Woodspring Suites Cherry Hill

Notre chambre n'était pas très propre. Plusieurs tâches partout sur les murs. Il y avait de la poussière sur les meubles. Il n'y avait pas de savon dans la salle de bain. La porte de la chambre avait vraisemblablement été defoncée et la serrure de sécurité ne fonctionnait pas.

Hôtel agréable dans un quartier proche de Philadelphie. On peut déplorer le manque d accessoires dans la cuisine. Tout est prévu pour 2 sans assiette, verre ou couverts supplémentaires. Même pas un ouvre boîte ..

The check-in desk assigned us a room; after getting settled in, someone knocked on the door saying it was their room. So we had to grab all our belongings and two small children, go back downstairs to get a new room assignment. The clerk said, “I forgot I gave that room to him already.”People were always hanging downstairs in the lobby, with dogs, even though it had signs stating dogs couldn’t be in common areas. This is the only hotel I’ve ever stayed at where occupants had to take out their own trash, go to the front office to ask for linens or an iron (which was never available so I purchased my own), the clerk had an attitude when I asked for new linens, and their wasn’t any breakfast station.

This in NOT a hotel! They provided nothing extra, They didn't even provide tissues or a hand towel. I have never used an extended stay, and will never use one again. We picked this place because we were staying in the area for about two weeks, we only stayed here 1 night! We ended up leaving. They didn't even provide an iron in the room, you have to go to the front desk and "Check it out" Just beware if you are thinking it's hotel.
