Everything was fine. Although we didn’t get to enjoy the restaurant, but it looked like fun. Very disappointed in the fitness center, though. Cardio options were less than desirable.

Very well maintained with a nice number of additions. A good dining room, a snack center, an indoor pool and hot tub, a putting green, and a fitness center. Comfortable, relaxing seating in the large lobby area and out doors. Well maintained and pleasantly staffed.

It was a lovely hotel in an ideal location. For families, there is a lot to offer with a pool, putting green, gaming room, etc. The bar/restaurant is lovely with inside-outside options. It is however, a bit pricey.

The property was very well taken care of. Exceptionally clean and friendly staff. The pool area was great, but it would have been nice if there were chairs around the pool to sit on. It was nice to have a restaurant on property and my kids loved the arcade.

Super nice Holiday Inn with a lot of amenities. Very short drive to the beach but less expensive than staying on the island. The 3 things I wanted was 1- Close to the island/beaches, 2- Pool, 3- Hot Tub. Would have given 5 stars but hot tub was broken the 2 nights I was there. They did give me a $40 discount for this but I did not think that was much considering $300 per night. And the hot tub was the deciding factor between this and another hotel nearby that would have been more affordable.

Very pleasant staff throughout the hotel. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. The room didn’t have a microwave but they brought us a complimentary one to use for our entire stay. If there are functions going on in the hotel, it can be tough to find parking which was the only negative. I’d stay again.

Very nice upgraded hotel. So much to do. Good location. However, we were there 3 nights and our room wasn’t cleaned one time. Also, we asked for a late checkout due to our flight time. They gave us 30 minutes and it was a Monday with about 10 cars in the parking lot.

The entrance and lobby are very pretty. The rooms need improvements. Carpet was stained. Ceiling was stained. Some of the outlets didn’t work in my room. The mini fridge froze my water. The AC was hard to regulate. Pillows were too soft. Towels were too rough. Staff was friendly and the restaurant was nice.

The room and hotel was spotless. I enjoyed the bar area and it's very convenient to access restaurants, shops and LBI. The walk in shower was fabulous. However my Wifi connection failed and when I contacted the front desk, they gave me another number and said that "we don't handle guest wifi." When I called the bar to ask about specials, the woman said to "scan the QR card ". You can only do that FROM the bar, so that response was not all that helpful. I stayed on the 5th floor, and sleeping past 6am is impossible, as the doors on each room slam heavily.

Good overall. Loud ac/heating unit, was not able to set it to low fan setting. Kept waiting up due to ac/heating unit noise. Also, would be nice to offer breakfast during the week days m-f. Carpet in room separating at seam. Shower door hardware at front area looked dirty and very aged. Room basically needs refreshing.

Very nice place but way over priced. If you need to do any kind of important work with the internet, do not stay here. The internet speed is horrible and keeps going in and out. The room we were in had a walk in shower which was great. The room was nice and clean, and the staff was very nice.

Attention adults- this facility is ideal for families with kids, but is not as enjoyable for adults. The pool was small and packed with kids the whole time. Although I called to verify beforehand that the hot tub was working, when I tried to enjoy it- the heater for the hot tub had malfunctioned and it was cold. It turned out the pool was heated, so I tried that- but the pool was tiny and then a group of kids and adults started a basketball game in the tiny pool so that was that. When I went to get a towel- there were none left. I was enjoying the comfy sofa and fire during a quiet moment- Sunday morning around 9:30sh when an employee came and decided to vacuum right where I was. I needed to do a little work- the internet was down the whole weekend. I had to leave the hotel in search of internet. Went to watch tv- direct tv was not working. The card reader for the room was malfunctioning- so we had to try both room keys 5, 10, 20 times until it worked. A different credit card was used for the reservation and at check in- they charged both cards. Bed was great- food was good- the place was clean- but not worth 180 a night!

