It was a nice stay and the employees were very nice as well…the only problem was the elevator stopped working on checkout and I had to drag my items up and down the steps from the 3rd floor.

We booked for a queen size bed and it obviously was not a queen size bed. i asked the front desk and the lady informed me in a matter of fact way that all their beds are queens. There was no way but said ok. It was also obvious that they do not thoroughly clean rooms. There was dust and dirt in the corners. Dust bunnies under the bed. They did not have a coffee pot or anything, they just stated that you would have to get all those items from the front desk. All night, all we could smell was marijuana. What is the point of no smoking if you smell marijuana. No dishes or anything was provided. Everything had to be obtained from the front desk.

after a long day out at atco raceway we checked in and didnt sleep good the bed was hard I woke up with body aches the room smell was like petty bad I woke up thinking they have a good breakfast and there was only coffee and hot water for the oatmeal the water was dirty I would never stay there I wouldn't recommended to anybody the rooms are old style they don't have an ice machine very horrible experience

The room was clean but the hallways were not in good shape. Overall the hotel is in need of updating: the tub faucet leaked, the walls are dinged up, the hall carpet dirty, the lights in the hallway very dim etc. I stayed there because I had a dog with me and it was one of the few places that was pet friendly. However, the hotel parking lot was full of trash and there are not a lot of nearby areas to walk a dog.

The room was clean but the hallways were not in good shape. First I had to get checked in and you only can use a card your location is not convenient for people without vehicle once I finally get checked in I couldn't get relaxed because of the roaches around the room coming out the air conditioner and kitchen so I had to keep my belongings altogether on the table away from the wall then I had to keep checking me and my family beds to make sure none was crawling on us while laying down my kids were afraid to sleep underneath the covers because of the bugs we choose to stay the one night a leave early as possible no vending machine no ice machine no near by stores I will not be returning to this place ever

I do NOT recommend this hotel. There is a horrible smell throughout, the furniture is old, chipped and broken, the outlet cover was broken in half with exposed wires, the floor was filthy and sticky and the entire room was dirty. There was hair in the sink…absolutely not worth the money! For this price it could at least be clean and decent.

Overall it was nice. My first night i noticed a small bug in the bathroom. I didn’t pay it no mind. The second night there were multiple smaller and a bigger bug. I called the front desk. My options were to check out at midnight when i saw them for a full refund . Check out in the morning for a discount or stay until my reservation was over. I chose to stay because I had no where else to go. The rest of the time went well.

THERE WERE ROACHES ON THE COUNTERS, AND KILLED SEVERAL OTHERS THAT CAME UP FROM THE TUB DRAINS. There was a dead roach in the lobby. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY ALMOST 200 for FILTH!!!!

It’s important to aggregate data when choosing hotels and I regret I didn’t do that here. When I entered the room the first night there was debris on the kitchenette countertop and the refrigerator. The next night I found a cockroach near death on the floor in the middle of the kitchenette. The bathtub spigot was detached from the wall and there were rust stains visible in the gap between the wall and the spigot. I had another night in the property and left one day early rather than stay another night in the room despite having prepaid. Expedia has been great for booking flights. I’ll stick to those going forward.

I booked a room at ghus hotel because it was a non smoking hotel and i have environmental allergies. The room smelled like cigarrette smoke and when i reported it, my options were take 10% off or checkout. There was also an issue with the plumbing. I don't think I will ho back. The bed was comfortable though and I bought air sanitizer for the smell..

When going from and arriving to the hotel, the main street has a medium barricade, so you have to plan routes in different directions. The room door did not open up normally, instead of the usual sliding the room key/card into the slot and pushing down on the door handle, it was pulling up. A fix that was not properly installed and then not fixed. The room was very dated and the kitchen needed to be redone. The heating/cooling system was loud in the room. This location is equivalent to a 2 star motel but changes like it’s a 4 star. The grab & go breakfast, is only bad coffee, creamer, muffins and instant oatmeal. Don’t expect anything more.

Room smelled like cigarettes walking through the door, floors in both kitchenette and bathroom were dirty and sticky. Some syrupy orange stuff on the bathroom floors. No dishes, no hair dyed yet the holder for the hair dryer was there, moldy brown type stuff on the ceiling above the shower, door handle to the bathroom came right off when trying to open the door, dim, unlit hallways, and did not feel safe overall.

