I would give 5 stars. Only reason for 4 stars is on night 2 ants were all over my dog’s food. I told the staff and maintenance was at our room in 10 minutes. He sprayed the ants and we never saw them again. Hotel was very clean other than that. Staff was very polite and helpful. My daughter and mother loved the pool & overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My stay was extremely disappointing. I encountered what appeared to be bed bugs in my room and immediately reported it to the front desk. The staff was dismissive, unhelpful, and made me feel like my concerns were not taken seriously. I was uncomfortable staying in the room and checked out early. Despite reporting the issue promptly, I was only offered a partial refund. This experience was unacceptable, and I would not recommend staying here.