While a wedding party was taking pictures everywhere upon our arrival. We pulled under the awning next to the front door where it's normal to unload a hotel bus or limo or cab or anyone else. We were glared at like why are we their way We got to check in and were proceeded to be yelled at, called names and made to feel unsafe for approx 20 min while attempting to check in. The hotel staff heard them but chose not to impeed. The actually joined their berating. Apparently a senior citizen and a permanently disabled 5 ft wife in this scenario are not of value to this property. We told them to cancel our reservation They mocked me saying good luck trying to get a refund, its non refundable. . I called your cust service dept that took my information and then preceeded to hang up. I have not received a call back. If all funds are notreturned we will file with AARP, ADA as well as simply putting a stop payment on the charge. All correspondence should be thru email so i have your response in writing

We booked 2 rooms for two families for a 50th birthday celebration. We requested adjoining rooms but were advised there was no guarantee they could accommodate us. Upon check-in I reiterated my request for adjoining rooms but was given two rooms across the hall from eachother. I’m not one to rock the boat so, while disappointed, I accepted our fate. One of our travel partners thought it was worth trying to get moved in order to get adjoining rooms. When he went to the desk to inquire about the change, he was advised the room next to his was indeed open and they reluctantly switched my room to that one. So while the Holiday Inn knew of our desire for adjoining rooms, because of they policy to not guarantee any special accommodations when booking through a third party site, the staff chose to just blatantly disregard the request DESPITE HAVING ADJOINING ROOMS AVAILABLE. This was such poor customer service in my opinion, and we shouldn’t have had to jump through hoops to have the situation remedied. Despite the rest of the stay being quite lovely, I’m not in a huge hurry to return. Do better, Holiday Inn.

Unique recreation-ropes course, mini golf practice, arcade… but not really open. Breakfast was a huge draw but then we got there and there was no breakfast available. The lunch/dinner was great. Jill was super friendly and responsive at the front desk. Pool was nice but ran out of towels, lots of people in a smaller pool made it a little uncomfortable, but the outdoor patio was lovely.

Check in was a breeze even though the hotel was very busy. Our room was cold and the heat wasn't working. I reported that and they moved us to a different room in a matter of a few minutes. Very efficient and fast service. The king bed was very comfy and the hotel is clean and well appointed and friendly.

everything was great except when I inquired about late check out on saturday evening, I was told that only one person could approve that and she didn't come in until 9am on Sunday. I had to be out by 6:45am and wanted to come back at 11:30am to pack my room, etc -- but was told that they could not assist me. It might be helpful if there is someone that can approve/accomodate these requests the night before instead of risking getting charged an extra night. I opted to pack my room and check out at 6:45, but would have definitely preferred an 11:30am checkout.

I was given a room with 2 double beds instead of a king bed. No breakfast offered at the hotel. Room keys did not work; they replaced the battery in the door and it still didn't work. Had to get a staff person every time I wanted to enter my room. Other than that it was a nice place that was convenient to get to LBI.

Great hotel with lots of action for kids. If you plan on going to beach, its quite the drive ( in traffic) of roughly 20 mins. Consider that if you plan on being in LBI. For what we paid, the hotel was great.

The Mainland restaurant and bar was convenient and the food was delicious. The arcade and go-carts add fun for the whole family. The rooms are clean and the entire hotel is smoke free. The 24hr market is a great feature for late-night cravings. I would have rated five stars if breakfast was avaliable either a full menu or continental.

Overall we had a nice stay. I will however say that unless you plan on staying only over the weekend, the option. To include breakfast is not worth it. Save your money. Full breakfast is only available on the weekends at the on-site restaurant. During the week your included breakfast is literally from the market, so cereal, pre-made burritos you can get at Wawa, coffee, pre-packaged muffins etc.. Also, the go-carts were an awful experience. My son was one inch too short to ride alone so I had to ride with him. We were assaulted when 7 people decided that they were all going to bump into our car at the same time. I was screaming for help, the race was not stopped and all the kids working there were extremely nonchalant about the whole incident. I filed an incident report with the manager on duty, but I’m not confident it was actually addressed. Needless to say, I probably would not stay there again. I would recommend looking into another hotel if you want to go to LBI.

Loved the outdoor firepit. Sat out there on a cold December night. It was warm and a fun outdoor activity. The bar/food area was closed at 9 pm which was disappointing. But the staff was friendly and we made the best of it.
