During our stay, the hotel was undergoing renovations, which impacted the overall appearance of the exterior and lobby and made the initial impression less inviting. That said, the front desk staff and the team at the on-site pub were both friendly and professional, which we appreciated. The pub itself offered limited food options and could benefit from minor updates to enhance its overall ambiance. Upon settling into our room, we noticed an unusual odor from the bed linens, and the carpet appeared in need of refreshing. Due to fatigue, we made temporary adjustments to the bedding to rest comfortably for the night. The hotel shows strong potential; however, greater attention to detail—particularly in cleanliness and upkeep—is needed to significantly improve the guest experience.

Very nice hotel. Would go back. Paula at the restaurant was awesome and the front desk staff were all great. Breakfast was delicious. Pool area was clean and pool was warm but they kept running out of towels.

Asked for blankets and was told they woukd be brought up, 2 hours later i had to go get them myself because noone came. I added a day to my stay and was woken up 4 times the next morning and they tried to open my door instead of checking the system and seeing i had another night. They were waiting for my card to hold the $50 which was already on file from the other booking. I asked if i had to bring that down in a certain time and was told no. The gentleman that tried to wnter my room works at the front desk. They never once called my room phone or chscked their system. Very unprofessional and i have never dealt with this situation anywhere else i have gone even motels.
