I booked this hotel about a month in advance, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing due to a lack of transparency. First, I was not informed about ongoing construction until the day before my arrival. This is something that absolutely should have been disclosed prior to booking. To make matters worse, one of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it advertised an indoor pool. Again, the day before arrival, I received an email stating that the pool has actually been closed since 2019 and will not be reopening. This felt very misleading and, honestly, like false advertising. Another major issue was with our room. I specifically booked a room with two queen beds, but upon arrival, I was told it was not available and was instead given a room with two full-size beds. As compensation, they offered “free breakfast,” which was very minimal and not much of a perk at all. The amenities overall did not match what was advertised. While breakfast was listed, the options were extremely limited, and there was no sit-down dinner available. The room itself initially seemed okay, but the bathroom layout was very poorly designed. The toilet was oddly positioned away from the wall and pushed up against the sink counter, with open space underneath—it looked unfinished and uncomfortable to use. Sleeping was another issue entirely. Throughout the night, there was loud clanking from the pipes in the walls, which made it nearly impossible to sleep. As a light slee

The room was clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly. However, 2 of the power outlets in our room didn't work. Also, the door entering the lobby opens very slowly and I almost walked into it twice.

Under renovation so should have gone out of their way to offer something. Loud construction noises.. water shortage. Just terrible. Offer free coffee or a complimentary cocktail or late check outs. I won’t go back to a Marriott until all renovations are complete.
