ladies at the desk were very helpful and courteous.

You need to do away with the deposit. Especially if you can not adjudicate the return within the same timeframe as I gave it.. this is an inconvenience when I have charges pending on my account and I know the funds should be there.

This was an overnight on our way home from traveling. The room itself was clean and neat, but the property is old and tired in general. Needs some refurbishing. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