Reserved a single queen studio but when I got to hotel they had booked all the single queen studios, had to settle for 2 double beds. Not a big deal but didn’t seem right, if I reserved a single queen I should get a queen not have to settle for 2 double beds. All other aspects of stay were great. Friendly staff and great comfort.

First off the hotel was hard to get to with construction. Secondly, the police were there when we arrived and then again later. The bed was not comfortable at all and not enough pillows. The staff was very nice!

Roaches and super dirty broken stove in second room broken refrigerator in the first one. Hall way rug was something out a nightmare. Woman at the front desk was rude and even tried to tell me to move my car out the handicap parking which is for my son. I would have left if my house wasn’t getting lead removed. Never again

We called Hotels.com when we were at the airport in Florida to inform them that our flight was delayed and we would arrive after 1AM. We asked if we would still be able to check in. They told us to call the hotel directly and was informed by the hotel that is wouldn't matter what time we arrived as long as we paid for the room. When we arrived at the hotel we were told that the room was closed due to a no show which meant we were not eligible for a room or our money back. Don't play with me and my money because God is gonna make sure inget what I deserve. This was the first incident inhad with Hotels.com but I don't think i will be using them or the hotel ever again.

We called Hotels.com when we were at the airport in Florida to inform them that our flight was delayed and we would arrive after 1AM. We asked if we would still be able to check in. They told us to call the hotel directly and was informed by the hotel that is wouldn't matter what time we arrived as long as we paid for the room. When we arrived at the hotel we were told that the room was closed due to a no show which meant we were not eligible for a room or our money back. Honestly wasn’t my cup of tea. Easy to find but services were not great for me. Was late when I arrived and it was super icy out, when I was leaving almost fell a couple of times to do poor maintenance. The room was ok, sheets had stains on them and towels were rough. Grateful I travel with my own bedding and towels. Room was honestly too much for what it offered.

When going from and arriving to the hotel, the main street has a medium barricade, so you have to plan routes in different directions. The room door did not open up normally, instead of the usual sliding the room key/card into the slot and pushing down on the door handle, it was pulling up. A fix that was not properly installed and then not fixed. The room was very dated and the kitchen needed to be redone. The heating/cooling system was loud in the room. This location is equivalent to a 2 star motel but changes like it’s a 4 star. The grab & go breakfast, is only bad coffee, creamer, muffins and instant oatmeal. Don’t expect anything more.

Getting into the property was tricky due to construction. Hallway and room has a odd smell, like urine. Room itself has a layer of dust and clothing left by previous guests. I'll look for better on my next trip.

First off the hotel was hard to get to with construction. Secondly, the police were there when we arrived and then again later. The bed was not comfortable at all and not enough pillows. The staff was very nice!

First I had to get checked in and you only can use a card your location is not convenient for people without vehicle once I finally get checked in I couldn't get relaxed because of the roaches around the room coming out the air conditioner and kitchen so I had to keep my belongings altogether on the table away from the wall then I had to keep checking me and my family beds to make sure none was crawling on us while laying down my kids were afraid to sleep underneath the covers because of the bugs we choose to stay the one night a leave early as possible no vending machine no ice machine no near by stores I will not be returning to this place ever

after a long day out at atco raceway we checked in and didnt sleep good the bed was hard I woke up with body aches the room smell was like petty bad I woke up thinking they have a good breakfast and there was only coffee and hot water for the oatmeal the water was dirty I would never stay there I wouldn't recommended to anybody the rooms are old style they don't have an ice machine very horrible experience

I travel a lot, and this may be one of the worst properties I've stayed at, Entire hotel was dirty and smelled like cigarette and pot smoke, The cabinet doors in the kitchenette were hanging off the hinges, there were burn marks all over the carpet, TV remote did not work. The "continental" breakfast was granola bars and oat meal, that was it. First time I ever checked out of a hotel after having checked in.

A “you get what you pay for” situation. The surrounding area is awesome. There’s a Wegmans! Plenty of dining options, playgrounds, and Diggerland/Sahara Sam’s. The hotel is ehhhh, definitely old and run down. Breakfast is coffee and maybe food. I went down at 8:50 and everything was gone. It’s just a place to flop. Beds are comfortable enough and the usual cable channels. It served its purpose
