Homewood Suites by Hilton Eatontown

A lot of people said the rooms were relatively smaller compared to others, so that got us nervous, but it is actually pretty nice upon arrival. The rooms are the same as others, the kitchen looks smaller because there is an extra counter space by the door, so at the end, it is actually very practical. The sofa is pretty big, so makes the room smaller, but the sofa is very comfortable. The room is very very quiet, we had good night sleep. Breakfast is ok, typical breakfast, but the breakfast area is very nice and relaxing.

The rooms could use some maintenance. The headboards look very old and abused, the hangers look like rubbish, the sink was way way too powerful, the knobs on the cabinets are loose and crooked, would appreciate regular bottled water rather then a dirty reused pitcher, napkins, plastic cutlery, and plates can be useful rather then old time dinner ware. The staff were amazing though.

The light in our room over the sink in the bathroom area had a short in it that popped all night, roller lifted off the floor when using the bathroom and I’m only 132 pounds which means it wasn’t mounted all the way down to floor burn marks on the carpet made you feel like you were in a motel and we paid well over 200 for a one night stay. Breakfast were out of so many items and the halls reeked of weed truly felt motel 6 vibes. The room was so cramped and compact
